The team made my removal from Melbourne to Brisbane pain free (especially with covid lockdowns!). There was a lot of communication beforehand and on the day I received a text letting me know the anticipated arrival time (and a call when they had finished). The team turned up on time (to the nearest minute!) and were very friendly and professional. I have to also say I am impressed that on a wet and windy Melbourne day there is no dirt or footprints inside the empty property. Overall the price was extremely good and I would definitely recommend Brisk to others moving interstate. I also like the concept of using local removalists at both cities which then helps avoid any issues of covid transfer interstate through physical movement of people…not sure why this isn’t standard across the industry yet! Well done to the Brisk team for being innovative in this. Congratulations to the team for making a move during lockdown pain and hassle free.

Absolutely cannot stress this enough- these guys were AMAZING! We have them literally a days notice, and they were able to get a team together to come out and move out our entire house the next morning. Nic was great, very responsive and sticks to his word- if he says he is going to call you at 6am with an update- rest assured you’ll be getting a call at 5:30am with an update! The 3 guys that came in were phenomenal and their Tetris skills were some kind of art- we have no idea how they did it but they did! Professional, fast at responding and extremely accomodating. Having never engaged the services of a removalist company before, we were very nervous about organising the transport of some furniture from Melbourne to the Gold Coast. We didn't need to worry as from start to finish Brisk Transport was extremely professional and every staff member we dealt with, from Tania and Holly in the office to the delivery staff in both Melbourne and Gold Coast, were so friendly and helpful. The timing of pick up and delivery was impeccable and they kept you informed the whole time. Cost was reasonable too. I had a smaller move required that most movers I contacted over quoted and were not very nice to deal with. With Brisk, I was put in touch with the director who sorted out a special deal for me and very patiently explained all aspects of the move to me. Everything from first contact, due to final drop off was fantastic; the efficiency, the communication, the care in which they looked after my goods. I can't thank them enough for the fantastic effort they gave in ensuring I was well looked after, even though my job was tiny in comparison with what they normally do. Thank you so much!

As we moved interstate from Brisbane to Melbourne, we choosed Brisk Transport as they are very competitive in the market. Nick was very cooperative, friendly and helpful throughout in dealing and negotiating. Loading staff was also very efficient and professional in loading the items to the container. They reached on time at the pick-up location and within an hour they have loaded all the household items in the container securely and safely. During the movement, Nick was in regular contact and kept us informed about the delivery. I recommend Brisk Transport to anyone.

I am completely blown away by Brisk. Their customer service from every single team member was exceptional. Nic was great - made sure the quoting was accurate and was very informative with the whole interstate moving process. The lady’s on reception were great also, always friendly. The boys in Queensland that came and loaded were amazing, cracked jokes but still got the job done very efficiently as well as the boys in Melbourne. My items were moved efficiently without any damage. I cannot fault their work or team. I would highly recommend Brisk Transport!

I do not recommend this company, I’ll be letting everybody know to stay away from Brisk. I used them to transport all my belongings interstate, we had so much furniture damaged, things missing from furniture like caps or coverings they removed and have been lost. Furniture dented, or completely ruined beyond repair, things stolen. The guys moving the furniture and putting it on the truck treated everything poorly things were dropped numerous times and broken. It’s very heartbreaking to have a lot of your stuff damaged. Please do not use Brisk Transport.

I moved from Queensland to Victoria using Brisk - they made the process absolutely seamless. I’ve never had such a positive experience with a moving company. The lovely ladies in the office Jemma and Cat organised dates, times and square meterage (and were so helpful with a last minute change on my end!). We used this company in October 2020, to get our belongings from Brisbane to Melbourne - during the Melbourne lockdown. Everything could not have gone smoother. They arrived on time, were careful but kept a great pace. The were on time at the other end, to place our belongings into our new house. Brisk were an excellent removalist company. Used them for a move from the Gold Coast to Melbourne and was very happy with their service. I had some household and personal items shipped from Melbourne to Brisbane from my home to friends storage. The whole organisation was very efficient. Very nice guys who came to the house and super efficient and fast. The stuff was up there in my storage area in Brisbane in two days. I even forgot my washing machine and they came back.
