Horrible experience! I reserved a mid-size suv for 4/20/23 as I was traveling to the Hill Country for business. When I completed the walk through process with TJ at EP, I noticed the car did not smell or look clean (inside or out). I informed him that there was dog hair (see pics) in the trunk area and I believe the person that had the rental before me had a dog. He brushed over my comment and continued to walk around the car (I don't think he knew how to respond to my observations). It appeared that the the dog may have urinated near the set belt area (see the pic) as this stain was apparent and uncleaned. The entire walk through made me uneasy and made me feel as the rental was not reliable. TJ and I went back inside and I brought my concerns to the manager. When the manager walked outside with me, his response to my observations and his own were "It looks my guy did not clean the car well) Note: I was expecting him to offer to clean the car or at least contact a nearby location to see if I could be placed in another car (They did not have any available cars for me at their location) however, these options were not offered to me. The manager did offer to take $10 off my rate for the inconvenience. I said thanks and went home to clean the car myself. =(. On 4/23/23 while traveling to Downtown Dallas for business, a warning light came on within 30 min of me driving informing me that the car engine was overheating. All I could think of at this point was that, not only was the car not cleaned but they did not service the car either. I proceeded to drive as my destination was not to far away..within a few seconds, they engine oil light AND check engine light came on. I was panicking as I had a car full of client products that I had to get set up + I had to travel back to Fort Worth that evening. I found a Auto Zone which was 10 minutes away and asked them to check the oil for me and to also run the check engine light test. The test came back and a sensor that tells you when your car is overheating had went out. The Manager at Autozone informed me that I would not make it back to Fort Worth and that I should have the vehicle towed. I called the roadside assistance # and a lady I spoke with was able to get me a new car delivered + towed the car that was no longer drivable. This experience prevented me from helping my staff member set up an event, one person had to set up for an entire wedding alone! For the amount that I paid for the rental + the uncleanliness of the car + me having to locate an autozone to have test ran + me just filling up the tank to full in the car + the car breaking down + the inconvenience to my staff. I should not have had to pay the amount that I did. $10 off was a slap in the face to someone that has consistently rented cars and referred clients to your organization. Lastly, on 4/27 I returned the car and TJ nor the manager apologized about the major inconvenience I had experienced. Looking forward, I seriously believe I'm due a refund of more than $10.

NEGATIVE 10 - 10 -10. My suggestion for improvement? Fire the agent! I have never been treated so badly from an Enterprise agent in my life. I can't believe it. I received a ride to the location to pick up a vehicle. I entered the office and he gruffly greeted me. I passed it off as his no-personality trait. Everything he said he said as though he already dislike me for whatever reason. He explained that he lowered the price of the rental to match my insurance allowance but then said but I would owe an extra $7 each day for taxes. I told him that I didn't want to pay anything out of pocket for this hit and run so he went to get a smaller vehicle. Mine personal vehical was a minivan. While explaining the rules and regulations, he did it in such a threatening manner as though I was already at high risk for damages that have not occurred yet. He asked me questions and I answered and he did nothing. Then he explained he was sorry, he didn't hear me. Then he said he needed more info so he watched me as I fumbled with my password book to get the info and papers flew away as he stood there. Then my pen dropped and he nothing but stand and stare I to space. How rude he was. Inhumane and zero social skills. He should not be in sales at all. I will never ever ever come back to this location again. I just pray that other Enterprise locations do a better job at hiring staff than this place did. I can't believe that he did nothing. Now I'm stranded and started walking home and finally got my son to drive from his job to pick me up. Worst experience ever! My 6 year old grandson and I are waiting on the street. I'm just thankful for my son being able to pick me up. I will never put myself into this situation again.

