When our old washing machine died it was with the washing in it and water. Such a hassle. We went down to Bing Lee and Dan helped us pick a new one. It was such a smooth customer service approach. No BS or pressure and all our questions answered. They promised next day delivery between certain times and the machine arrived the next day, on time and was installed within about 10 minutes. They took the old machine away, as promised, and we were ready to go. Even though I am not a techi wizz this machine I bought which was an LG was easy to work out how to use especially as they had told us in the store already what to do. Dan actually plugged in a demo for us and explained how to use it. The booklet is quite easy to read and our washing is so much cleaner looking. I don't think the old machine was even washing properly. So far we are very pleased with this product. We migrated from a 5kg old one to a 7.5 kg new one so we can fit more in per wash. It seems to calibrate it to see if the settings are right we chose and then off it goes. It's almost soundless and so so easy. Am happy with this product right now :) and wrote this review to thank Dan and Bing Lee for making what could have been a disaster with no washer and endless looking into a wonderful smooth transition to something better. Good job guys! Thanks :)

I've been a Bing Lee customer for many years in fact I have some friends working in Bing Lee. I passed by in Bing lee Prospect to buy some UHF CB short range radio for my kids expedition. When I enter the store everyone are very busy doing nothing and the young asian guy that sitting on the reception look at me like I'm a killer, then I asked for a CB Radio. He pointed me to the display location. I saw a twin Uniden 2watt cb so I tried to negotiate with the price but this guy from Bing lee told me "you cannot negotiate with our price here" I said wow, that is contrary to your culture in bing lee, I,ve even showed him the price from Jaycar which is $20 cheaper, but he said "go to Jaycar". I think that guy has a problem at home. Straight away I get out from the store and went to Jaycar Blacktown. I just want to inform the public that there are some staff in Bing lee Prospect that are very rude, I don't know how they get there customer service training. I hope the administration of that Bing lee store would do something to improve their customer service because I believe that I'm not the only prostrated customer on Bing lee Prospect.

Went to Bing Lee at Prospect some time ago as we were buying new appliances for kitchen rebuild and upgrade. We spoke to Dan in appliance sales and quickly learned that he was levels above any salesperson from any store that we had previously dealt with. His product knowledge, advice and honesty was far beyond even the highest expectations, and we vowed then that whenever we needed something that Bing Lee could sell, we would buy from Dan again. Fast forward and 2 sons have had marriage breakdowns requiring purchase of TV's, washing machines, dryers, and various other new machinery, and all has been bought from Dan. He is an absolute credit to the Bing Lee brand, the Prospect store, and himself, and recommend anyone requiring appliances or electricals to see Dan for the best sales experience, and aftersales support. Absolutely livid at the imcompetence of these guys. An 8:45AM online order and paid for same day delivery. I get a call from the store as they're closing that evening to say they couldnt find any drivers and so it was rebooked for the next day. Already livid, I took actual time off work to be home for delivery the next day and no delivery at all. Then to top it all off, the order cant be cancelled online by their customer support, because same day delivery ordered are 'managed by the stores"...and I cant get more time off work so I guess we're just without essential electronics for the week because we trusted somewhere to honor what they advertised and two days in a row failed to do so. Take your money and your time somewhere else - these guys aren't it.

Dan You in sales was excellent, and i would recommend him for any purchases. Very knowledgeable, with commonsense advice and guidance. Went above and beyond to assist my wife and i in selecting the correct fridge for us at the right price.. Delivery was above expectations, with SMS reminders, an app to track the delivery truck, a phone call half an hour before, polite and professional drivers, and they gave me a hand putting the old fridge in the garage. Overall a great experience, with a rare level of customer service - i'll be back for anything else i need with no hesitation.

