I have a V.I.P. Membership that I purchased during a promotional period they have every December that gives a discount on “unlimited” washes (1x a day). The staff members, Lala & Georgina, are pleasant and friendly. I have been to most of the locations around Edmonton as the subscription pass is available for use at ANY Bubbles location in their network (even Calgary and Kelowna). I would comment that a “fine clean” when the vehicles are dirty, is not to be expected. I do find the front grill and rear trunk areas (around the license plate) often remain dirty following their wash cycle. I also have “film protection” along my bumpers that has bubbled and “peeled” due to their wash staff (during the initial part of the wash where they use pressure washers around the car) not having good technique and applying too much pressurized water to the edges of the film causing the film to lift off the car. It is very expensive for me to get fixed at a car detailing shop. The sales staff are fairly aggressive to “upsell” extra services every time I go, even though I already have a subscription pass for exterior washes. The value for me is the saving of time of not having to wash my car personally to keep it constantly clean. I can make calls and do other things while I wait for my car to be cleaned. If you want a high-end detailing/clean of your car, I would consider a “specialist company”. For my need to keep my car regularly clean for a fixed monthly fee, the subscription is the best way for me. For people who don’t want to pay a monthly fee, there is little choice but to go to a self wash bay to vacuum and clean your car.

Nice concept for an all indoor car wash but some of the sales staff are unfriendly and charging $20 to give the carpets a quick vacuum or $15 to wipe your windows is ridiculous. Last time I went through, the brush that cleanes the hood, roof and back wasn't working with apparently happens frequently I was told so my truck left half washed with dirt still all over the hood, windshield, back window and tonneau cover. Manager said he went and looked and it was all clean. Also make sure they wipe the tire shine after they spray it all over your wheels etc or you'll leave and have the tire shine all over the side of your car that you just over payed to have semi cleaned. Very hit and miss. Also payed $299 at the sherwood park location for a power polish after being assured it would remove small scratches and swirl marks. Got my truck back after an hour and it looked clean but exactly the same with scratches and swirl marks. Was then told "oh well that was just a one stage polish. You would have to get a four stage polish for about $500 to remove those." Pretty sure if I got a four stage it would have looked the same then they'd say I have to get a 6 stage polish for $1000. Just a very shady company on a whole. Going to cupids from now on. At least they're straight up and do a nice job.

USE WITH CAUTION. I use Bubbles Car wash all over the city and I have had experiences in the past where either personnel or machines have scratched my truck and the managers have repaired it without question. I took my truck to Bubbles Windermere recently and it came out completely scratched on the driver’s side. When it was brought to the manager’s attention, I kept getting told it was not his people or machines, and that I either had a tarp that was flapping in the wind that scratched it or that someone had dragged something off the box and scratched it. The scratches are in a circular motion. He then proceeded to tell me that I should spend 600 dollars to have the truck polished and that the scratches would come out or, spend 250 dollars to have the scratches only buffed out. I was pretty much told that he was going to do nothing to rectify this situation. Extremely disappointed at how this was handled and I will definitely be staying away from this particular bubbles. Anyone who appreciates their vehicle, I would advise to stay away as well. Unless of course, you enjoy the typical copy and paste responses from this staff that seem to be on every 1 star review.

So I went for the first time to the Windemere outlet this morning at 10 am. The gentle man outside received me . I had my daughter n my little lap dog walk all over the back seat with muddy feet so I wanted vacuuming , cleaning of interior . Wiping sone on seats. Outside wash was there already. The gentle man said package was 269 for it. Leather cleaning of seats . I told him it’s upholstery and he said it’s the same price for both. Agreed. After 1hr 45 min the young lady delivered the car outside. When I checked there were still muddy stains in the drivers side carpet, there were even dried up leaves still there . Vacuuming was really disappointing. After I pointed it out the lady apologized and said she will do the vacuuming again. She came back after 15 min with a better condition. When u pay 269 for interior cleaning …( I am not particular about outside as u can get a machine wash for 11$) no biggie. Inside when u pay so much u expect a wow factor atleast. For 130-150 u can get auto detailing done and they do the same. When u step n a bigger company you expect a difference. Disappointed. Will not repeat.

