As the owner of Crusoe the Dachshund, we take his health and care very seriously; always consulting and working with the best experts we can find. Dr. Labelle is new to the Ottawa area but has tons of clinical experience and is even a university professor on top of it. She came recommended from our regular vet to take care of a couple bumps that were developing right along the edge of Crusoe’s eye. She was extremely pleasant, patient, and clear in her communications with us. I stress “clear”, because so often vets & specialists can be hard to understand/follow. She removed the bumps on his eye while under sedation, and now several months later they have healed very well. Would definitely trust Dr. Labelle again and happily and faithfully recommend her to friends and followers.

We have nothing but praise for Dr Labelle. The care she showed for both our dog as well as for us were like nothing we had experienced before. Our dog gets nervous at the vet and her and her team were incredible at making sure our dog was as comfortable as possible. He almost didn’t even realize that he was being examined with how comfortable they made him. She also explained everything amazingly to us about our dog’s diagnosis, helped ease our worries and made sure that before we left that all of our questions and concerns were answered.

Dr. Labelle is amazing. As a referring Veterinarian I have nothing but wonderful things to say. She is personable, knowledgeable, ready to help in our complicated cases, and am amazing professional resource. My Australian shepherd Waldo only goes there for his eye care. Please go see Dr. LABELLE, she is amazing with our dog. Very thorough and genuinely cares about your pet as much as you do. She also follows up with you and responds to emails quickly.
