VORSICHT!!! Bei Abholung und Rückgabe Auto genau fotografieren! Ich habe ein FZ geholt und Bilder gemacht, GsD….. bei der Rückgabe ebenso, da mit ähnliches in Weeze passiert ist. Hier bekam ich 4 Wochen nach Anmietung Post mit einer Rechnung über 670€ die natürlich schon belastet waren. Begründung: Schaden . Was passiert sein soll oder Bilder dazu? Fehlanzeige. Antwort über die Niederlande bekam ich auch nicht. Also habe ich mich an die Hauptzentrale in Oberursel gewendet und dort die Bilder hin geschickt. Mit Tachstand und allem was dazu gehört. Was und warum man versucht hatte mich hier abzuziehen kann ich nicht sagen. Dann noch die Frechheit... der Betrag wird in einem Ihrer nächsten Kreditkartenabrechnungen gutgeschrieben...… Ich erwarte sofortige Erstattung! Also bitte vorsicht

Review voor BUDGET EINDHOVEN AIRPORT: Auto was OK. Door een vertraging van mijn vlucht kwam ik niet op tijd aan het loket van het budget kantoor DAT OM 23:30 GESLOTEN WERD en werd 50€ + BTW = 66€ aan gerekend maar tot mijn verbazing kwam er nog eens meer als 20€ bij voor locatie kosten die al eens aangerekend werden OP DE AUTO DUS IN TOTAAL 20€ + 20 € = 40€ DAT ZE ZOMAAR EEN AANREKENEN. NU IS DE AUTO INGELEVERD EN HEB VOOR VEILIGHEID ZELF MAAR foto's genomen van de auto bij inleveren. Want na het lezen van de review op verschillende sites zijn de klanten helemaal niet te spreken over Budget/ hertz kosten die niet vermeld staan bij het boeken via online. Je kan het beste een auto verhuur boeken buiten de luchthaven. Ik had een aangename ervaring gehad met greencar Eindhoven.

Rented a Peugeot 206 in early august. First they ripped me off with the rental price- 330€ for 3 days a compact car. When I returned the car there was no one to check the car and weeks later they charged me 170€ for damage, which is absolutely ridiculous- according to them a tiny scratch on the rear bumper, which you wouldn’t notice unless you zoom 10* with your camera. Pathetic ripoff of loyal customers. I have placed a claim and still have no reply. I would expect such fraud to happen in African countries and not in the Netherlands!!!! Please stay away from this company and be very cautious in general! Stay safe!

Yesterday I rent a car by from Budget rentacar in Eindhoven, Holland. I made reservation for 10­9 Eur by site AutoEutope. I have a debt card and my wife have a credit card. Reservation was on my name. I told them - ok we take a car on my wife (because he has a credit card and driver licence) - but clark from Budget told that now is not possible ! And told us if we want to change name reservation that no the same price. Fanny.... cheating, cheating, cheating. After that I give them my debt card and he chagred 221e. Never again... Be smart, don't rent a car from Budget if you want to lose your money.

Pubblicizzano online dei prezzi per gli accessori (seggiolino bambini) molto più bassi della concorrenza, salvo poi chiederti il triplo del prezzo al banco. Al minimo cenno di disappunto l'addetto si rifiuta poi di dare l'auto prenotata e già pagata, lasciando a terra una famiglia con un bimbo di due anni in lacrime. Un atteggiamento disumano, volto solo a spillare soldi ai viaggiatori con una manovra ben architettata (pubblicità ingannevole online -> cambio del prezzo al bancone con aumento del 500% -> reazione prevedibile del cliente -> rifiuto di dare l'auto). Vergogna.

The Budget car rental provider is conveniently located which is next to the airport. Unfortunately they have got only one person to help both Budget & Avis and I have to wait for 20 mins to get my turn. Quite slow. Saying that the overall experience about explaining me the options, the cleanliness of the car, the directions for where to pick the car are pretty clear. The return of the car key is a bit clumsy as we have to go into the airport not the car hire place to drop off the key in a box during the non working hours.

Goede vlotte service. De auto die we kregen was niet het geboekte wagen en had meer schade plekjes waardoor we nog een keer terug van de parkeerplaats naar het kantoor moesten lopen ( 150 meter ). Extra bestuurder kost voor 10 dagen 115 euro dat is opmerkelijk want je huurt tenslotte een auto en het zal weinig uitmaken als je partner er een keertje in zal rijden. Maar goed het heet niet voor niets Budget dus alle extra's kosten geld.

Car was brilliant-no problem at all. But on return- we come on time before they close and was waiting one hour to see someone to give keys back. Unfortunately no one turned up. Our flight was close so we left keys at airport drop off box. So still need to fight deposit back tomorrow. Customer service in evening is rubbish in Eindhoven Airport budget car rental. We wasn’t only ones who was waiting for them...

niet eens 1 ster waard. Storten het geld wat ze je verschuldigd zijn niet terug op de rekening. Auto niet kunnen meenemen, volgende dag langs geweest om vooralsnog de auto op te halen.. auto weg… Ze moeten die auto vasthouden als deze gereserveerd is sowieso. bijzonder verdienmodel €300 van mijn moeder gestolen.

Oszuści!!! Wprowadzaja w błąd i doliczaja dodatkowa opłatę za ubezpieczenie które już jest wykupione, dodatkowo zamiast 60 euro które mialo być pobrane, pracownik doliczył 95. Dostałem do podpisu umowę po Holendersku nie po angielsku. Uwaga na wysokiego typa z nadwagą z długimi kudłami i w okularach!!!!!

Had a good experience with customer service after initially being frustrated by a speeding ticket fine that was not reported to me in a reasonable timeframe. For some reason google says the above sentence "violated their policy". Looks like Google needs to work on its AI.

One of the worst rental companies that I've ever seen. We went there with a reservation made through a third company and they didn't give us a car. We were bounced between the third party and Budget and in the end we didn't get anything. Don't go there

Very good car rental company. The car was in the good condition, clean. Very low deposit, overall cost also not so big. Full insurance. Deposit was given back just after 3 days after returning the car.

Nadat ik in de steek werd gelaten door Green Motion, last minute aangeklopt bij Budget. Prima geholpen en een auto kunnen huren voor een goede prijs.

Very easily accessible rent a car right service at the Eindhoven Airport. Staff is very nice and the whole process takes just a few minutes :)

Rude staff and prices of extra services increased, compared to the original booking. Do not book here if you don't want to lose your money.