Nightmare experience here! They called me to come pick up my vehicle and when I got there it wasn’t ready. I waited 30 minutes for them to tell me, “hey we found a spot we missed so we need some more time” so I waited another 30 minutes. When I got my vehicle back my tire rims were SO much more rusted than they were before. I think they scrubbed them down really hard. I turned on the vehicle and first thing I noticed was that the airbag light was on! I called them and they said it should go off in 24 hours. I am praying it goes off as it’s not safe to drive around with the airbag light on considering it means the airbag is turned off. So now I’m stressed about driving in my vehicle in the meantime. They give you a 50% off coupon for an “exterior wash” but you have to use it within the week. Who goes for a full $500 package of interior and exterior cleaning then goes within the week for an exterior wash? Not a deal at all! Feeling frustrated as this is my first experience ever with getting my car detailed and it was not the greatest. Two stars for a very clean interior- good job on that!

Every single time I come here, my vehicles have to get put through a 2nd time. Why you ask? Too dirty or muddy? No. It's because the tunnel attendants don't care about what they're doing. They're just there for a paycheck. Yesterday my truck went through and when they were about to give it back to me, I pointed out the bugs that the guy drying it, had smeared all over. There was still bits of mud in the wheel wells and on the running boards. The manager (I assumed) came and said that he would personally go and help do it right. Again it went through and it looked better, but once it dried properly, it wasn't any better. Rims still dirty, back bumper still dirty, mud flaps still dirty, tonneau cover still dirty, door jams not wiped properly. Not to mention that they stood on my black running boards, where there is no step pad and scratched them. But they washed my front floor mats for free for the extra time that I had to spend there. Never had this problem at the 51 avenue location.

They would only give me the expensive package options (I don’t care that they have these..) but once I had decided I wanted a more basic package there was no info to be shared. I had to ask for the pamphlet then read it myself, trying to understand what everything meant. Then on top of that after I had asked for the cheapest one they tried to upsell me again. It should not be this hard to get a basic car wash. I was truly willing to spend a bit more for the bubbles experience but not $50 for what other car washes do for $14. My biggest problem was the lack of transparency in their pricing and the unwillingness to help me find the right package because I didn’t want to spend over $100 on a car wash… will not be back, and won’t recommend this experience to others. Thanks to the one guy at the front desk who was willing to hear me out.

Prompt customer service & friendly people gets the two stars, the other three stars would have came if my vehicle would have been cleaned. Paid for an exterior / exterior wash and vinyl treatment. When I got home we noticed the rear bumber still had dirt like it had been thought an automatic carwash. The door post were still covered in grime also. So I went back and they said they would clean it and do the vinyl treatment and clean the doors posts on a second pass. After the second pass they might get another half star as the door posts were still dirty and the bumper looked like it was wiped a bit more...definitely not vinyl treated. I went home and finished the job I paid $160 for. I wasnt looking for detailing, just remove the dust & road grime. Poorest Bubbles experience of any I have been to in the Edmonton area.

For $30, the outside of my car was washed and dried very well. I went in for the basic $20 wash but got up sold to one with undercarriage and rust inhibitor for an extra $10. Did they do an undercarriage wash… I won’t know, but considering a drive through touch less wash is 15-18$ now and this was handwashed before being put through a machine and then hand dried, I’m happy with the results. The facility is clean and new and with it being horribly cold, it’s nice that the only time you have to step outside is to hop in your car to drive away. The staff was friendly and the lady at the cash was very exuberant. It seemed she knew several customers which leads me to believe this is a trusted place, especially considering the drive in was filled with fairly pricey cars. Will visit again!

