Barry took the time to make sure I purchased the correct bike for me, instead of just trying to make a sale. During our initial consultation over the phone, he asked what type of riding I was planning on doing, and what area of town and the terrain type. I told him where I lived, and where I like to go off road, he said he knew exactly where I was. He asked my riding style, and after finding out I was an evening and weekend warrior, and just now getting back into MTB after an approximate 10 year break, he made a suggestion that fit. Once we spoke, he understood that I would probably eventually graduate up to perhaps being a more hardcore rider , but suggested I purchase a bike at the correct price point for now, just to make sure I really take to MTB again and enjoy it. He advised he would call when the bike that we agreed upon arrived at his store (I was skeptical at the time to be honest). Out of the blue, he called me a couple of weeks later and advised that the bike arrived quicker that his computer originally indicated, due to the pandemic backlogs across the country. When I picked it up, he properly fit it to my tall frame, and was honest about not needing to purchase any of the additional equipment (clip shoes, upgraded pedals, etc.), and told me to just go out and enjoy myself, which I have been ever since. He has a loyal customer in me.

For a first time bike buyer (Escape 3 Comfort), it was disappointing. I did pick up instore. They didn't contact me to pick up bike. I had to follow-up on it and when I called they said it was almost done and would call me when assembly was done. Well next day came they didn't call. I called mid afternoon and what do you know bike was already finished. I went to pick it up, arrived, store wasn't busy. But really didn't feel the customer service for a place where it is very important to have. Going have to try a different bike store and maybe the experience will be better. I dont know maybe because the bike I bought wasn't in the "expensive" range.... but to me $500+ for a bike is alot.

I was very pleased with the Giant Store at this location. I had a shifter and wheel fail and they were able to get repair parts in about a week. Ryan and Chandler were very helpful in identifying all of the issues with the bike, giving it a great tune up, and now it rides like new. Hannah and Ryan were very helpful picking out a potential upgraded model from the Giant fleet. I like the hybrid bikes and leaning towards the Roam at this point. Ryan was even able to get a Roam shipped to the store overnight that was my size (medium) and let me ride around the next time I was in the store. Very helpful and considerate. Will return thanks!

I was excited to find a bike shop so close to my home but soon discovered the customer service is horrible. The guy who assisted me on numerous occasions (I think his name is Paul) is snobby and I get the feeling he likes to play favorites and doesn’t treat certain customers with respect. I never felt welcome in there. The last time I was there, I got my chain installed and my crank set fixed (this took almost two weeks to do). I went biking immediately after picking it up and my left crank fell completely off while speeding down a hill. I will not support this location any longer.

I bought a trance E bike and they gave me a good price and were very helpful in explaining everything. I brought my son’s Trance in to have a wheel straightened. They determined it was a tire and not the wheel. They could have sold me a tire but where honest and told me it was good to ride as is. They are very knowledgeable on mountain bikes and have answered every question, (there have been a lot), we had with kindness and thoroughly explained everything. We could not be happier with the people that work at this location.

Barry and staff are fabulous, knowledgeable, and helpful! We came on vacation for a few days from Costa Rica with a plan to buy road bikes. We bought one bike here, along with shoes and a shirt, and had another from a private seller. They boxed them both up for us and did a great job! We were on a time constraint flying back in two days, and they had them done quickly with no stress. They were so friendly and helpful in very way. If we lived here, this would be our "go to" bike shop for sales and service!

Can't say enough about Giant LV... the owner is almost always there and is always willing to help in whatever way he can. The techs are great, helpful, patient. They care about their customers' experience... you're not just another number and they take the time to get to know you and your goals. I got a bike there a few months back and the service has been amazing... free warranty tunes for a year, and I'm there all the time... can't beat that. Thanks Giant LV!

I received exceptional customer service today! I purchased my first pair of cycle shoes on Amonzon with the wrong cleats. I then bought the right cleats but wasn't sure if I did. Call the store and was advised to bring my products in. Barry was nice enough to install my cleats and assured my new cycle experience was now on the right track. I appreciate a pleasant conversation during the pandemic made me feel human again! Looking forward to my routine check ups!

What a nice place ! They have a lot of bikes in stock and they really know all about bikes and more. We got a nice service even if we were not from here at all. The staff were really friendly even with our bad french accent. They show us what an ebike can do even for a big guys like me(near 300 pounds)we where realy surprise.If it wasn’t from the fact that we had to go back to Canada, i would have buy there for sure!

I purchased a Giant road bike from Barry and the gang back in late April. By far the best choice I made, very supportive and they were knowledgeable in areas where I needed help. They fit my bike to me and showed me some tricks. All of the guys at Giant are fantastic individuals. They were helpful but not pushy, I am grateful for Barry and his team to help me find a better way to exercise.

If you call to get a quote on a repair make sure it’s legit. I did and they gave me one price.Then when I got there they gave me another price. Then when they called me to do the work they game me a really large price difference from what they said both times before. So just beware of that before you have service done. once the service was done, it was done very well.

These guys were awesome. Called ahead to verify they had sizes in the Las Vegas jersey for my wife and I, as soon as I walked in the store the next day, the gentleman yelled out “Columbus!” to welcome us. Very friendly staff and even gave some vacation tips for our last day in Vegas. Will definitely be back our next trip.

I've been in here a few times, and I have to say no matter if I was spending hundreds of dollars thousands of dollars or $4, they always treated me the same and go above and beyond to take care of you, I even witnessed it with other people walking through the door, it's really impressive, love how they do business.

The folks here are very welcoming and knowledgeable. No high pressure sales bs either. When I can't figure out how to fix my bike myself they always figure it out and get me back on the road. Shout out to Chandler and Ryan. I have referred people to buy bikes here, and my next bike will be from here too...

I didn’t buy a bike when I visited because they were out of enduro bikes and weren’t renting due to backlog of maintenance work, but the sales rep was very friendly and went out of his way to make sure I test out their trail bike, I’ll make sure to rent an enduro whenever rentals are available again.

Mountains Edge store sent me here to pick up a new Liv bike this afternoon. Rick (I think was his name?? This afternoon around 12 pm) was very quick & kind. Answered my totally beginner questions & provided options with no pressure. Thrilled with my purchase & with the experience at both stores

Great place to buy a bike! I just moved into the area and after doing a bunch of calls to other bike stores I found that going straight to the source is the best solution. I was able to get my dream mt bike and road bike here for about 2k cheaper than all the other stores in Summerlin.

Very helpful staff. I was grateful they weren't pushy because I am very indecisive. Gave me a quick tour of the bike to make sure I understood what I was buying. I worked mainly with Brett and then a guy who was brand new and very friendly helped me fit into the car.

I visited a friend in Las Vegas and rented a Trance X from this shop. The bike was perfect and the staff was extraordinary. They paid attention to every detail in setting the bike up for me. These are true professionals who clearly love cycling and know their stuff.