The vehicle was great. Great customer service. What gets me is that I got a phone telling me I needed to come by to check out “damage” to the vehicle that hadn’t be noticed at pick up. Turned out the passenger door arch has dents in it, with the looks like someone had left it outside and it had been hit with hail. I documented on pick up though the huge dent on the black exterior door panel by the window just below the “new” damage, even though the vehicle hadn’t been washed and it was parked in the shade. Keely and the manager did tell me it had been in the shop previously on the drivers side for damage in the same area. The vehicle I had the week before had been returned it amazing condition as the only times the vehicle didn’t have me in it, it was in my garage. No parking lots, no left unattended, and I even washed both vehicles by hand to prevent damage. I held this rental to the same standards as always. It’s garage kept like my own, hand washed, and cleaned. No unattended parking lots. No automated car washes. Now I’m in tears and stressed because they want to file the damage under my insurance and it’s going to cause me to lose everything I have. They even have me a receipt and did a walk around prior to me leaving before they noticed the “said damage”. Very unhappy this time. I have taken care of every rental I’ve had this year, and I’m always careful and have had any single issue out of the five rentals we’ve had this year.

If I could give them less than 1 star i would! First of all out of 4 locations near me it took an entire 24 hours to get a car. Secondly, I got a call verifying my reservation time, and I told him I would be there at 3. He said so we will have it ready by 5. I told him no, I will be there right around 3. Then he confirmed by saying oh ok 3. So I arrive at 3:20 and what do you know, they have no car ready. He looks at me with a blank stare and says I show you wanted the car between 3 and 4. News flash the last time I checked even if I had said that (which I did not), 3:20 IS a time between 3 and 4! I then sat there for almost an entire hour (may I mention this still put us past the 4:00 mark) for them to clean a car for me. Thirdly, after 50 mins to “clean” said car I then got it and it was filthy on the outside and smelt of faint smoke on the inside. Fourthly, as he holds my card in his hand to swipe it for the deposit he informs me then (never was i informed on either of the 2 prior phone conversations) that the warranty paid for the daily amount but not the taxes. So there would be an additional charge per day for taxes that they would just conveniently take out of the deposit. If I was able to attach pictures of the dirty car I received I definitely would! They literally ran it under water and that was it! Looks awful!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not use enterprise. I was getting a rental as an insurance claim while my vehicle was being repaired. I did this during my lunch break and was kind of in a rush. We did the check out at the vehicle and he was asking if I wanted the different options while I inspected the car. I told him that I didn't want anything since I work from home and wouldn't be driving much. He filled out the tablet and said just initial here and sign and you're good to go. Once I dropped the car off, my card was charged $170 for damage insurance. I tried to call and no one ever answers. I emailed the manager 4 times and not even 1 response back. Horrible service and dishonest employees. Update: after months of communication with Enterprise as a result of this review, they have not been able to have the branch reach out to me and said "if they don't respond, consider that a notice that they don't intend to refund your money" and that they consider this case closed. As someone who manages a corporate rental account for their business that currently spends a large amount of money with Enterprise, you can guarantee we will be moving our business to another company. They have made absolutely no attempt to resolve this issue outside of the mandatory response by whomever manages their Google Reviews.

This is a warning FIND A DIFFERENT LOCATION. Very Shady billing practices. My insurance company rented me a vehicle, knowing that they pay $40 per day. The gave me a Toyota Highlander. 1st warning should have been the Maintenance Required warning on dash. The rep said don't worry about that. The car was not very clean after closer inspection. An Alarm dinged about every 4 minutes for no reason. At the end of the rental I returned the car. After about 20 seconds of inspection and checking the gas I was on my way. Only to my surprise to be billed $150.00 for the taxes. After calling them with my agent on the phone the manager changed his story from the insurance company doesn't pay the taxes to, the car cost more than $40 per day so I have to pay the difference. I made sure to ask when I rented it that the was fully covered by insurance. Of course the answer was yes. His next excuse was it was a premium SUV comparable to my Silverado. Guy is a joke. Told me the sales rep went over final charges when I returned it. When in the 20 seconds did we do that. Total bait and switch gig here. Manager said the sales rep would call me to discuss the situation. Guess they lost my number. I have never had an issue with Enterprise but avoid this location.