I pulled in and was curious if they had manual wash-bays. The employee that met me at the entrance described the exterior auto detailing service as a “manual” wash, so I figured I’d try it. The extent of the “manual” wash was a very quick spray down with a wand and then the truck was put through an automatic wash, similar to though at a gas station. I paid $30 to have a glorified gas station wash done to my truck. There was still dirt around the bottom of the door panels after they finished wiping down my truck at the end of the wash. Bed was still full of soap and dirt. My mistake for trusting this buisness but I’d strongly recommend skipping this buisness. Get a cheaper drive through car wash or do it yourself and do it right. Waste of money. Super disappointed and won’t be back.

For a long time I am customer Gere and I never had a problem before but this morning person who was receiving my pickup was insisting on selling me services for more than 300 $ and I wanted just a simple outside wash, than he sad that my pickup will have to go multiple times through wash process because it's very dirty ( I drive on gravel rd so it was little bit muddy ) and he charge me 100 $ before tax for that . Usually I was paying 45 $ tax included. After 15 min my pickup was out with only one pass through wash... it is clean as always but I feel very overcharged. I didn't have time to wait for manager so I went away. No matter how good service you do once you start to overcharge clients you start to lose them. Very disappointing, doubt I will come back.

Please read below to all new customers thinking about coming here: The $500 that I spent for the interior and leather package was unacceptable, and I felt like I got ripped off and would advise others to shop around for a reputable detailer in the city. I had a feeling it was going to be a hit and miss job when they called me an hour later saying my truck was ready. Here are some sample pics for anyone hesitating bringing in their vehicle for a detailing service. They are more focused on getting the vehicle out the door like a drive thru then taking some pride in their work. I could have done a better job at the nearby car wash to be honest. This is really unacceptable for the amount of missed spots and the final product customers are paying for.

Excellent customer service as soon as the door opens to drive in for a wash. Lots of options & packages. Over all the experience & offer to drive my truck threw the wash for me was awesome. They do also offer to take your debit or credit card and use the tap feature if your disabled and have difficulty walking into the office waiting area. While in the administration/waiting area there are windows so you can watch your vehicle the whole time when it's going threw the brushes of the auto wash section. Friendly and helpful staff. The price is fair on a basic exterior vehicle wash. They do also hand dry with clothes and make sure your door jams are cleaned plus locks won't freeze in colder temps. Will return again as a satisfied customer ...

Post would have been different 2 days ago when I originally brought my car to Bubbles. Rating went from a 2 star review to 4 star today... Brought my car back because windows, especially front window was full of streaks and they had forgotten to vacuum up the back seats. Today I arrived, the staff were very friendly, when I showed them the car, they took full responsibility and made sure it was done right this time. Natasha took the time to check in with me, she is very professional as well as caring and understanding! I will bring my back to bubbles again, hoping I will be able to give them a 5 star review. Thanks Natasha! You have earned a 10 out of 10 today!

Extremely dissapointed with my experience here. I pulled into the bay asking for a simple inside and outside for my vehcile, the gentleman who does the sales would not budge when I told him repeatedly what I had wanted and kept trying to upsell me, I understand it's sales but I flat out told him what I had wanted. Then, after waiting for over an hour, I was brought my vehicle back with bugs still on the hood and front bumper. Vehicle came through after the second wash with my door jams not wiped, no rain X that I paid for on the vehicle any longer and an air freshener I had in my car broken. For $160, I am not happy with my experience in the slightest.

I am quite disappointed, have brought my vehicle here 4 or 5 times in the last year and a half for a seat shampoo package and this most recent time I even added on cleaning the vinyl. There is always some spots missed and this last time even with paying more than normal, they completely missed the dashboard and the radio. I did bring it back in immediately so they could redo those areas but even after leaving I noticed more areas missed. With paying so much they should do these areas right the first time. Such a sloppy clean for over $300. I could do a better job myself for free minus the seat shampoo. I will not be returning back here again.

Love all new Bubbles Car wash. Great customer services and staff U keep up the good work.We will be there again. Giving customers with 7 days offer $15 for washing car is ok for some customers.Personally prefer that I can hold that offer for few more days or weeks until my car is ready for next wash. Ask us that we having time to or not to hear from staff.And prefer that some staff along with customer after wash will take tour in and outside car and check whether the bugs or rust or filters cause fungi smell needs to fixed by doing something extra cleaning. We love to hear from you too about our car .

