Absolutely disgusted with this vet !!!! We had brought our puppy in and was diagnosed with parvovirus. We were already in the room but they turned us away because they didn’t want to disinfect everything which they would have to do anyways because we were already there . After calling around to many vets, each one said they couldn’t believe we were turned away .. so NO I would NOT recommend this place to anyone !!!!! You can say that all you want .. but I had a puppy with the exact same thing 2 months ago and you guys treated her just fine !! And I would get all that if we hadn’t of been in the room already !!! But you can’t tell me that two extra min of giving him his shots would have been any different…. And like I said before .. EVERY vet that we talked to after couldn’t believe you guys would send us away … no matter how much work it is .. that’s your job!! You should be ready for anything! No one should come to you worried about there pet and be sent away !! No need for a response .. thanx

The only clinic I will go to. Reasonably priced and best vets and staff EVER! I’ve never had vets care so much for my animals as these ones. All the staff are awesome and super nice:) They explain everything thoroughly and make ur pet as comfortable as they possibly can. They’re with them every step of the way and provide even extra comfort if ur pet is in pain. They solve problems, are always honest, and take care of your pets. My cat’s spay she got a while back went very smooth and any concerns I had they addressed right away! And Our puppy left feeling so much better. She loves these vets so much especially Dr. Siddique because of his welcoming and friendly nature and positivity. He loves animals so much! Shes never scared of the vet because of these guys:) She’s always happy walking into their office and it’s the cutest thing ever! 10 out of 10 I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I’ll never go anywhere else!

This is my cat’s main veterinary clinic and I’ve been going here since 2017. The staff are both friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Siddique is just absolutely fantastic. While I’ve had fewer interactions with Dr. Odika and Dr. Shah, I feel confident with their level of care. I am always met with kindness and informed explanations, potential options and their cost (always affordable, even for a grad student). without any pressure at all, each vet gives you the opportunity to make an informed decision. After every visit I get a follow up call from the front staff who are all very kind and informative as well. I recently have moved away from Edmonton and miss this clinic dearly. Before leaving, the clinic provided travel advice and options for travel meds (I asked because my girl is an anxious traveller). Can’t wait to move back to Edmonton so I can once again feel confident about a vet clinic. Missing you all!

We used this vet for just over a year. They were just alright. I wouldn’t recommend them though. It is very difficult to get answers from the vet if you have questions about medications. On two occasions it took at least 5 days to get a call back from the prescribing vet. On another occasion (maybe a year ago), I called with a medication question while there was no vet on site and the receptionist said “it probably wouldn’t hurt to increase the dose”. I got a second opinion from a different vet clinic and they said to absolutely not give my dog more of the medication. I just recently switched vets, which is why I’m writing this now. After switching I realized just how poor their customer service is. I’m giving three stars because it’s quick to book an appointment and they’ve always been friendly to me.

We’ve been to this vet clinic before and our last 2 experiences were great. However, this time made me consider if we’d come back. I felt like the vet didn’t want to be help at all and just wanted us to leave. He never really tried to interact with our cat at all or us really. He talked across us when we tried to give him context about our cats problem. Just said what we already explained to him. We literally paid $63 for nothing. We don’t know what the problem could possibly be because he just gave vague responses most of which we’d already said to him, such as our cats anxiety. So we’re right back where we started with wondering what could be wrong with our cat and will have to go back to the vet again soon and pay out more money just to get some possible answers.

Paid $360 to put our 16 year old cat down. We made an appointment specifically to put the cat down. We were told that the Vet needed to make an assessment to "agree" with what we requested. The cat was in pain and was lethargic, and you could plainly see he was dying. We could not afford to pay to care for the cat. Despite stating this, we were charged to put an IV in the cat, sedate him and put him to sleep. The assessment was $60.00. To put him to sleep was 150. I think some consideration and empathy should have been given considering the distress and financial burden this was and just charge to 150 instead of the 360. Yes - the vet needs to be paid for his services, but this was way out of line. I do NOT recommend this vet.

I took my cat in today, she was almost 19, had a bad night last night and I had to put her down b/c I felt it was the best choice for an animal I love more than anything...the vet and staff were amazing...it was my first time to this clinic, and they treated my pet and myself with such grace. This vet is fantastic, and made one of the worst days in my life more tolerable...thanks guys....I will recommend you to everyone...thanks for being so gentle with Chloe. new addition to my review: Thanks Dr. Austin for your kindness and obvious love for animals. You took wonderful care of my friends chorkie and now Archie is once again a happy mischievous and loving puppy after his little incident. Both vets here are amazing

Will be going back. I don't remember which vet looked after my cat after she broke a claw back in the summer.. My old vet closed down and I've been trying to find a good new vet to work with my nervous cats. The cat I brought in can be neurotic and isn't a fan of being handled so I was ready to wrap her in a towel but the vet assured me he was fine, and took a few minutes to touch her and he was able to handle her just fine for the check without stressing her out, I was impressed. I was able to make an appt the next day after calling, was able to get in and out smoothly with a course of treatment. Within a week she was as right as rain.

