Review is actually zero stars. This place is a scam. They will try any way possible to keep the extra money that is put on hold during your rental. They charged me a “sales tax” that was almost half of the total amount for the rental after returned it. When I turned in the vehicle, the representative said she would email the receipt. After reviewing charges, I called customer service to see why and they said it was noted that there was no fuel in the vehicle even though there was a fuel tank. The representative at the location never mentioned such thing so if I hadn’t reviewed my receipt I would have never known. They requested a credit card and didn’t accept debit card, but didn’t let me know until I was there to pick up the vehicle. Also, they will try charge you a minimum of “at least $125” if it’s not clean enough which is whatever standard they decide that day.

I was hesitant after booking when I saw some negative reviews here. My experience however was extremely pleasant. I arrived Sunday morning to rent my vehicle around 8:30am. The computer system was down, but the lady helping me had me in and out in less than 10 minutes even though she had to fill in the paperwork by hand. I booked an economy car, but there wasn’t one on hand, so she upgraded me free of charge to a Chevy equinox small SUV. The car was in good condition, full tank, and no issues at all. Did a tour around the vehicle and checked tires etc. As I always do when renting a car - you should always have a good inspection yourself before leaving the lot. Great experience and would rent here again!

I love the manager she is very nice and sweet and she has patients..Friday I went to go pick up the rental and it was a guy there who didn't have reservations at the Henderson st. location in Fort Worth. She made sure she put the ones who had reservations first and then she took his number down if she had extra cars she was going to call him. That tells you she loves her job. Her attitude and energy is very loving ❤️ I said it before and I will say it again she is nice and has a beautiful soul.... I will always keep going back before of her thanks

My Budget car rental experience was extremely pleasant. The employees were very efficient, extremely helpful, very polite, and very understanding and compassionate about my situation. When I returned the car, they asked me how I was doing and was hoping my situation was better. There is a rental car location that is closer to my home which I have used previously, but will now always choose Budget car rental in Fort Worth as my go to car rental company. Your employees were awesome!!

After coming back to Budget as a rapid rewards member. Started off with two strange experiences with this rental location. We reserved a while ago for a full size truck and then were told they only had the smaller truck. Fine. However, it was dirty when my husband picked it up. That tells me that while covid-19 is running rampant, someone could have just gotten out of this vehicle that had it and they didn't disinfectant or clean it before giving it to us. That is serious.

Booked 2 weeks ahead for a 12pass van ,planned my whole trip out with my family and the day of they called and said they couldn’t find a vehicle for me…. A day before would’ve been great not last minute 3hrs before picking up the vehicle. Definitely ruined our plans

They told me that my reservation was ready, when I walked into the office, I was greeted with annoyance, only to find out that my rental was not there. When I asked for my refund I was told that I must wait upto a month. Horrible horrible service and business

When ever I need a car rental I always choose budget. I like the cars they reserved for me. I had a funeral out of town budget quickly took care of my reservation. Thank you for been great with your customer service at the Henderson location...

Called 6 hours ahead of time to let them know we would be here by 6 for our reservation. Closed as soon as we pulled in at 6 and refused to rent out a car after just driving 9 hours to pick it up

Easy to get a car. You can drive off in less than 15 minutes if you have checked in online. I rented an economy car and received a Charger. So pretty sure I got an upgrade.