Came in for a basic inside and outside car wash and was charged 157$ as I was told my car is very dirty. I drive my work truck 95%, so my personal vehicle is rarely use and outside of being a little dusty was basically very clean. The sales guy who first meets you at the car was very rude and pushy and the girl at the register was much better. The cherry on top was the work was very poor. I don't except detailing levels of work with a basic wash but everything was just streaked. It looked like the worker just didn't care and the car looked worse then when I brought it in. I won't be back to this location.

Took my very dirty, dog hair filled VW to this location and I am beyond happy with the service and how brand new my car looks and smells. Extremely friendly staff from the service bay to the front desk to the gentleman that delivered my car when done....all were incredibly friendly and helpful. I wasn't in a rush and left my car with them for a deluxe package, they called me when done. Considering how dirty the interior was I wasn't surprised that it took 3 hrs. I will definitely be using them going forward, my car hasn't been this clean since I bought it brand new. Thanks sooooo much Bubbles!!!!

Stylish and expensive waiting room, fireplace, complementary coffee, TV and bar… with very weak quality of interior cleaning. I paid 174 dollars and came back in 10 minutes (after I noticed all the details) to fully re-clean it. The third row of seats hasn’t been cleaned at all. Foot stains from the child haven’t been washed. Plastic details contained lots of dilutions from liquids they’ve used. I must say they agreed to redo everything without arguing, but the mood was spoiled. Please, pay more attention to quality control. Customer experience at car wash is not only from fancy waiting room

I requested my usual "The Works" package, but the sales guy kept ignoring my request and spouted off his usual upsell. Finally got him to listen to me and he said it's been renamed, but offers all the same stuff. Well they either forgot or no longer include the trunk. Seems clear from the other reviews that they're focused on getting them out the door and don't care about their work. Update: for clarity, the trunk space was unenclosed with the cover propped open and neither the top or below was cleaned. I have already cleaned it myself.

Get my vehicle detailed here, as well as daily washes (part of the monthly fee for unlimited washes). Detail was well done (as it should be for a 500$ package) and the vehicle always comes out clean for regular outside washes. As soon as you pull in they are always very responsive and on the ball. They are always waiting on me and not me waiting on them which I appreciate. Great service in my opinion and for the price of 80$ a month to be able to wash my car every single day that is VERY WORTH IT in my opinion.

I’m surprised I have not left a review yet. I have been coming here since June 2022 and have had a gold membership. The staff have always been nice to me and the wash gets most of it. I have a convertible so they always take the proper wash instructions for the top seriously and it has been great! Their membership is the best for me as it lets me come in every 2-3 days for a clean from this winter salts. I would recommend this membership to anyone who is willing to come in for a wash once/twice a week.

What was originally a horrible experience by the female service advisor was entirely turned around by Scott. He was understanding, receptive and communicative in addressing our concerns. Highly recommend trusting scott with your car and any concerns you may have. If something goes wrong please give him the opportunity to address it as he will have me coming back now. He put my car back through going above and beyond the attention to detail that had been missed prior.

Giving it only 3 stars because of customer service. The girl in front was very unknowledgeable and slow. I am Not going to write all the details but she gave me a hard time and made me to wait while doing nothing to help. No apologies at the end even though it wasn’t my fault. Really changed my review because of customer service. Please train your stuff properly. No complains about cleaning. They did a good job. My car looks clean and shiny.

So I reached out to Bubbles Car wash in windermere to book a car detailing for my Ford Explorer recently. As discussed with the rep, it would be $250 package which would clean and vacuum interiors completely. To my surprise when I looked at third row after driving the car home, it doesn’t look they touched it even. That’s not what I signed up for and paid? I don’t think I will come back to them. This Bubbles location is stunning however, I wasn't impressed with the discrepancy in pricing. I am very happy to report that upon calling customer service, Melissa came to the rescue and quickly rectified the situation. She offered EXCEPTIONAL customer service, going above and beyond to make sure I was happy & satisfied. It is because of Melissa's level of efficiency and genuine care that I will continue coming to Bubbles.

