Came into this store after reading the review on Google. They were all right. I wanted to switch my dog to a better dog food as he is super fussy and David was more then helpful. He actually took the time to explain different foods at different price points and directed me to what he thought was the best for my dog. I really appreciated getting insight from somebody who was way more knowledgeable in the subject then myself. You can tell the owners care about quality products and giving their customers a quality experience. I would recommend this business to anybody and will be a regular customer going forward.

We just got a new puppy and went into the store to talk about getting things for our fur baby and the owners were so helpful. They listened to what we needed and were so knowledgeable on everything we asked. They gave our puppy some samples to make sure he would like it before spending money on it. This is definitely our go to pet store from now on! Just prior to going there we went to Petland in Manning and had asked the same questions and spoke with the store manager who was helpful but clueless in their products. We didn’t feel comfortable buying anything from there.

I’ve had dogs my entire life. So I’ve been in pet stores my entire life. None compare to this location of Bones and Biscuit. The staff know my family and dogs by name. They are so knowledgeable. So friendly. Today, Megan carried out my dog food for me so I could hold the dog leash, and as I was leaving, she greeted me by name. The customer service makes every visit fun & educational. They never try to upsell me or pressure me - but they do educate me and let me make the decisions for my furry family. I highly, highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone!!

Me and my boyfriend are so happy we came in on a whim to look for winter boots for our rescue. The man working here tonight was so incredibly kind, knowledgeable and helpful. We went home to bring our pup in to try the boots on and he was so good with her; even helped us put them on and helped other customers that came in. Being an anxious person with an anxious dog, this was so reassuring and helpful for us. We found the right sized boots for her front and back paws and also found out they do nail trims. Beyond impressed and will definitely be back :)

We love this place. They care about our dogs so much, we trust them with everything. Getting through the teething stage, finding the right toys and chews for our babies. Today they helped us figure out a new plan to help our dogs anxiety. They accomodated our anxious dog walking around the store, and made it a comfortable environment for him. We honestly wouldn't go anywhere else for our Eugene, Delilah, and Digger. They love it and we love it! You will not be treated like a customer here, you honestly get treated like family.

Yesterday was my first time going to bone & biscuit and I was very impressed with the customer service I recieved. David helped me fit my nervous rescue dogs into some boots and even played around the store with my boys which made my heart so happy! I can tell the staff love animals and take pride in what they do. It isn't a large store, but they have a good selection of dry food and raw, accessories, toys, treats ect. 2 paws up from Marcus and Tucker- and 5 stars from me!

This store is very different, not only taking care of every aspect of your fur baby but also provides accurate information to you. Feel extremely confident to get all your answers and information here. Kathy and Dave are the best! Everything you need to take care of your fur baby and so much more! What a cute little pet store, prodominantly dog food and accessories. Has many local and Canadian brands that seem very intriguing to get for my dog to try. They have a little mini Bakery of doggie treats that are human grade ingredients they even had samples out for me to try! They were so good I contemplated not even giving it to our dogs! Very knowledgeable staff, I will be back and next time with my dog!

This pet store has the most amazing staff! They're full of knowledge, and great with the dogs! I took my two big dogs there to get there nails trimmed. I forget the lady's name who did them... She was soooo patient with them. Helping the keep calm, and she did a great job on their nails! I really like the selection of items they have too! You can't find lots of the items they have, in a normal pet store.

Bone & biscuit 50th street market is the only place I will go for my pet essentials. The staff here are so knowledgeable and lovely, they truly care about you and your pet needs not just pushing product. They will always go above and beyond for you, I've had them bring out a bag of dog food and debit machine for me to my car because my baby was sleeping, just the little things are so much appreciated!

I would rate this location with 10 stars if I could! The service I’ve been getting the past few months has been over the top and their knowledge of what your pet needs is remarkable! Kathy went over the top today , her patience with us and willing to help us by adjusting how much raw food we are giving our pup was a blessing. I can’t thank her enough! They definitely have a loyal customer over here.

I don’t even know where to start. Kathy and David have been amazing to us and our furbaby Leia From the time she was four months old until today! Always extremely helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that you and your furbaby get the best treatment when you walk through the door! This is the place to be for all of your pet supplies and services.

100% the best pet store I have shopped at. Kathy has been extremely helpful in the adventures of helping figure out issues we have in my dog and live a happy and healthy life. She shows so much compassion and is very knowledgeable in the products she carries, as well as the pets she supplies for. This is one small business that should be supported by all locals!

The lovely owner was so incredibly friendly and helpful. I was dropping off a donation for Scars Animal Rescue as they accept donations from them. We ended up chatting for a good half an hour about our furbabies. She had a wealth of information! I will certainly be going back for snacks and treats! I wish I looked at her name tag. This is the Only store that I come to to get what ever it is I need for Gunner. All of the staff at this location are very helpful and they Always go out of their way to help who ever walks through the door. I highly recommend that you pop over there to get what you need for your beloved four legged family member !

Super friendly and helpful guys here. They will make you feel like family, they will help you find what you're looking for, and make sure you have a great experience. And they stock Open Farm dog food, which most stores and even some B&B don't stock. Great experience, a little pricy, but worth it.

We drove from Leduc to buy a K9 sport sack and it was SO worth the drive!! The customer service was absolutely top notch. They took the time to try out different packs for our senior dog and were incredibly patient with us. Just phenomenal and incredibly friendly people!!
