We live in the UK and had to start arranging my late Aunt's funeral prior to travelling to Australia. My Aunty had chosen Blackwell's for her funeral as they had previously arranged my late Uncle's funeral. From the minute I telephoned Blackwell's on the afternoon of Saturday 9th February we received nothing but first class service. We too had the benefit of being supported by David Lloyd and he made the whole experience a pleasant and stress free one. I had never had to organise a funeral let alone one from 16,000 miles away and the support I received from the Blackwell's team made the whole process so easy. I would recommend Blackwell's and especially David Lloyd to anyone who is faced with the difficult process of arranging a loved ones funeral. Thank you Blackwell's.

Simply put, they are the BEST. They were kind, thoughtful, compassionate, caring, patient and went out of there way to keep in touch at every step of the process. They went above and beyond in supplying our every need with very limited time to arrange everything. They chose the perfect celebrant for the service, and everything about the service was perfect. Many people commented it was the most beautiful service they had been to. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. They made the hardest day of my life, so much easier, thankyou.

I cant thank you all enough for the kindness shown to us during such a horrible time losing our little girl. Special thanks to Wayne for all his guidance and support during this time. I wish I could rate you higher then 5 stars Wayne, if it wasn't for you I would not have got my final goodbye with my sweet Sage. Thank you all again. ❤

Blackwell Funerals Torrensville recently held our mum's service. We can't thank Carol and the team enough for their care, support and professionalism at a time when our family needed it the most. It was such a lovely and fitting send off for our much loved mum. Thank you so much to you all!