I had the most amazing experience with the team at Bing Lee Prospect. Dan made sure he looked after me from the moment I stepped into the store, from buying the right product to the right price. Dan was also patient me as the products I ordered I couldn’t have them delivered as we were running behind on building our new home as my mum passed away he was not pushy to have the products delivered. Dan’s after sales service is just as amazing, I had questions about my Zip tap & he followed it through to my satisfaction. Thank you Dan, your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Giving one star because of delivery guy didn't do the delivery as requested originally plus the store people have no control over the timing of delivery. I was extremely busy in morning and didn't had the key of new property and delivery guy said he will deliver in morning 8:15 am and was not able to change the time and asking for another delivery charge if I want to change the time. I find this very behavior very rude. Also I think some thing needs to be done to improve the process so that store people have more control over the delivery date and time for the customer.

We had the most amazing experience with the team at Bing Lee Prospect. Kim Nguyen made sure she looked after us from begining. She helped us choosing the right kitchen appliances and also gave us good discount on all appliances. She has helped us with keeping stock in store till our house gets ready in around 3 months. Execellent customer service from Kim and will highly recommend to buy appliances from Binglee prospect store as team there is great and also beat the prices of other stores. Anyone needing anything from binglee I would highly recommend Kim Nguyen. I have just finished setting up a large business and Kim has been an absolute stand out with her efforts. She is efficient, helpful and so accomodating!!!! She makes the entire process of ordering so easy and makes sure you’ll always have the best price. Visited this store again today to this time purchase a dryer. Have previously purchased a washing machine at this store. Joseph was again the first person to come and greet me as I walked into the store. Joseph is friendly and knowledgeable about the product I was looking to purchase. Awful after sales support -- Made a mistake of buying a washing machine from this store. The washing machine was leaking when first started using it (a week after delivery). When I reported this fault to the store manager named Sunny, he was rude, very unhelpful and showed no interest in rectifying the issue. As it was still under warranty, an Electrolux technician attended and confirmed the major fault. (purchase year 2020)

I bought a split system ac and a freestanding oven from this store last month. From word go, when I walked into the store I have been impressed with the quality of service and knowledge of products from the employees. I had to contact the office for a number of reasons and every time they were very helpful. I love bing lee...thanks guys! Ps. The sales lady Kim is a credit to the company.

We had awesome service from Kerwin today. He looked up other Bing Lee stores for a Food Mixer that we wanted to purchase, since this store was out of stock. He also offered to give the Marsden store a call to reserve one for us, as they were low in stock and we were planning to make our way there. It was very pleasant to be served by such a helpful person! :)

Bought an Apple watch recently and Serena was just wonderful. Answered all my questions while in the store, and followed up on communicating the product expected delivery date as there was no stock available at the time, and she called me as soon as stock arrived. Exceptional level of customer service from Serena, she made the experience a very positive one.

Staff took my card out of my sight and behind counter when I was processing payment. Very bad practice to do as customer service worker! Felt the judgemental attitude of service staff ruined it as far as experiences go. One of them stared at me like she didn't understand it was inappropriate to do so.

Good deals in general compared to other similar places. Had picked up a Belkin USB Type C car charger. Costed me $50 but got an extra USB port to connect another phone. The best thing happened when I connected my Moto X 4 and it recognised it as Turbo Power connected. . Thank you Bing Lee!! …

Waited for at least 20mins before someone was willing to serve customers, staff Joseph was very rude when we asked if they can do a better price on items worth $1,000+ that we wanted to purchase. He basically told us to "BUY IT OR LEAVE" Staffs here need to learn how to respect people first.

I purchased an iron earlier this year which stopped heating and started pouring out water last night. When I tried to return it, they refused to take it back as it heated when they turned it on. Apparently an iron that works intermittently is not faulty! Disgusting customer service.

OMG the sales assistant told me that all the front loading washing machines are all the same. He said all you do is plug it in and it goes around and around, as he showed me in a circular motion with his finger!!! Are you serious! Thank you Susan as Good Guys!

The good guys has no staff to help me, so went to Bing Lee instead. I found the same product I was interested in (rice cooker) $50 cheaper. The staff were okay, I would give 5 stars if the person who served me was as friendly as their advertisements suggest.
