Ive used a number of storage units over the years and this one is by far the best. I dont even know where to start! They have heated bay doors, one bay has a lift and the bays are high enough to fit almost any truck, van or trailer. You use an app to open the bay doors as well so during winter, you dont even have to open your window before you are inside a heated loading bay. The facility is large, immaculately clean and very modern. They have a good selection of moving carts, dollys and a pallet jack for you to use. With three large freight elevators you are never delayed getting to and from your unit and the elevators themselves are well designed both in size, material and function ( lots of loading/unloading time!). They have two tiers of units, the higher end are mag locked and you use your app to unlock them (and you also have the ability to use your own lock on the deadbolt as well). The more basic units are mechanical lock only. The units have easy lift rolling steel doors that coil at the top so you dont have to worry about door clearance in your locker. The facility also has great restrooms, a well equipped front office with complimentary drinks and even a board room you can use. Its climate controlled throughout, and all the walls and corners are plated with durable steel so accidentally bumping one wont cause damage. Even the dimensions are intelligently designed, even the largest items are easy to navigate to and from your unit. I never hesitated to store anything valuable here (either costly or sentimentally). Due to their excellent security system, app enabled access and onsite staff, the facility is also very secure. The best part though is the staff. Ive never had better customer service. They are incredibly helpful and friendly, very professional, and definitely make your experience seamless and enjoyable. The folks that work here clearly care about their customers and their facility. They even make an effort to get to know you personally. Its easily accessible as its located right next to bow trail and crowchild trail. I really can't recommend this storage facility enough. It makes me wonder why I ever bothered dealing with the ones Ive used in the past. If you are looking for a storage facility that you actually enjoy using, this is the one.

What a great facility and staff! We had to recently store all items from our condo due to water damage. My first contact was Alma who was very friendly and got us set up promptly. Upon arrival another gentleman (also very friendly and helpful) finalized our unit, gave us a tour, etc. After realizing we needed a bigger unit he quickly made the change and again took us to the new unit to make sure it would be sufficient. It is a well maintained building, clean and they even have water/coffee/tea to use while your are accessing their facilities. They have an indoor loading dock which is amazing, especially in winter! Everything can be done via the app, which makes it much easier. I have to say we have been dealing with a lot of stress with our current situation and this was the one company that we felt cared about customer service. Well done, I would highly recommend the facility and their services to anyone :) It is also in a great location!

EVERYTHING YOU COULD WANT IN A STORAGE FACILITY! Wow...what a great facility! You pull up in front of one of their big garage doors, tap an icon on the app, and the garage door opens. You drive inside, out of the driving snow or rain, and the door automatically closes behind you. Lots of carts and large dollies are available to load up your boxes or whatever. Up the elevator and to your storage locker, where a tap on another icon automatically unlocks your storage locker. The icon even tells you what number your locker is!! When you're finished, just close your locker door, and it automatically locks, verified by the red light. And the whole place is as clean as a whistle. Very modern, very friendly service, insurance on your stored stuff is available, and thanks to their high degree of automation, the place is accessible 24 hours a day. This is the standard against which all storage facilities should be measured.

Hi - What a FIND Bow City was for me. I live near Chinook Center and am moving to the NW. I need short term storage and after checking out other places and prices, Bow City just nailed it for me. 1. Informative, helpful, courteous staff. Rick, Seaa, Dan, and Alma went out of their way to find me the right locker and get me organized. 2. Bow City's pricing is more than competitive. It is very fair! 3. Being able to unload INSIDE the building was TERRIFIC. Warm, 3 elevators, lots of carts. Easy Peasy! 3. The location is really central and the facility is spotless. As an aside, I thought I only needed a 10x15 as I have sold a lot of my treasurers. Forget that idea! I ended up with a 10x20 and when I am done with this move every inch of that space will be packed. What's the learning? Consider getting the next size up from what you initially think you need!

I have rented other storage before but decided not to renew. While googling for storage in downtown, I came across with BCS and its amazing review from customers. I gave it a try and booked a viewing, Alma did the tour and showed me the facility. I was in awe of how top notched this rental facility hiding in 10th Ave. From facility entrance to unit access- App is every user friendly. I did sign a contract after viewing and started moving my stuff, didn't realize the 5x5 couldn't fit a queen bed. I went down to ask if there's available 5x10, Alma did find one and move me right away in just a wink of an eye. Custom Service at it's finest!!! The storage is everything digital including washroom access. This is brilliant! Alma, Seia and Dean you guys are AWESOME!! ABSOLUTELY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I had a great experience with Bow City Storage. I was looking for storage in Calgary and came to BCS. The facility is clean, with great security, and is incredibly user friendly. The new tech of bluetooth access for 24,7 availability and opening all doors and my intended unit is great. Saves the need to have keys. The location is also great, for me, being inner city and right off of Crowchild Trail. Most important, maybe, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and supremely helpful in helping me understand and be able to use their facility and units. I think BCS is a great choice. They also have U-Haul trucks (and boxes and moving supplies) at their site, which facilitates a one-stop shop for moving.

Not only is Bow City Storage in the perfect location, their level of customer service exceeds all expectations. Their process for registration is clear and simple, yet they have thought of all of the details you would need. Their covered and heated docking bay is more than what you would expect, but most importantly, their virtual access capabilities is what puts them above others. The ability to provide access to the unit without physically being there is incredibly convenient. I feel confident that the items in my storage units are secure and would highly recommend Bow City to anyone looking for storage space.

