Was really surprised at their lack of interest in helping. Not a hardware person, so was looking for someplace to help me special order a part. They were impatient with my questions and photos of things. I was in and out 2min. Would recommend going somewhere else for anyone who needs advice or anything nontypical.
I've never gone in here and not found what I need for a DIY task. The staff are really nice more than once the guy has not charged me for smaller items. Also good for household items like cookware we bought our ironing board from here really impressive for small shop
I have been using this store since Mr Bradbury owned it. If you need something this is the place to start looking. Pie trays, sink plugs, nails, tools, plugs, sewing kits and key cutting. They have a wide range of items, it's a treasure trove in Broadway Market.
Stock may be a little limited in this Aladdin’s cave but service is not. Always super helpful. Today I just needed some screws but had only Card “pay us next time” they said, I’m not even a regular! Thanks again for the service!
I love this shop. It's piled high with everything you need for your home - light bulbs, cleaning products, kitchen utensils, bathroom products, cat litter, fabric dye, mousetraps, string, paint, electrical cable... You name it.
A place you find a few of all you need for your home: kitchen tools, pans, cleaner products, blobs, paints for small works... They are really good with keys. Staff is friendly, they help you in any question. Very useful.
They have a bit of everything: gardening supplies, kitchen equipment, tools, cleaning supplies. I've been here several times for hangers, a screwdriver, an enamel pie dish (my favorite), hammer and tacks, Pyrex, etc.
The shop closes at 1745 apparently, even though Google map shows that it closes at 1800. We went there hoping to find some tools thinking it’s still open at 1745 but it was already closing.
Terrible service. Guy on his phone can’t even be bothered looking up for his customers. Store was packed. Couldn’t care less. Maybe better to chat to your girlfriend in your own time?
The key cutting service is terrible. None of the keys work. I have taken them back and had new keys cut and the new ones don't work either. Do not use for their key cutting service.
I don't know how they fit everything in, but they have just about any useful and random home/ hardware/ cleaning thing you could need! And always really friendly and helpful.
Needed 80 small serews which i had to dig out from an assortment of ods and sods then they wanted to charge me £ 20.00 for the pleasure
A treasure trove for DIY and chandlery. Small but packed with all the widgets you could possibly need. Helpful guy behind the counter.
This amazing shop has almost anything you need, and also has one of the most friendliest and helpful staff Ive ever met.
Great little hardware shop. It's our local shop so we go there for all our DIY needs. The attendants are very helpful.
Rated a 1* simply because it wasn't open, even though the opening hours on Google started closing at 5.30pm.
Lovely small diy shop. very polite staff and helpful. prices are even very good. some items cheaper than b&q
An iconic hardware store with warm, sincere people working there who are so helpful
Great shop, really nice staff, they even gave me some pins I needed for free :)
Found what I wanted. Will revisit to see if they have the lightbulb I want
Good place to get keys cut, tools or basic housewares; well stocked.
If you're look for 'this & that' this shop has just about everything
Prices are alright for the convenience. Not for everyday shop.
They always very helpful and the man is very knowledgeable
Yeah they don't open at 8.30am during the week..
Well stocked old fashioned hardware store.
