Was good for the last few months. I had been coming completely as I am and all of a sudden today they tell me I have to wear a mask. Said they're medical facility and that's why. I've never put one on before in my whole time upon coming to this facility and now all of a sudden they were trying to force it on me. said I had no choice in order to be able to receive my therapy I left and I want a refund for the therapy I didn't receive. I will not recommend this place for anybody since they try to force experimental face muzzles in order to be able to receive massage therapy. Discrimination at its best here. I'm now editing my response in response to the response from the owner. It is unlawful to require anything like that of anybody at any time it infringes on natural and unalienable rights. it's discrimination and by theory it doesn't even make sense that you require it in the lobby but you don't require it in the therapy rooms. the environment is the same in the therapy rooms as it is in the lobby as it is as soon as you walk out the door. Not only that but this business has withheld my money they've taken payment not rendered services and refused to give the money back and refuse to close my account down and now have unlawfully deemed me a threat to other people without due process of law and have made a snotty remark hereclaiming that I don't have respect for other people's immune systems whatever that actually means. May this business lose all of its business and action against them is needed for fraud, theft, discrimination, breach of contract, malpractice, and other things.

0 STARS!!!!! DO NOT EVER USE THIS BUSINESS!!!! In the 10 months I've been going, I have had massages canceled 3 times. 30% of my appointments! This past Tuesday I left work at 2:40 to go in for a 3pm appointment. I was checked in, used the restroom and got a drink of water when I was then told the therapist wasn't going to make it in! Obviously I was not happy since I was already there, and this was a reschedule from 2 weeks ago when they canceled on me. The woman who checked me in was very apologetic and told me that she would have Jo, the manager, call me the next day since I wanted to cancel my membership. Jo did not call and I had to call her this morning. She did not act like she knew anything about the situation and had not gotten a message. She said that all she could do was not process my next payment! Even though my September payment was just processed on the 24th and I have not had a massage due to them canceling, and I spent 50 minutes of time driving there on Tuesday she was not willing to do anything. Additionally, I purchased a $150 gift card for my daughter and there is still a credit on that. Jo said she would not be refunding me. She was extremely patronizing and even called me "mija", as if I was too stupid to understand business and how past payments can't be refunded. I asked for a call back from the owner and was told she would try but he's out of town.

When I have been at Body and Mind Wellness I have always found a clean facility, a relaxing atmosphere created by music and aroma therapy! The next thing that stood out to me about Body and Mind Wellness is how easy it is to schedule an appointment and of course the massage itself! My therapist did an amazing job in soothing my body with acupressure but she also went above and beyond when she stayed with me for a couple of extra minutes to show me several stretches that would help my body not tense up in the areas I was affected. It was truly a healing experience! I look forward to keep going to Body and Mind Wellness and refer it to all who are in need of therapeutic massage.

Great hands and environment, the workers here are awesome. Management is not. Was told my membership would be cancelled and I didn't have to worry about being billed. They didn't and still charged me. Either ignore my calls or tell me the manager will remove me from membership as she's the only one who can close a membership. Had to talk with the bank to settle the issue. Never going back again and I'll be telling my coworkers about what happened and to cancel their stuff asap if needed. Edit reply: I called several times and was told I would be called back. Never was. Your words lack honesty and truth. If not, then your actions lack consistency with what you say. Good day

I was referred to this clinic to receive Reiki because I was struggling with stress and grief and it was the best decision I made! Lupita is an angel and I felt 10x better after just 1 session. The stress was causing physical pain in places like my jaw, hips, knees and she was able to clear out the negative energy, reset my chakras and allow me to start healing. Her intuition and nurturing spirit make you feel so comfortable and receptive to receive the healing you need, I would absolutely recommend Reiki to anyone struggling with physical or emotional issues, they're all linked together and Lupita is the master who can fix it all!

I joined the membership program a year ago and have received THE BEST massages. Each experience has been amazing. Colin and his staff are truly wonderful and his business is clean, comfortable, and relaxing. My back and neck issues are resolved due to the treatment I have received. Emily and April have been fantastic. Most recently I have received Reiki treatment from Lupita and my cardiac problems are gone, completely gone. She fixed what 2 surgeons and a failed ablation could not. I am very grateful to her. I highly recommend this business to everyone looking to improve their health.

I just say WOW! I have been going to Body and Mind Wellness for the last 5 months. Due to a knee injury, my initial focus was on medical massages. The massage therapists were very knowledge and were able to reduce my pain and increase my flexibility after the very first visit. I enjoyed my time with Body and Mind Wellness so much that I signed up for their monthly massage program. Over the months I have tried medical and Swedish massages. I can't wait to try their Thai massage. As a guy, I personally had no idea of what I was missing. Give your male friends, the gift of massage!

I made an appointment a week ahead and manager canceled my appointment without my knowledge. They didn't bother to text or call me about it. I then went in and complained to the front desk lady and she appoligzed profusely on the mangers behalf. She also offered to contact the owner but she didn't do anything to fix the situation either. No call or text. If you want you appointments canceled without your knowledge then be my guest. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY!!

I recieved a Reiki master attunement from Colin Hart's employee Jennafer Crockett in October 2020. My classmates and I were promised certificates, detailed notes, and crystals for the trade by Jennafer. I didn't receive my certificate for a month and my classmates for longer. Each week, I am told, "Next week I'll bring the notes and crystals". It is now April 2021 and I haven't received the promised notes and crystal sets that I paid for, and neither have my classmates.

My bf & I had the couples massage, and both were good. Our massages therapists really listened to our needs/areas we wanted to work on and It was very unique that we got to pick our own essential oil combo to add to the lotion. The price honestly cannot be beat, but Also, I would advise them to not massage your face, as people are oily and have bacteria on their hands (Plus women might be wearing makeup, like I was).

I love everything about this place and let me tell you I've had the pleasure of experiencing spas and massage around the world - but this place has the ambiance and skilled staff to really make you escape without having to drive out of town! Mae is awesome for Thai massage and Neuro-Muscular and the other therapists are also fantastic every time I've gone with someone other than Mae I've been VERY impressed.

This place is great! Even during Covid they’re being very cautious with contact and only have you and the massage therapist and the receptionist in the building at a time and I’ve seen them sanitize before and after every customer. The massage therapists are very good! I’ve been going once a month and the price is the best in town when signing up for the membership. 5 stars!

Very clean and professional. I been here twice already and both times a had a great experience. No one can beat the prices for these types of massages. I pay over $100 for the same massages at resort hotels. The staff is friendly, and my appointments are always on time I became a member and saved even more money on my massages.

My husband took us here for a couple's massage one afternoon. My massage therapist, Melissa, recommended a massage treatment that would help relieve tension throughout my body. I signed up up for a membership, and she's done wonders! Every time I go in or call for an appointment, Colin and his staff are very friendly and nice.

I was having lower back pain for months and Matthew worked not only my back but hamstrings and other muscles which was causing the lower pain. I no longer have pain! He is also very professional and explained his therapy before starting the session.

I have been getting my massages here for over two years. I went in for a back massage today. The person focused on my neck, arms, and legs. My back massage was not good and my back still hurts. I won’t go back there anymore.
