Listen, it is a good place to live, it’s peaceful. But problem about these trailers, there is many trailers that are vacant and no one lives in them, and when someone Rents they have to do the cleaning from the siding. And it’s been causing a problem to my trailer because I been infested with rats, I never had a problem with rats until they had to clean one out, Tried and told management but they told me it’s my problem now. First of all, I have one neighbor who is also infested by rats, and we tried everything and it never ends, I think they should fumigate empty trailers every month to prevent this. I also live next to a vacant trailer, nothing has been done to it, it’s all dirty, they don’t tend to take care of empty trailers at all, they just leave them until someone rents and boom all the rats come to my home or someone else, to be honest we are all tired of wasting our money on traps, and poison rats, I think they really should take care of the empty trailers

My ceiling is about to fall in got black mold that was suppose to be taking care of not done since i been here floors falling in told them about this nothing done no back steps toilet not working for about months i have two toilets one works the other dont we had swedish under the trailor didnt take care of that now wr have mice and roaches we had to pay oit of pocket to have in sprayed we are on a fix income and i pay 8 dollars amonth fot a maintence guy where they at i pay on time every month cause no trouble stay to myself oh my daughters bike got stolen too its a nice place but need better people to run this place office people are sometimes not nice at all very rude need better people.

Came into the office to ask a couple questions, to iut if they had anything for sale or rent even if its one that needed a bit of work as driving around 30% of the homes were falling in on themselfs, i started by asking "i wanted to know if" but by the time that came out of my mouth she was already shaking her head no. I did continue on finishing my question (cause im just rude like that i guess) and the entire time shes just shaking her head, didn't even take the time to come up from her desk at the back of the office 10/10 would not recommend.

Mostly quiet, decently clean, and safe. I live here because the rent is inexpensive and I'm going to school at UIndy, so it's a good option for students. The university is about a two minute drive. The ladies in the office are kind and eager to help anyone here. Most people keep to themselves and don't talk to anyone else here, but the neighbors we have met are very nice. The lake has little to no fish in it.

This place looks like an average mobile home park, IT'S NOT! Poor maintence, poor management, poor everything! They "fix up" a home with the worst materials. Just enough to convice you they have made repairs. Mold, BED BUGS, ROACHES, TERMITES, electrical wires around the plumbing....it is beyond deplorable!

They are a scam and they have you pay and tell you they never got the money when really the owner takes the money and spends it on what she wants. The people that live here need something to happen cause they are getting money taken from them and it's not fair someone needs to bring some justice.

It has improved, in my opinion, from recent years past. It has a more "home-ie" feel now. There doesn't seem to be as much "mischief", as far as I could tell, as there has been in the last 5 or 6 years. Keep in mind that I have not spent much time wandering the property during night time hours.

Nice trailers with every one comes a beautiful view. Also your trailer is protected by an Army of geese, which at all day and dance on the rooftops. A beautiful lake makes for a great picnic spot, until you're driven away by, like, twenty geese that chase you until they can eat your food.

Worst management ever , do not buy a trailer from them , they cover up mold issues and floor issues and other things that may be wrong , can't see the problems untill later, they will tell u the water heater is new and a new furnace as well. They'll put new stickers on the old ones

They waitress is basically he descriminated at me for be a Mexican, I was first over with my wife,n he attended other white people before me, n we was first, even he never asked anything,just ignore me n my wife. Sorry I'm Mexican to but I have education.

This was a really nice place decades ago. They used to have a excellent pool, play ground for kids and so on. It has become so run down over the years. They filled in the pool and it looks like they got rid of the play ground as well. So sad …

I used to go here every day when it was long acre pool have visited friends who lived here a lot. Gotta truthfully say it makes me sad. It cost a lot, and isn’t kept up any more. It used to be a beautiful place to drive threw, not anymore. Sorry.

No pool, no corporate, just greedy asshats that turned the trailer park into a ghetto.. drugs and guns the American dream of the poor, kids get bullied there's no Park or swimming so the youth get bored and rob trailers left unattended.

This place is terrible ...there are cats everywhere !! And kids running all through the street ...just a raggedy place too call home...it's nothing like it was when I was a kid ..I wouldnt let my pet sloth live there ( if I had one !)

Horrid place to live, nothing has properly worked since the day you move in until you move out the kings of Jerry rigging everything furnace dont work right water heater doesnt work right absolutely horrid place to live

A friend of mine has a small place here and tbth it's really a decent neighborhood like frfr kids were out playing ..I even think they have a park and a pond for fishing if u enjoy that as well

Office staff is friendly to your face until you walk out the door and then we'll talk about you to every person that walks in. The location has a lot of drugs activity on the property.

They don't take care of their property and they have so many run down trailers, they let any type of riff raff on the property. Need better management and should be so much cleaner.

Clean, inexpensive, excellent security and very well maintained! This would be an excellent choice for college students attending University Of Indianapolis 1 block North.

Not a bad trailer park, prices float around 400-800 a month depending on what you get, and if you end up owning what you buy. Definitely the best trailer park near me

This is an older mobile home park, but it is well maintained, lawns are mowed, no trash lying about. Very little to no crime is reported. Offers affordable housing.

Dont apply to live here unless you make 4 times the rental price. And if the 2 old ladies in yhe iffice dont like the way you look you can forget about living here.

Nice quiet place to live kids and adults can fish at anytime without having to pay for a license and kids can ride their bicycles safely and play outside

This place is a dump. I have a friend who unfortunately lives here. Hoping she moves soon. Horrible management. Drugs abound. Don't move in here.

If you follow the rules they'll never be any problem but if you do (watch out)but if you look at it she's looking for everybody's best interest

They are economical they are kept up in decent shape more than decent is it okay all around place to stay or live who you are and how you are

Very badd part of Thomson, but very reasonable pricing on mobile homes. Nice enough people, hard to get out of main exit on each end.

Kind of expensive on lot rent. There aren't very many amenities. But beautiful landscape. Especially during changing of the seasons.

It was okay. My friends have a nice place and say the people that run the mobile home park are very accomodating
