Consider this your most important referral of 2020. I’m not one to usually throw this type of thing up but I know better than most- Going to the dentist is just one of those things we all do where we’re desperate to know we’re getting a quality and pain free experience. Can honestly say that based on my own recent dental emergency, Box Hill North Dental is the only place you need to know about. Having frequented more than 6 different dentists over the years - with my fair share of stories to follow, none would compare to my experience with the team at Box Hill North Dental. Dr Shan who saw me, walked me through every step, what to expect and what they would be doing (without the gory detail) before proceeding at each point. Despite the obvious anxious thoughts you have when going to a new dentist, I can honestly say that within 15mins I was completely at ease and comfortable with everything that was happening. The perfect level of anaesthetic that meant I was comfortable throughout with no pain, and yet didn’t look like I was having a stroke for the whole second half of the day. To say I was blown away would be an understatement- would recommend to anyone looking for your best dental experience yet, including families and relatives. If that doesn’t sway you, keep your wits about you not to fall asleep in the most comfortable layback dental chair I’ve ever come across. Attention to detail Professional staff, modern procedures and approaches, follow up call to check in - you can’t do better. Happily recommend and rate 12/10.

I cannot recommend this practice enough. I am scared of dentists and made an appointment due to a toothache. I explained to the dental technicians and dentist my fears and they were extremely empathetic. From the moment I entered the practice they were all welcoming, professional, kind and polite. The premises are modern and extremely clean, there is a TV on the roof and a very comfortable examination chair. Dr Indran was completely considerate and spoke in a warm tone and language that i could understand. He advised of options and possible outcomes. I had a filling with a temporary crown attached. Indran and Sharryn talked me through what was happening through all stages and also advised of how long things were taking. I need to go back for the permanent crown and do so knowing how well I will be received and taken care of. I would recommend this practice to all.

It's absolutely a wonderful experience I had with Box Hill North Dental. I had my initial check-up and regular dental cleaning here today. I've recently moved in Box Hill and so glad to find this gem. The services of Dr Shan and his dental assistant Sharon were very professional, thorough and efficient. I've left the clinic feeling so refreshed. Patients would always want a thorough assessment and rely to their healthcare provider. This dental service exceeds my expectations. The clinic also looks very clean and new and observes good practice especially with the Covid situation. Looking forward to come back for my next appointment, do highly recommend. Dr Indran Shan are very patient dentists. My youngest daughter Maggie is only 3 and a half years old. It was the first time to see her teeth here. Dr Indran was very nice to check her teeth. Maggie was very relax. We went to clean her teeth for the second time. My eldest daughter is very afraid of dentists in China. She cleaned her teeth here for the first time. With the help and encouragement of Sharryn, the whole process went smoothly. I am very grateful to this dentist clinic in Box Hill North, as well as DR Indran and Sharryn. They are really nice and patient. I highly recommend everyone to try it.

I came from abroad. I had issues with my teeth and I had to go to a dentist. I saw a lot of good reviews about this dental practice. I booked an appointment and met with Dr Indran Shan and his dental assistant Sharryn . They were both very helpful and explained the treatment I will get very well. The treatment I got was very good and painless which I have never got abroad. I would highly recommend Dr Indran Shan and Sharryn’s dental services to anyone.

My dental work-up today at Box Hill North Dental exceeded all expectations I had. The very through check-up allowed the dentist to identify problems which I didn't even know existed!. The dentist and the assistant were very kind and patient which put me at ease.The service from walking into the clinic to leaving including the cost was second to none and I will have no hesitation recommending this practice to anyone.

They were professional and passionate. Everything from the check in process to the cleaning, x-ray and final check out was smooth and efficient. Dr. Shan and Sharryn were both incredibly lovely and continually checked up on me to make sure I was okay during my procedure noting my slight anxiety of dentists! The staff are great. Sharryn went above and beyond to assist with my queries, overall the staff are all Very welcoming and friendly. Dr Indran was very nice and informative. I hadn't been to the dentist in a few years. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They walked me through the procedure, which helped ease my nerves. Everything was done efficiently and I'm really happy with the overall experience. They also quoted me on the services and made sure I was okay with the prices. I would recommend this place in a heart beat.

I needed a mouth guard for my son to be ordered and received before his first game. We only had a week to get it, but the clinic worked really fast and found out from the supplier if we could get it in time and what the cut-off time was. We were then booked in, fitted and were happy to receive a great mouth guard just in time for the game! Great service!!!

What a brilliant practice and a wonderful team - I was so impressed with Sharryn and Dr Shan - I presented as a new patient with a terrible toothache and they fit me in immediately and took the pain away. Hi highly recommend box hill Nth dental. They had a calming and gental aproach and were very accommodating to my kiddos special needs. They even had his favourite game to watch. My kids were visiting the dentist for the first time. They absolutely loved the experience. As they are in their inquisitive age of 5 & 3 yrs.... All their questions were answered very patiently and they felt very comfortable. Highly recommend their services.

Wonderful dentist and assistant, highly recommend Dr. Indran Shan and assistant Sharon. They were so great with my teenagers and explained what was happening during their check up and clean. The kids even said that they are happy to come back anytime.
