Its packed together like a stockyard full of shipping containers, and though the residents are genuinely good hard working families- the ownership has let maintaining the whole property slip into complete neglect. Several times weekly backed up and overflowing drainage often leaving residents exposed to raw sewage etc.

They have a very nice and quiet trailer park. I have a friend who lives there and every time I'm there it's so quiet and they keep it up very nice. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to put their trailer.

This is a great place to live, The manager is the best, She is in office alot,and answers all calls. We have new paved streets, A great crime watch too. There is stop signs and speed limit is 5 m.p.h.

No play area for kids. Some tenant's are rude. Unpleasant greeting. Only thing this place has going for it self is overflow parking but then that is a iffy.

My stepdads sister manages it, the trailers are decent and I work for them helping cut the grass, raking leaves, painting, etc.

The neighborhood is okay and people usually stay to their selves, but the maintenance could help individuals out more often.

Have a relative that lives here and it's very quiet and relaxed. Good stepping stone for people or permanent residence.

Friendly little community with trailers everywhere if you're looking for a spot to live fairly cheaply it is your place