My first detailing and interior car wash experience, pretty disappointed. The fellow talked me into the full experience. The shampoo and rug treatment were good, but the interior detailing was sub par. Lots of areas missed. I came home and finished detailing myself. For how long I was also waiting for my car I expected more. The level of detailing done looked like I spent 100, not 400. I don't think I'll be going back.

They broke a cover off my console outlet in my truck. Didn’t say anything and tucked it in my cup holder. I went back and told the manager who implied it must have been my kids or my own fault because his crew would have admitted it had it been them. Disappointed they don’t own their mistakes. Not how a business should run. Don’t recommend going there.

This place is horrible. I had monthly pass for one month. Very early on, they damaged my car with trim coming off. I brought my concerns to the attention of the totally incompetent General Manager, Uma on many occassions. They simply don't care, and will give you attitude the whole time. Stay away if you actually want a clean car without damages

I just stop by today just for basic car cleaning but the I welcomed by Nishan is just awesome. And I don’t have words to thank Maya. The way she great every guest is just awesome hope everyone feel special when they entered. She is just awesome and I’ll come to this location for rest of the time for car wash. Just great great great service

Came to get a detail and came to an agreement to get everything cleaned with only the driver side getting shampoo and scrub for an extra 80$. They only did the driver side carpet and wouldn't do the seat even though that's what we agreed on. Literally says seat shampoo on the reciept... other than that, everything else is pretty clean.

I brought my car here for an exterior wash, specifically requested no wax, hand wash and dry only. Found out I was completely ignored, and wax was applied. I just had a ceramic coating applied and was told no wax… To top it off, the car wasn't even clean. They did do a rewash, so I'll give them that. I'm not impressed at all!

Pretty disappointed like every time I’ve been here, $308 on the deluxe package for my truck, truck was still dirty on the outside still dirt on my mirrors and windshield as well. They also never even cleaned my back seats or rear floor mats. 0/10 do not recommend and will never be bringing a vehicle back.

Service was great! People are amazing and car looks great but its way to expensive I have a small car and i was charged 380$ just to clean on the inside. I think prices should be a bit less but other then that it was good.If your on a budget dont recommend coming but if not then yes

My go to place for my Driving Miss Daisy vehicle. The $149 package is amazing 4 times a year. Relaxing, professional environment to work while they do thorough clean. Front desk girl gives great customer service and staff looks over vehicle with you before you drive away. 10/10

They overcharge for a very below average job. They tried to charge me $100 for a basic in and out wash on a small van with only two rows of seating. This service is showing as starting at $64.95 on their menu, and without explanation, they just decide to add $35 to that price.

Sooo $1,100 and when I left I could run my finger on my rims and see my finger mark. On all 4 tires. I was upgraded on the wheel cleaning I’ll add $25/tire. All my chrome on my truck had spots everywhere… the guy promised me it would be MINT!!! Very very unimpressed

I used to bring all 3 of my vehicles for an in & out wash at least every two weeks. This morning when I took one for a wash, the price is now $90. With taxes and tire shine it’s over $100. No more Bubbles for me! I’ll wash them myself from now on! Good luck Bubbles!

Pushy sales people up selling you Incomplete detail work (dirt on the guage cluster) Streaks of cleaner? All across the dash. White splotches on the door panels. Bottom of windows still covered in whatever cleaner they used. Price for service rendered is upsetting

Bought a 3-month membership when it was on sale and they don't disappoint. Service is friendly and my car comes out cleaner than those regular gas station car washes. I wish they give a secondary discount for multiple cars under one membership.

The customer service is great! Even though I have had to ask for a few touch ups here and there I will continue to go back. Good for exterior car wash and mat cleaning but would NEVER PAY FOR FULL DETAIL AGAIN. The job was only sub par.

Price to high paid $160 for a below then ordinary car wash alot of spots were still dirty they didn't apply any wheel polish , a $20 touch less car was would of done a better job and a $10 tire polish