Worst experience of my life!! Charged $ 377.70 for renting a car for 1 week! And to top it off, they charged my card without even notifying me for $ 127.70. They upgraded me when I rented the car because they did not have a compact car available. Got the weekend special for $ 38.54 w/$250 deposit. I had to take my car back because it was not running right. I was told to take it to Jones location since the Meachem location did not have any cars-supposedly. I went to Jones, the regional that was there knew nothing about it. He sent me all the way back to Meachem in a car not running right. I got there, was downgraded to a car with scratches on the bumper and car, dirty inside, 1/4 tank of gas. I called customer service, was transferred to a supervisor, someone was supposed to call me 24-48 hours-never did. I called and they are charging me an addit'l $ 19.99 on my weekend rental, $ 24.99 a day for an intermediate car-which they gave me a compact-$20 a day for insurance since I initially rented the car-which I only signed up for it and had it for 3 days and was told $ 50. Now I have to speak to a manager-again-to get any monies due back and wait for that to post. I am steaming MAD!

I was sent here by my insurance company for my rental coverage and picked up a vehicle here while my car was in the body shop for repairs. I had to put down my debit card for a 50 dollar deposit when I initially picked up the rental which is standard. But 2 weeks later they authorize my debit card for almost 500 dollars because there was a balance on the account when they knew that this rental agreement was through an insurance policy with an insurance company that they have a partnership with that would pay the balance. A week after this happened, the branch manager Chris calls me and leaves me a voicemail saying that he’s going to authorize my card again for another amount for the remaining balance. I worked in customer service and dealt with insurance payments, why wouldn’t you contact the insurance company to verify payment before charging a customer that has insurance coverage? Because it’s easier and more convenient to use a card on file than to do the right thing and talk to someone over the phone or send an email? It has now been over 2 weeks since they authorized my card for the additional funds which has not yet been returned. Avoid this location if at all possible.

DON’T USE THIS PLACE TO RENT A CAR! We called to help a friend find a truck to drive while his was in the shop! SPOKE with a PERSON there over the phone got all the details worked out he said he was going to check and he came back and said they have a truck…he wanted info up front like they were going to run it and since it wasn’t mine I told them my friend would pay when he got there! I drove my friend 30 min (+ traffic) out of my way to this place to help him out.. I would have left but was on the phone and 15 min later my friend walks out and said they don’t have any vehicles to rent! Side note: My friend called all enterprises places before hand and said his insurance was going to cover and they all told him they didn’t have any vehicles AT ALL! so when I called they asked if it was for insurance reasons and I said no and what do you know they said they had cars, trucks, vans… but when my friend went to pay he said here’s my insurance info and they said they don’t have any!!!! BLAMED IT ON INVENTORY UPDATES…..(SURPRISED THEY DIDN’T BLAME IT ON COVID-19) !! Fing joke this place this! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!

I rented a car through my insurance company. I was in a rush and signed everything and left. They kept calling me just to remind me I had until the 8th to return it. I did turn it in on the 8th. Later i noticed they kept pulling money out of my account that i had to lock my account and call the merchant to see why they just kept pulling money out. First it was 145 then it was 499 then another 154. so when i called murchant I was told my insurance did not cover one day and that i was also paying 20a day for coverage in case something happens. I was like wait a minute i turned the car in on time and it already was covered through my insurance. so i called my insurance and they told me no they paid for the rental and that they should not have charged me 20 a day for coverage because i have full coverage insurance that transferred to the rental so i would be covered already. I had called them about this and they have yet to get me a manager. Do not rent from here they scam you and take your money if you give them your card information.