I am very impressed with how thorough and affordable the veterinary care is at this clinic - Dr. Sadiq is very communicative about what he is doing to my dog(s) and why, and does all the examining right in front of me with explanations for what for he is doing and why, and for that I am very grateful. I feel very fortunate to have been referred to this clinic by my dog groomer and look forward to connecting more with the new veterinary doctor who just started there too. Thanks for taking such good care of my pugs, I appreciate you and all you do!

I came here for my dog severely throwing up. My other dog has kennel cough and I desperately needed a vet to look at my pup. They muzzled her when she was showing zero signs of agression. She was in clear distress. They treated me poorly as well. They seemed scared of her. She’s a 50 pound husky 8 months old. I waited 45 mins to even see a vet. My appointment was 3, I got in at 345. The vet tech tried to get a temperature and jumped when she barked. She’s a curious puppy. Of course she’s going to bark and be hyper.

Price range is great! Dr Siddique is very knowledgeable and explained how our cat’s surgery would go step by step. I would have given 5/5 stars however they asked for my wife and I to pay upfront. Which is fine, however there was a non-indigenous, non-black woman who wasn’t asked to pay up front, who was helped right after us. Maybe have all of your staff trained on how to deal with customers and make it the same for everyone. If you were to walk in my Mocs, I’d give this place a 6/10 feathers

I have visited this Clinic on two occasions and had my cat and dog seen by Dr.Austin. The Clinic has good hours and they have been able to make appointments same day. The front desk staff are always polite. Dr. Austin is very thorough, professional, and kind. With the closure of Capilano animal clinic, I will be taking my pets here from now on. I recommend it to anyone who is now looking for a new animal clinic. Please keep up the good work ensuring our pets live a healthy life. Thank you guys!

I cannot say enough good things about this clinic and Dr. Austin. This was not our regular clinic but I took my cat here because they were the only vet open on new years day, and I am so grateful they were. They have accommodating hours and very reasonable fees. Dr. Austin had to give us some unfortunate news about our cat, but was so compassionate and caring, he followed up and called us to see how he was doing. I feel he went above and beyond and this will now be our regular vet clinic.

Dr. Austin was friendly and the staff fit us in when our puppy was unwell and our usual clinic was closed. It was a long wait once we were at the clinic. Unfortunately, their scale isn't well calibrated and when we weighed our older dog, he was suddenly down almost a kilo which is a big deal in small dogs. We took our older dog to our vet to get tests, only to find out he hadn't actually lost weight he'd gained it. It cost us an afternoon and 250.00 for bloodwork because of that error.

Super quick and easy registration, my senior bulldog had an ear infection and we just moved so our old vet was a bit too far. Called Thursday for an appointment and we were seen on Saturday at 12pm. Barely had to sit around in the reception, and we were seen within a few minutes of our appointment time. The wellness check fee is very reasonable and my senior dogs exams were also really fairly priced! I didn't feel rushed at all, the vet spent time examining my pup thoroughly.

Doctors are very gentle and caring. Amazing follow up too. I've been coming to this vet for over 2 years now. Dr. Siddique recently diagnosed my male cat with a UTI and was very thorough in explaining it to me. Two years ago, I had to bring my very senior female cat in because of constipation and dehydration. Again, Dr. Siddique was quick with his diagnoses and solution. I've also used his services as the Mobile Vet when I had to put my senior cat down. Very professional man.

If I can put -⭐️⭐️I would We brought our brand new puppy here for shots and all was fine. However; about 2 weeks later our puppy was vomiting with some blood and they refused to see her. She is 4 months old and 3 pounds. They said they were fully booked. SERIOUSLY?!! Apparently, they don't realize how quickly a tiny dog can go from bad to worse.... Stay clear of these heartless, money grabbing monsters.

He treated my furbaby but was over a $1000 for UTI diagnosis, which I told him he had. Normal vet that wasn't open at the time said that is a crazy price and should believe the owner since they know their furbabies I definitely do not recommend this vet. Our regular vet said this vet was covering his butt. He could've just gave my cat the pain med & charged his $60 appt fee instead of all the unnecessary tests.

