Well seeing as I'm working as a pub cook down the street I thought I would stop in and grab some beer on way home after crazy busy superbowl Sunday at my work. Saw a case as sale item so got up to counter and the price came up wrong. I went all the way back to fridge and snapped a picture because the guy just stared at me the a blank expression expecting me to pay more. Showed the picture then he had to go find his coworker. Who then told him to call someone on phone. Omg! Anyway rang through was still more than advertised price. Was in store 20mins almost missing halftime while these cheap rodents tried to Nicole and dime me over their own posted sale price. Avoid these snakes

Delivery Drivers Beware!!! This guy name Joe does not pack liquor delivery orders properly. Customers end up getting the wrong orders and he blames delivery drivers for it so he can get away by paying the extra fees because it's his fault. In times like these! Hope Karma takes back in tenfold for the $15 you ripped off a delivery driver for. You sold your soul for $15. Hope it was worth it...ripping off an honest driver that makes a living from deliveries This guy is very unappreciative of the service delivery drivers give him.

The place is well stacked and has almost everything you can think of, but it truly is overpriced, and the strange thing is that no receipt of the details of the items you bought are given. This brings the question of whether some more amount is added to what you are tapping with your card on the machine. The place can do a really good business if they are careful about their customer service, but if this attitude continues, the future may be dire.

Overpriced in comparison to others, and as a customer, keep a very close eye on the dollar amounts that come out of their till. A sign for beer that said $15.99 was rung through at $17.99, then the debit receipt showed almost $23. When asked for a receipt, the clerk said she couldn't print out a detailed receipt to show the item price, the deposit paid and the tax charged, all she could provide was an interact transaction slip. Huh???

I am not too sure about the negative comments I have been reading here. My wife and myself have been customers for 19 years from the first store to the the current store. Joe and his family have always been friendly and amazing, the staff they have had have also always been great. I have never been over charged. Since my father moved here 10 years ago he has also been a loyal customer and has had no issues. Haters be haters!!

Convenient and decent selection. Always check the price at till, they regularly try to overcharge or add an item Still sleepy months later. I always ask my total each time, especially when it's the only guy with his head shaved. He punches in numbers, pushes the tap towards you and doesn't show the total, always overcharging. I've saved myself 8-12 bucks each time I'm in there by checking my totals

Negative Stars not allowed. Bought some beer there and it caused our lips to burn when it was drank from the can. I went back and told them. They said that someone had discharged pepper spray in the store and they must have restocked the fridge with some of the ones affected. No apology or attempt to right the situation. My lips are still sore. Won't ever go back!!

Be sure to check how much they're charging you as they like to scam. They charged me double the amount for a bottle that I had bought and had to go back in a day later after checking my card statement. I was told that it was my fault for not looking at the machine before I tapped my card... my friend also had a similar experience with the owner here.

Scammers! Avoid at all costs! Went to buy a 15 pack of lucky that had a sale sign on it for 20.99, it rang in at 29.99 and they tried to tell me that GST + can deposit brought it to almost 10$ more than the sale sign. I have supported you guys since you opened in Bowness and I know this isn't the first time you've done this to me and others.

I have seen the clerk try to short change people twice. Nothing done to me personally but having scene this twice (and I am not a regular) I am skeptical it's an honest mistake. Both customers were a little liqoured up and caught the "error.". Not too sure what to think, but I am suspicious. …

Convenient for locals. Huge selection to choose from, but often overpriced. Friendly welcome my first visit; though the owner has a tendency to argue the price if you buy something on sale, and will immediately rip down the sign after your purchase. Perhaps the price you pay for convenience...

Delivery driver tried to steal my change for the order i made which was a 50$bill for a 20$ order then threatened to shoot my house up when I told him I wanted my money. Had to get cops involved never shop here, don't support these actions

Unprofessional, rude, they have some products without any pricing, and charge whatever they feel like. Live in Bowness.... there are many other options within a ten minute radius..ALL giving better service, pricing and choices!!!!!

Cashier was rude and just lost my service. Was asked to stop looking when, even though I bought things before I let but was unable to buy what I wanted because of him. I’ll be very disappointed if he still has a job

Kinda wish that they were more in a convenient area or something, or even have it open earlier and later with maybe after hour service if that was possible. Lol Besides that, good deals and respectful staffs.

Will never step foot in this store again. There are many other liquor stores in the area with better management. If there was a negative 5 stars as an option that would be my rating. Shop else where!

Overpriced! Paid 32$ for a 12 pack of palm bay where else is about 24$. I paid cash and asked for the receipt the cashier replied we dont give receipts for cash purchases. Never going there again.

Always great service, very helpful and attentive staff. Not the biggest selection in town but they do try to have lots of interesting options. I live close, it's very accessable.

Vast selection and professional staff. If you need anything they are right on it. There prices are good as well, not overpriced at all. I would recommend that u give it a shot.