Exceptionally rude customer service. The manager Charles has no skilled. No friendly greeting just "How can I help you? I need your drivers license, a credit card and a copy of my insurance card. I handed him my credit card and drivers license but explained I didn’t have my insurance card (and having travelled and rented cars all across the US, never been asked for it) I was chastised for several minutes and given a dissertation regarding my need to carry it with me at all times. (That's a new one.) It must not have been too important because he kept processing my rental. He then started talking about a smaller car than had been reserved for me. It wasn’t until I started questioning him that he finally admitted that he didn’t have the type of car that had been reserved in stock. I left without renting a car (a 30 day rental) and have called my insurance company and advised them not to use Enterprise in the future. I suggest you rent somewhere else, just looking at the other reviews.

The gentleman that signed me out was super nice and courteous. He was very friendly (100 stars out if 10). However, the Enterprise courtesy driver that drove me, my 16 year old stepson and 5 year old daughter to the collision center was more concerned about himself leaving on time (at 6pm); it was only @520pm when we got there. The shop my vehicle was at (Collision Center/ Eagle Mountain) showed thru Google that they closed at 6pm. However, apparently they closed earlier since the front door was locked and no one answered the business phone. The Enterprise Rent A Car courtesy driver was kind enough to leave us there and drove off without hesitation. He wouldn't take us to our house (probably due to insurance purposes; which I totally understand) and he showed ZERO empathy to us having to wait on my spouse to pick us up. Mama Bear was not particularly happy. -2 stars out of 5. I would love to hear back from management to hear their response on the shuttle driver.

I was reserved a car back in May when I had to take my car in for repairs. I’m not sure why I was given an SUV when I asked for the cheapest possible rental. After I explained this when I picked it up, I was told my name would be put on a list & I would get a call to swap it out when a sedan was available. I never got that call & was stuck with a gas guzzler of an SUV. But they had no problem calling me & warning me that my rental coverage was about to run out. Thank God my car repairs were fixed just a couple of days before it did. This place doesn’t answer the phone & if they do, you are put on hold which after a period of time dumps you into a voicemail. During the time that I had the rental, I racked up $2.50 in tolls. I had no issue paying that. My issue was the almost $12.00 that they changed my card as a “service charge” for the toll. Makes no sense.

People act like they care but don't. No respect for there elders. I know Lyft will take over. Uber on there way. Supervisor is awful. She can kick people out. 5 people who can even help. What are they doing. That child needs to go. I tried get a pick up on Sunday. No pick. All you have is bus for seven. Everyone standing around doing nothing. I have a major card, did tell me 250, so my acct was short. I transferred funds from saving to check was declined frist time. Second called bank hold taken off. They refused to help me. I took Lyft was supposed to be pay for by Enterprise Lyft for delivery not available. So I have no ride. This is not right. Call Lyft. Enterprise ofter to help but I have to leave. My husband is in ICU with shull crack from wreck. He was Tbone by a truck.

Was extremely unhappy with my experience. The vehicle was filthy inside and out. They didn’t wash the vehicle when it came in. It was obviously rented by a construction contractor before it was given to me. The right rear had a leak in the tire and I had to fill it up with air every day for a week. In these pandemic days you would think they would clean the inside! That should be done with all there cars pandemic or not! I have been renting Enterprise for years, they used to be awesome. They didn’t even inspect the vehicle when it came in, just gave to me. Time to start thinking about using another rental agency. Don’t use the Mecham Airport location! Poor service!

I have used this enterprise location each year about 3 times. I work in the medical field and I know we need to make our patients feel wanted and that we are glad to see them. Not the way I felt here, waiting outside having the gentleman rush me. Why did you have the 6 ft apart maker's on your floor if we can not go into the office but wait outside the door. Returned the car and was not asked how everything was and usually get a phone call during the trip to just check in ,no phone this time. If asked how everything was I would have said no windshield washer fluid And the car was not as clean as usual. All in all not happy with you new way of treating customer.