I phoned for my Siamese, it was an emergency in my eyes and they had him in within 4 hours. My old vet could not see him for 5 days till next appointment. Not only was the bill at least half of what I normally paid at previous vet, they really care. The vet phoned me personally later to see how my boy was doing ( he is doing great, back to himself ) Plan on taking my diabetic cat there next.

Just a quick positive note to say how very grateful I am for the care you provided Frank. Because you were able to accommodate a last minute Sunday afternoon appt we were able to avoid delay in treatment and a costly emergency visit! Not to mention a follow up phone call today to check on Frank! I highly recommend your facility and expertise!!!

A vet I will not recommend, which doesn't even deserve 1 star. He charged over $1000 when he could just charged his $60 for the appt and pain meds for my cat till I get to see my regular vet after the holiday. Beware of this vet, will milk you for your $$ instead of educating you or make any suggestions for your pets health in an emergency.

He's a really good vet. I have been to so many different vets about Bear, his ears and what's going on. He actually took samples, looked under a microscope and showed me the problem. Then explained to me exactly what to do to avoid this happening again. It's been 4 days he's not scratching his ears and he's so much happier! They rule.

So, here's the skinny. These guys have great hours, they offer great prices and they really care. I brought a couple of my fur buddies here when they were feeling sick and a couple days after our appointment they called to make sure treatment was going well. I don't have anything but positive things too say about this place.

Brought our puppy here as we were on a family road trip through the area and they were able to get us in on short notice and were so helpful. If we lived in the area we would definitely be coming back to this clinic. Not only did they help our pup out but they were also friendly and informative. Pricing is also good.

Took the puppy in for his first visit to the Vet. The front office staff are fantastic. The Vet ( Austin ) was outstanding. Helpful, patient, informative, and very personal. I went to another clinic earlier and just did not feel comfortable, so I tried Bonnie Doon Clinic. So happy that I did. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend this clinic!! They’re hours are amazing, they’ve been able to take Alfie in the same day as he’s been sick. Which is an extra bonus. I live very close by, and my cat's previous vet has left the field so I thought I would try here. I am very impressed. Dr. Austin was patient and willing to wait it out while my girl had a tantrum about being at the vet. He gave great advice and feedback about her, and the price was just right.

No fuss vet clinic , great place to have treatments at affordable rates as well as no pressure to do treatments or tests that are excessive. Slight language barrier but not to hard to navigate. Nice to go somewhere that doesnt guilt owners into things and treats animals as pets not children.

I thought the vet was good, pretty well dropped $1000 on my cat just for them to not find results and the cat ended up dying. After 1 week. Wish there was a better result in this vet visit where there was better results and that money could have went towards some sort of treatment.

My cat needed some stitches and they were able to get me on on fairly short notice. My cat needed to be sedated because she is not cooperative and she was ready for collection only a few hours later. The cost was exactly what I expected and they were very friendly people.

We had a great experience yesterday with Dr. Siddique. Our dog required emergency surgery. He took us in right away when we arrived. He truly cared for our dog and even kept us updated throughout the surgery process. We really appreciate the care our dog has received.

Thank you to both Dr Siddique and Dr Austin for looking after my cat on separate visits! Sunny got his teeth cleaned and then had pancreatitis and on both occasions the outcome was successful. The front staff is fantastic and kind as well. Very positive experience!!

The staff are kind and really get it. They actually care. This is the best, most compassionate vet clinic in Edmonton says this mom of a 17 year old puppy, a 23 year old Siamese, and a 16 year old Korat. Highly recommended and open late. What more could you ask for?

We have a dog with chronic pancreatitis, who has to be on a special diet. The food is extremely expensive. It is a little less expensive at Bonnie Doon Vet Clinic. When I call in they always have the food ready for my husband to pick up. I have been very impressed.

This isn’t our primary vet clinic however they took us in on short notice for our puppies UTI. They were amazing with our pup and gave us a quick diagnosis and mediation to get him back to normal. Thank you so much for accommodating us on such short notice!

They are always so kind and accommodating. You can tell they really care about the pets brought in here. Only giving it four stars because they don’t do payment plans, which I think are vital in some cases for those high and unexpected pet bills.

The girl that was in tonight did a great job at clipping my dogs nails. My last experiences at groomers were frustrating cause they didn't clip enough off and his nails were still touching the ground, but his are nice and short now :)

Took our dog there when he was in dire shape. They rushed him in and saved his life. Also have taken our cat there and they were wonderful! Great Vets who care about the pets they treat. We have made the our Vets just awesome++

We had to do the hardest thing: put our beloved Lab down. The entire staff were kind, professional & very understanding. The Vet gave use all the time we needed & was very compassionate. Highly recommend this clinic.
