Where to begin with such EXCELLENCE!!! My Mazda CX-3 went in for a major service which was very overdue. A general quote was sent to me, which I accepted and immediately Rodrick was in touch to arrange everything! A driver to collect my car from my residence and to bring it back later, a phone call to let me know what additional concerns were discovered and a WhatsApp detailing all the concerns. Rather than seeing the extras as a financial gain, Rodrick suggested which extras I should look at and in the order of importance/concern. At no stage was I pressurised into carrying any of the recommended extras out, but instead Rodrick phoned me to discuss what extra I had accepted and immediately a WhatsApp quote followed. I was looking for a repair place for my car and came across Bosch Car service kzn repair. I was so overwhelmed by their welcome. Their customer service manager Marlon was so good and very much hands on also ensuring that I felt welcomed.And not forgetting their service advisor by the name of Kevin who took me through their process thoroughly. Honestly, my first experience with them was so great hence I will use them again.

Extremely happy with the service and professionalism received from this branch. Walked in and was greeted by Marlon who was so polite and helpful, but so were everyone else. Received a lift to work thereafter as well as regular updates from the workshop. Price was very reasonable in comparison to quotes received from other workshops. My vehicle was super clean upon collection. Highly recommend this branch.
