Service received today by the older blonde lady makes me want to go take my business elsewhere as she spoke to me like I was dumb and did not know the products I knew I purchased beforehand. Thank you for your service. Edit: Let me paint the picture, as I even told the lady who served me yesterday that other times I have came here I was greeted by a younger female employee who was more helpful. She saw me at the door and continued to stock up, looked me and didn’t even greet me. That’s fine and I told her that I needed a snack for my puppy and couldn’t find it online and if it was fine for me to tell her and she could grab it and I would be on my way. Her tone itself was not likeable and when I approached her I could tell the shopping experience was not going to be the best. I told her when she was standing that it could be found there. And I described the item to her. She did not know what I was talking about until she grabbed a medium sized one and I asked if she had a smaller one and said no. She left and went to the back and came out and said “don’t have it for over a year”. I left upset knowing I had brought the item before and wanted to buy it for my puppy as she was undergoing surgery. I went back to the car and explained the situation. Kind of upsetting at the fact I like supporting local businesses and this is how they are presented with customer service

sorry i do not remember the ladies name who helped me today, but she was wonderful. We've just made a decision on purchasing a cane corso puppy (or first large breed dog) & I had a boat load of questions about there diet. I've done plenty research online, however she spent almost 1 full hour with me today in her store going over diet plans, types of food, she even wrote me out a meal plan essentially for raw & dry depending on what choice we go with along with pricing. I still cant believe she spent that much time helping me. I can't thank her enough! We will definitely be going back when we pick up our little guy at the end of the month!

I went in looking for CBD treats for my dogs. I’m totally new to CBD and Rhiannon answered all of my questions and then some. She was extremely helpful, friendly, empathetic and knowledgeable. She approached me to offer help, pointed me to the treats I was looking for, provided information about the treats as well as the other CBD options available, explained the difference between the products and gave product recommendations based on my dogs’ differing needs. This was my first visit to this store and I’m so impressed. My dogs had their nails cut today and my mom said they did great on the CBD treats (Mojo Pet Supplements)!

I consistently see their vehicle speeding past me on the highway. We live in a society, the rules are there for a reason (to protect your fellow citizens). When you make the choice to break the speed limit, you're putting lives at risk. You're telling me "I don't care about you, only what I want." You should keep in mind that you have the name of your business plastered all over your vehicle, anything you do reflects on your business. While most people don't care, I do. I will not reward your behaviour with my patronage any more. I ask anyone reading this to do the same, don't give them your business.

First I must mention how amazing Rhiannon ( I hope I spelled correctly! ) the owner of this shop is! I’ve come to her for few emergencies and she has been incredibly helpful with taking care of my puppy. From CBD oil for long drives, finding best food & treats to choosing leash & tag. You can order online & can pickup or go in store for great experience. I encourage everyone to support small businesses and acknowledge how cute & organized this little shop is! The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and always there to ask any questions & even offer a treat and always thankful for your support!

Best customer service... ever! My dog was refusing to go into the shower ramp area bc she was scared, and the sweetest employee who was not even working that day, but just happened to be in the store ; helped my dog for about 30 mins encouraging my dog to go into the shower area. The girl at the front desk (I believe her name is Erin) was also so kind and helpful!! The energy in this store is great and all of the employees are so kind. I’ve been going to Bone Biscuit for 2 years now. The staff is always so helpful. We were switching from dry dog food to raw and they were able to give us samples to try and tell us how much food and cost it would be. With this information we were able to make a knowledgeable decision. they go above and beyond. Even calling me on days our dog food is on sale so we can take advance of the discount. Their store always has what we need in stock and a good selection.

Love a little Bone and Biscuit whenever we want to spoil our girl! This pet store, in my opinion Is "Boujee"! It gives me a Boutique vibe. It has a mini Bakery, a different selection of dog toys-interactive ones too keep them busy. Healthier options in terms of food and treats that you don't necessarily find in regular pet stores. Grooming is located at the back of the store. It's a smaller store than your typical Petsmart or Rens, but it s worth checking out!

We’ve been shopping here since our puppy came home in April, the staff is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We always feel welcomed with whatever questions we have and our wild Boxer puppy is always showered with love and offered treats while we shop! We purchase both our cat and dog food as well as a large majority of their treats from this location; we live in Winona and drive here because of the friendly staff and quality product lines.

This incredible pet store saved our beloved little Morkie girl names Bijou from her stomach and digestion reoccurring problem by suggesting food and snacks she adores. We had tried multiple foods before, had her on medication prescribed by the vet but our visit to Bone & Biscuit Rymal literally healed her by suggesting the right nutrition. I don’t get to say this often when receiving customer service (being a minority person and all), but she was phenomenal! She went above and beyond than expected! Bone & Biscuit Co. was recommended to me by my veterinarian as my dog is having some dietary complications, the staff are friendly and well educated. Both Mikayla and Rhiannon were able to guide me without any pushy sales tactics and they were happy to do so. I will be visiting this location in the future and recommending it to all of my friends. I had been looking for a particular product (Ruffwear Hi & Light Harness) in Canada for a while with no luck. Even stores that carried the brand were not interested in ordering it for me. I happened upon Bone and Biscuit in Hamilton. They actually had it in stock and for cheaper than I had seen it on American sites. Very welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

Always very clean and organized inside. All staff are so kind and Rhiannon is so personable. We really love shopping here and bringing our doggies in for a visit. Super happy with the service I was given today! The staff were hands down amazing! I needed help finding food that didn't contain any bird proteins for my kitties. This place is amazing ! I went after my vet recommended them for my puppy’s kangaroo food and they really knew how to help with any questions I had, and also recommended really good products! The staff is so wonderful and knowledgeable and the store seemed very clean and tidy. My favourite pet store!

Love this place, staff is helpful and they have some great products for our doggo. We also tried the self serve pet wash "spa", for $8 you get 30 mins and they provide everything you need, seems like a great deal to me... Our boi still doesn't love baths, but this makes it easier.