Went to rent a car there at the last minute. Had previously booked one with Avis in advance and thought everything was ok. Got to Avis and was told I could not rent it because I didn't have a credit card. We were devastated. It was my wife's grandma's 90th birthday and our whole family was ready to go Kansas City from Texas until Avis pulled a fast one. Then told us we would have to wait up to ten business days to get our money back. Went to Enterprise and the staff was amazing. They related personally to what we had been through that morning and got us a rental and we were on the road in no time. I will always rent there from now on. Kuddos to the staff there

Enterprise has been great in the past however this visit was not as expected. Vehicle was dirty, we found empty drink containers under the drivers seat and had surface dust on dash and doors. My wife and i had to clean with disinfectant wipes prior to loading up our kids. In these times you would hope that the vehicles would be disinfected prior to anyone driving off with the rental. Vehicle did have great fuel mileage, but for some reason my drop fee was twice than what I am used to paying. The reason I was given was "well that's corporate for you" and "could be the 4th of July weekend" I rented on the second and returned on the 3rd.

The staff here are great. They got me on my way quickly and I really appreciated the ride to and from their office from my house. I'll be back for my next trip. As I said, I'd be back on my next trip. Great service again. This time, I picked up the car from Texas Jet FBO. The car was ready on time and the people at Texas Jet were very kind and helpful. I do have to say that there was an "HC" drawn on the driver side window that drove me nuts. The pen used to write it was something tough. It took me 10 minutes at a gas station to clean it off. Please make sure all the windows are clean and clear next time. Thanks!

I recently had to rent a car due to mine being totaled! My insurance company actually recommended this location. When I initially arrived I was greeted by three very personable ladies. They made the process quick and easy. I was out in under 10 minutes. Upon dropping off the vehicle, Taylor was already outside to greet me. And again the whole process took under 10 minutes. Based on the amazing customer service that I received, I absolutely will be returning to this location! This has definitely been one of the best experiences with renting a car that I have had.

I was not aware of this location (>5min from my home) but i'm glad I found it and went here to drop off my insurance rental. Erik Lopez (originally located at the Golden Triangle location) exceed my expectations in the process. There was a discrepancy in the charges my insurance would cover and what I would pay out of pocket. Erik went out of his way to apologize in behalf of the person who explained the rental agreement. I really appreciate the customer service Erik provided during my drop-off visit to this location. Thank you Erik Lopez!

Impeccable is a word that I can use to easily describe the customer service skills of Chandler. From the moment that I walked in to receive my car, I noticed a couple at the counter that was not being very nice, but Chandler understood kindness and he did it well. Not only was he kind to that couple, but he effectively and accurately communicated with his fellow employee to do the same. I also learned that Chandler is a man of his word, what he said is what he did. Go see him you won’t be disappointed! Thank you for taking care of me!

Bad experience, i’ve reserved a luxury car a few days ago and when i came today to pick up the car they don’t have any nor similar cars, they offered me a toyota which i refused to take it with the high price that i supposed to pay for, then they told me to go to the downtown shop for another car which is also going to cost an uber ride and eventually i didn’t go. My disappointment is because i’ve always thought Enterprise is the best rental company, apparently not anymore..

I usually don't do reviews, but in this case I have to express my gratitude. There is has been multiple occasions where I've rented vehicles from various companies. This experience has been by far the easiest most relaxed yet. My car was stolen today and my insurance carrier recommended this location. Matt went above and beyond with my requests and reservation. I will most definitely be referring this location! Thank you enterprise and to the manager Matt!

Customer Service was EXCELLENT. The agent (forgot his name) made sure I had a vehicle of choice and made sure it was in good condition before leaving. He also recommended me to come back to the Meacham location for future rentals. Because of the service I received I plan on visiting soon sport ls car rental if available. The only reason I am not giving a 5 star is because I wasn't to impressed with the RAV4. This was my choice. Not Enterprise

Love this location and the manager was very helpful and respectful and helped me get a rental and now I had bad experience with a different location and don't think I would rent from enterprise or try to apply for them I didn't think some of the other managers would be disrespectful and laugh at few questions I had I'm disabled and deaf and he seem laugh at every question I had. This location had the best workers and manager

My truck was towed from the parking lot almost two months ago. The district manager (not sure of his or her name) was supposed to call me and I was told that they would reimburse me for the tow truck charges because there aren't any signs posted, but he/she won't give me the respect to call me or email me back. DO NOT rent from this location and leave your vehicle there. It very well could be towed and they don't care.