I was looking for storage for my two kayaks which are quite large and awkward items to store. All the staff were very helpful when recommending the right size unit based on my needs. The facility is spectacular! Always clean, 24 hour access and everything is controlled right from your smart phone. There’s plenty of carts to move your items, and 3 large elevators as well. The staff are very friendly and they offer complimentary beverages in their office area for while you’re hard at work moving. I 100% recommend this facility and it’s a great price for the exceptional service you’ll receive.

Edit: months on everything is smooth as silk. I transferred to a larger space over the phone in the space of a few minutes, and they credited me for remaining time in the old unit which they didn't have to do. They are new and working through the kinks, so just go with a tad bit of patience and you'll be very satisfied. I loaded up my storage space in the dead of winter in a T-shirt. I have been renting an Unit at Bow City Storage for more than 2 months. All the helpers are very nice and helpful. I’ve checked some other storage before I choose this one which is the most model storage in Calgary downtown, all of facilities are new and modern, full of tools needed are available and free to use. There is an very nice lounge for people for their waiting time or relax, they serve coffee and drinks free. How a harmony atmosphere beyond just a place for storage. All the access using by phone, I love it, it’s safe and convenient. Highly recommend!

Everything about this place is incredible! The location, the facilities, the systems, the tools (ex: carts), and the staff. It being climate controlled, with access through 4 big garage doors is a dream, especially in the winter. It's also brand new, so everything is in excellent condition. Hopefully they keep investing in the building to keep everything in its current condition. The only tiny downsize is the cost. It's a bit expensive. But you also get what you pay for so it's hard to complain too much about the cost. Would 100% recommend!

Excellent facility. Angie and Dan were amazing. We were shown a number of units until we settled on one. Love the smart technology. So impressed with the facilities. Clean. 24/7 secure access. Always felt my belongings were safe. Big thank you to the staff, who were so helpful with my move. I couldn't be there to meet the movers. I sent them my access link and they opened and closed the locker as well as kept an eye on the move. I couldn't have done it without them. This is a great facility with an all star team.

Absolutely fantastic storage facility - clean, secure, convenient, this place has it all. The entire staff team was extremely friendly and helpful in choosing the right unit and even toured us around the facility. The facility itself is top-notch and feels secure - all the doors and storage units are controlled by an app allowing 24/7 access to the loading bays and units, which worked great in trying to book movers. Carts and dollys are provided complimentary at the facility, this place really has it all!

Bow City Storage is the RITZ of storage facilities. Everything is pristine, the equipment is all brand new, and the staff are amazing. I feel safe leaving my belongings here, not only because of the security features of the building, but because of the amazing staff. They are so accommodating, friendly and helpful! They have everything you need before you even know need it! I am so grateful to have a place like this which keeps my mind at ease and my things protected.

FANTASTIC facility. I was impressed on the whole operation. The facility is very clean, well lite, lots of storage unit, friendly staff, drive in bays and on site dollies etc. for moving loads. I am a tech geek so I geeked out on the fact they use an app that acts as your key to enter, move through the facility and open your unit. The business name is short on the amenities offered. They also rent moving trucks and sell storage material (e.g., boxes, tape).

This place was a fantastic short term storage solution for us. Centrally located and easy to access from various parts of the city. The drive in bays and carts that were provided made it super easy to grab things as we needed them at any hour. The app for access is genius! Prices are reasonable and staff friendly. I've stored in other places before and dreaded going in and out. This place was super easy. I highly recommend this place.

First and foremost, the staff at Bow City Storage are kind, helpful, and knowledgeable – just a treat to deal with! The facility is clean and secure, and the extras make any moving scenario almost effortless. I was able to pickup a U-Haul truck right at my storage, move my things, then drop off the truck at the same place I dropped my stuff. Brilliant. Oh, and if you need boxes, packing tape, and the like, they have that, too.

Needed to rent a U-haul from them and the process was quick and efficient. Got the u-haul and was able to moved my friend’s stuff all in one haul. When we returned the truck the lady at the reception desk did a quick check of it and processed the final amount owed which was way less than expected. We were in and out of there in less than 15 minutes. Definitely was a great experience and would recommend them to others.

Easiest part of my move! Couldn't have found the employees at Bow City more accommodating. Everything worked well and the technology associated with the facility makes access very easy. Where to begin? It's a clean, secure, state of the art facility. The one staff member I dealt with was incredibly friendly and most importantly, helpful. They are unbelievably flexible - month to month rents with just two days of notice, flexibility upsizing or downsizing as needs change. And it's in the city, more or less. I can't imagine wanting more from a storage facility.

I've been very happy with the efficiency of the Bow City Storage facility. The app has worked very well in gaining access throughout the building. It's very clean and well lit. 24 hour access has been very helpful for me. I've found access restrictions at other facilities very difficult to work around due to my work schedule so Bow City has made this very easy for me.

Units were clean and very secure. The phone app was very useful for entering and exiting after hours. Siea and the rest of the staff were very helpful locking off elevators and helping us in our move out. I would recommend this storage facility.

My opinion this ones the best in the city. Im a mover so my experience here is limited. From what I can tell, some of the features are pretty cool, and not like I've seen anywhere else. Did I mention it is very clean everywhere you look.

Very distracting advertising lights flash along the top of their building, all to annoy drivers on the freeway. Needed storage earlier in the year and intentionally skipped them for being annoying.
