BikeBrain is incredible! Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. They bring the SERVICE back to Customer Service. Seriously...everytime I'm in there they stop what they are doing to help me, and I don't mean to answer a simple question, etc. No, you'd expect that. What I didn't expect was when I brought my MTB wheel and tire in to have a slow leak checked, they stopped everything, disassembled the tire, checked it, and it turned out it just needed more sealant. They had me all sorted and on my way in less than 10 min, when I was expecting to drop it off and pick it up the next week. These guys rock! . Not only that, but they have a very high end (I think one of only two on the West coast) in-house bike fitting machine, with all the geometry data from the manufacturers, so they can do a proper fitting on their rig, than save the fit in their system and adopt it to any bikes you may have now or in the future without having to physically do another fitting. Get a new bike and need a fitting? Just drop it off to them and they can account for the different geometry of the new bike and adjust it to the fitting you did on their test rig, so you get the same fitting across bikes of different geometry. It's a game changer in my opinion, and a time saver as well, since you only have to do it once and from that point on just drop off a different bike for them to adjust to suit.

What a pleasant surprise I had when I found this bike shop. I looked for a new bike for months, looked at different brands, and none had my size in stock. One of the brands I had a preference for was Orbea but I was thinking there is no chance I can find a dealer around Las Vegas. Went online and I found out that BikeBrain is their dealer here in town. The next day I gave them a call, and Shane told me they have the bike I was looking for in stock. The transaction was seamless and painless. They set up my Orbea nicely, and I even got a comped fitting which has a 250$ value. Eric and Shane were amazing, and now I can ride my Orbea in comfort after a professional fitting done by Eric. This bike shop has great customer service and experience in the cycling industry, they are very knowledgeable, and you should check them out because they are great.

Bike Brain has become one of my favorite bike shops in Vegas/Henderson/Boulder over the past couple years. I am an “all-mountain” style mountain biker for 30 years and sometimes need granular level information on components, and even full bikes. I always get a high level of expertise on anything I have a question about. I most recently got into a pivot shuttle LT/XTR e-bike. I definitely wouldn’t have bought this on my own, but after hearing three different opinions from BikeBrain staff., I went for it. Every expectation they had set with me was exactly the truth. And I really appreciate that from a bike store. No over selling… just the facts. And I can’t be any happier with this purchase and this group of experts/ this store servicing all my bikes and supporting all my needs. Special thanks again to Eric B for the recommendations.

Service second to none. These guys have one the best selections of both self powered and powered assist road and MTB bikes in town. And the cherry on top they are selling them at a nice discount right now. All other shops are demanding full list and some are asking over list! For a bike really!. Anyways all the employees look like they ride and they are very polite and knowledgeable. Not pushy they just let you know all you need to and let you make a decision. Team work ! I will be buying from this shop again in the near future for sure. We purchased an Orbea Rise E-MTB. So light you cant even tell its a E-MTB excellent! BTW way if you want the best deal you might to talk to the boss. Her name is Charlie, bring dog treats LoL.

I visited this shop June 2021, to pick up a new Orbea Orca road bike, which was in stock, a rarity during COVID times. This shop is awesome and the staff was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I had a fantastic experience; the shop is stunning and has very beautiful high-end mountain/road bicycles. While picking up my bike I also received a bike fit that has dramatically improved my biking experience. I am truly jealous of people who live in Las Vegas, NV, and can call this their LBS. I drove to this shop from Los Angeles, CA, and the shop was worth the drive.

I went to this shop in April 2021 to get more information on one of their Orbea MTBs; they didn't have the size I wanted due to COVID, but they helped me through the ordering procedure. This store is amazing, and the employees are highly knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The shop is gorgeous, and there are some amazing high-end mountain and road bikes on display. Congratulations to Eric, Shane, Paul, and the rest of the team! The best bike shop in Vegas, hands down!!

Bike Brain surpassed my expectations while installing Ride Wrap on my new Pivot. Andrew’s prompt email responses and Eric’s welcoming service made the experience excellent. Brian’s installation, finished in an impressive 1.5 business days, was flawlessly executed. I also found value in Brian’s post-install guidance about care and maintenance of the wrap, especially in the days immediately after install. I highly recommend this shop with its fantastic team.

I'm not a Las Vegas local, but if I was, Bikebrain would absolutely be my go-to bike shop. Everyone here is friendly and knowledgeable and Kevin is an awesome mechanic! I brought in a 10+ year old, kind of neglected bike, and he treated it like it was a $10k racing machine. I greatly appreciated the attention to detail and the outstanding customer service I received. If you're looking for anything bike related, definitely check these guys out!

One of the best bike shops I have ever bought from. The service is excellent and their knowledge of bikes even better. Eric gave me a great deal and set up the bike exactly the way I needed it. They even set up the tubeless tires, which they did not have to do. I would definitely recommend buying from them. They also support NICA - High School Mnt Bike Teams. This place could not have been better! Awesome place!!!

Eric and the rest of the crew at BikeBrain are amazing. My wife has had an Orbea Gain ebike for several years and LOVES it. The external battery stopped working and, within a few minutes, BikeBrain had it up and running like brand new. VERY, VERY grateful for a bike shop that actually listens and does something about getting you back on the road (or trails)!

In LV for one night, had my Orbea switch the tires to tubeless mode, changed the electronic shifter and most of all had a great chat with Scott on maintenance and good trails in the area, all done quickly and efficiently. Great experience overall. Will definitely be back when in LV! JJ

I HIGHLY recommend this shop. My wife and I were in town for two nights and had a damaged bike. Another shop said it needed new parts and we would have to wait 5 days. The guys at BikeBrain came up with a creative and effective solution and fixed it while we waited. Thanks guys!
