It seems well maintained, clean, and quiet. I have been there multiple times before, at varying times of day and evening, and I have never observed anything out of place. From a visitor point of view, it is nice. For larger gatherings, the majority of parking is next to the street, and even when we have to park in front of someone else's home, there's never been an issue.
It's usually a pretty quiet neighborhood. Well maintained, and very kind property management that live on site. I've lived here almost 10 years and hope my son will always know this place as home. My only complaint and why I didn't give 5 stars is people tend to speed down the main road between Pike and 52nd Street. Nothing a speed bump or two wouldn't fix though!
The grounds are cared for & kept trash free. BUT!, Do-Not trust anyone that lives there! A lot of the residents are mentally unstable. So I advise not getting too involved with anyone. Another large drawback is that Quail Creek was built on top of a swamp. Water is gross! Also, the water leaves a black 'mold looking' substance on any & all water receptacles.
I lived there for almost 4 years. I had the best neighbors and the people running the park were always helpful and kind. I wish I could have stayed, but I needed to move closer to my daughter, as she helps take care of me and it was an hour and a half drive each way for her, she's now 10 minutes away. I will miss living there though.
Quail Creek is owned by a family, not a corporation so the management here is more friendly & open to helping. The park is well-maintained, mobile home owners are required to keep up their yards, & its a quiet park with no rowdy parties, no loud neighbors. Just a great place to live. Been here 12 years & very happy.
This is a great place to live with plenty of walking and jogging space it's also a very safe neighborhood. There is a small park here but nothing special two slides and some swings. Mainly it's older people who live here and they are all very friendly.
Absolutely a terrific place to live, it's quiet and the people are friendly and very respectful of your things and privacy. if your looking for a good home in a nice area Quail Creek Mobile home park is definitely somewhere you would want to look at.
It is a nice place to live, but not as cost effective as they advertise. And if you buy here, you should be prepared to do your own repairs. I am starting to enjoy my new home, but the buying and moving in process left its mark for a while.
Drug at the house thereshowing u. Break Ins all the time if u had kids and the office gets complaints u will Still the same drug house on this page but it's not obe evicted. I'm moving I wouldn't want to live here if u paid me to.
Mobile homes are nice and seem well maintained. There's sometimes a lot of walkers in the neighborhood and parking in the street, so use caution when driving through. Very clean appearance compared to other mobile home park.
I have lived here since I was like 5 and I love how welcoming the owner is, and the pond is beautiful. They take good care of their community and environment. I love it here and I would so recommend it to people!!
A waste of money. Keep raising fees to live here every year. Now pay more than a $100k house payment and no resale value do to monthly fees & 20% purchase down payment it’s not an affordable or reasonable option.
Good friend lives here it seems like a good quiet neighborhood....alot of older people I believe but not sure..... wouldn't mind living here myself if I was to move
Very clean. Residents represent a good nieghborhood. Seem to keep it that way. If I could only pick my trailer up and move it there.
Great place not too loud not too quiet some nights I’ll go out on the porch and and listen to the train it’s nice and peaceful
Is a nice place to live in near been here for 3 years now every month for a year love my two kids
Seems like a nice trailer park, all the homes are well kept up, it's easy to navigate.
Lived here for 30 years. Have been very happy.
Quiet place to live on the east side
Clean and quiet, park like setting.
