Extremely unprofessional, i called before going to the store to make sure the product i wanted was in stock. After i went in store and payed they told be they don't have it in stock and told me i need to pick it up by there distribution center. I drove to the distribution center and had to wait for a hour to receive my product. Extremely bad service, would not recommend them to anyone.

The consultant: Joan, went above and beyond the call of duty to assist us! As an establishment, they provided the VERY BEST AFTER CARE FOR OUR PRODUCT: TO SAY THE LEAST! KUDUS TO YOU "GOD BLESS YOUR ESTABLISHMENT AMEEN" …

Pathetic service. I waited for a fridge for an entire month. They are taking their sweet time refunding my deposit which I gave to them in cash and they refused to give it back using the same method.

The service level is pathetic.. I was told that I would receive my refund within 72 hours... It is now more than a week later and no feedback or response from the store!
