I don't even know what to say. I recently had to put my beloved cat down after a long battle with inflammatory bowel disease. I have been using Boofy's since she got sick last summer, and I can't commend their staff enough. They treat you like friends. We had a medical emergency with my girl a couple of months back (partially blocked cystitis) and I went to Booofys in a panic trying to find something to help ease it until we could get her to the vet. Courtney, you were and are wonderful! I hope the owners of the shops see this because you have kind, compassionate, and truly knowledgeable staff. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for all of you. It's just me and my 15 year old man kitty now and I will continue to make Booofy's my exclusive place to get him the highest quality food you can find. I know I will always be in good hands when it comes to my animals' needs.

Today was #WashDay and Mom and Dad took me to @boofysbest to use their cool #PetWash It was so nice. The staff was very friendly and showed Mom and Dad the cool doggytubs, plus they have everything needed to give me a professional bath, plus #FREE scarf and pupperfume! #pupperfume #doggyScents Mom was happy because the tub was high so she didn't have to bend over, and hurt her back. ❤ Dad likes the shower sprayer pressure and temperature and the blow dryer. We all loved the store and cute treat shop. I got to walk around and pick a treat and the staff gave me real turkey jerky while I took my bath and a dental chew to take home for later! #DogBarkery Mom and Dad only paid $13 for this fun family day. I've gradually stopped buying from Chewy because I'm trying to reduce our packaging waste, their selection of cat food has gotten really poor, and we don't feel like they do enough for animal charities. I heard about Boofy's before but never bought from them until recently. This store has an incredible selection, particularly of raw food. I can find my cats' high-quality wet food here; it's always in stock! And unlike Chewy, who only focuses on giving the good discounts to new customers, Boofy's has a loyalty rewards program. Those rewards add up quickly. Prices are about just as good as Chewy, definitely less than Petsmart. And I feel good supporting a local business that does a lot for animal welfare groups in Albuquerque.

They have changed the pricing on the do it yourself dog wash, and it is still worth the money! Tubs are cleaned out between dogs, shampoos have been split into 2 tiers now (I completely understand why), and the elevated tub means I don't hurt my back getting my dog clean. Definitely a solid investment in responsible dog care, only improvement that could be made is creating a separate room for drying/cutting hair/grooming (nails, etc) for another $10-$12/ fifteen minutes, so people could have access to the high end dog trimmers and also cut nails while softer from the tub. Otherwise, Boofy's is on par with the self-serve dog bath, Bailey's, that we use in Washington State. Well done!

Boofy's is great. We started coming here for the excellent wash stations. We kept coming for them and the fact that they carry many brands that we didn't think were available locally. Our Goose is very spoiled, and Boofy's has the best food for nourishing her and treats for spoiling her that can be found anywhere. There was also that time we found a lost pet rabbit, and they hooked us up with everything we needed to keep it comfortable until we could re-home it. In short, Boofy's has the best products, facilities, and people who really care for taking the best possible care of our furry friends. Thanks for being part of our community.

Today was my first time going to boofy's! I see it all the time when I drive on i-40 but have never actually gone. I brought my boyfriend's dog in for grooming. I realized that it's actually an entire pet store, and not just grooming. The self-service grooming was actually a lot of fun and very affordable. Had a great experience with all of the staff, and was able to pick up some items for my cats. Their selection of cat food, both kibble and canned, is much bigger than what I'm used to. Was very pleased overall with my visit. Lots of sweet animals available for adoption here as well.

What is there to say other than Boofy's is consistently on the Best of the Burque/City lists because they are the best? What makes Boofy's the best are the amazing selection of pet foods, treats, supplements, accessories, and toys, the courteous, fun, and knowledgeable staff, two convenient locations, and the added bonus that Boofy's gives back to the community. I haven't shopped anywhere else for pet food and treats in a long time (about nine years) and I won't so long as Boofy's is around.

Love this hidden treasure in Albuquerque! The employees were kind, patient, and helpful! I bought a Wonder Walker leash for my Golden Retriever pup and what a game changer. She is still learning (adolescent minded pup), but this harness has worked so much better than any others I have used. My pup just needs lots of patience and repetition. She and I are getting there...thanks to the Wonder Walker we are progressing! Plan to shop here for most dog needs from now on.

This is a great addition to the city! We went in just to see what it was about, and were very impressed. They have a huge selection of pet toys, supplies, treats, and food. They have done a great job to procure top notch pet goods, especially in the food selection. All the options are brands that emphasize pet health, no grocery brands. The staff was great and knew the products well. They gave great advice in making a selection. Will definitely be back soon!

This place is amazing! The people who work here are helpful, passionate, and knowledgeable about pet needs and products! I always buy my dog food from here. They have pet Bathing Stations that are really nice and provide animal shampoo and conditioner (they have options for sensitive skin!), towels, treats, and a waterproof collar to keep your pet in place while bathing. Be sure to grab a complimentary pet bandana after, they're so cute!!

If you haven’t been shopping here you are making a mistake. The staff is friendly and helpful, beyond customer service, they genuinely care about you and your animals well being. The products are top notch. And the amount of knowledge they have to share is unbelievably high. I warned more in a 15 minute conversation than I did in hours of googling. To the team: thank you so much for your help! Your worth your weight in gold.

Wow! I was impressed at how clean and orderly the store is. The selection is amazing. Boofy's carries all the pet supplies my cat needs, and the prices are great too. The customer service is amazing. Cara was very patient and helpful. I was offered a carry out without even asking. It is nice to buy from a locally owned business. There is ample parking too. I will definitely be a return customer. Boofy's on Cutler is an impressive pet store- way more than just supplies. We took our German Shepherd to the DIY pet bath and had a wonderful experience. The bath areas are perfectly setup and equipped so that we just needed to bring the dog❤️ The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient (as my dog knocked over a sign and cleared a whole shelf of puppy treats with his tail.)

This place is the go-to place for all the pet needs. I do know the staff is very knowledgeable when it comes to any questions you have. The bathing stations for your pets are really cool and the staff gets to help you out. I am even considering adopting a cat form here as well.

Best bath in the city, but the true gems are the owner and those that work there. Came in with my dog covered in sap after a hike. When the shampoo and water wasn't working, the owner went above and beyond to help me brain storm and find something that helped before going home.

The self-serve was easy to use and very convenient. The price is perfect and you get a little bandana and a spritz of smell good. I also like that they provide you with treats and all necessary supplies for washing and drying your pooch. Highly recommend.

Love this store and the employees are very good with customer service and love the cats in it's adoption area of the store. The cats can move around instead of being in a small cage and you can pet them and get to know them in it! So loved this!!!

We had the best experience picking out a Curli harness for puppy Jasper. Such helpful people at Boofy's! And the free training classes by Anne are marvelous. Also, the store has a calming, spacious vibe, I could spend hours there.

This new place is wonderful for pets, alot of pet friendly people here also. They make you feel very comfortable as soon as you walk in, they also made my pitbull feel very comfortable and loved.