Car was fine. Experience when turning car back in was uncomfortable. Was asked with sarcasm about bugs on front of the car, by Management Trainee, pointed at it saying “what’s this?” Driving 14 hours straight in Texas, that is what you get in the summer time. Also pointed out it already needing another oil change. None of this is my responsibility, but made to think it was. Don’t think I will use enterprise anymore

The branch manager Christopher Kelley was SUPER awesome. I rent vehicles a lot and he has been by far the best branch manager I have come into contact with to date. He is very engaged, goes out of his way to make sure you have a wonderful experience and completely satisfied. Representing Enterprise in a superb way. Thank you and I will return.

I guess I'm old school but I thought the point of a reservation was to "reserve" a car. I took an Uber just to get there and find out there were no cars available. What is the point of a reservation then? Just tell me there are no cars available when I try to reserve. Just plain silly how this company operates and has as long as I can remember.

They get no stars if that were an option. They left my wife and I out to dry. Had a reservation 1.5 weeks in advance of pick up date. My pick was scheduled for 7am on a Thursday. They called me at 650pm Wednesday to tell me they wont have a car for me. Long story short I had to rent from Avis and pay top dollar to due last minute booking.

Doesn't have a drop box. I called in and said I wanted to drop off the car on Saturday 6/18/2016 and the guy said that's fine. I told him I was on my way. I got there at 1215. Closed. Really upset about that. I would have been nice to mention to me oh by the way we close at 1200. The car and service was good other that that issue.

Worst rental place . They rented a vehicle to my daughter , Insurance was supposed to pay, Enterprise charged my daughter twice, its been almost a month and nobody answer her calls or emails. Worst customer service and Manager do not know how to, handle her problem as they should. LAST TIME WITH THEM. NEVER AGIAN.

Each rental experience I've had through Enterprise at Meacham Int'l Airport has been exceptional. Branch Manager, "Sam" always keeps the rental facility professional and pleasant. This has become a very convenient location to rent from with easy access in the North Fort Worth metroplex.

Not a happy customer. I was very surprised when i picked up my rental car and it was filthy in side and out. Not only that it was also on empty. So i would not recommend enterprise to anyone. I will not be using. Enterprise Rent -A - Car. Ever again The next time i need a rental car

I was picked by a shuttle from the collision repair to the rental place. The wait for the shuttle was long but other than that I was very pleased by the service and how quick the process of renting is. Farmers insurance paid for it and I didn't have to bother with the paperworks.

Decent customer service when available. Agent was overwhelmed, trying to serve multiple clients at once. Addressed our issue and then while working on a solution, took a phone call, gave keys to a janitor, called a couple other places; all whilst a phone rang in the back.

Very helpful staff, friendly service and they even offer the option of using a debit card. Enterprise as a whole... not my favorite, due to high hold fees, difficulty returning vehicles and high daily prices.. but this location and the people who work here are stellar.

My insurance accidentally booked me a reservation at the location and so I Ubered across town to pick up only to be told they did not have enough cars to honor my reservation?! How does that even happen??? Not to mention my reservation was made over 4 days in advance.

Always great service. I rent from this location all the time. They are a small store within the airport but great on customer service. Scott M. provided a great rental experience this last time. In fact, as I am writing this review, I am being driven home.

We rented a car in Texas and then while in Colorado, a dashboard light came on. We called Enterprise and was told they had no cars to switch us out. Upon calling again and asking to speak with a supervisor, we were told to call them back

Totally charged us too much for the car we rented. Were told one price with a Veterans discound that we would pay. Looks like they gave the insurance a lower price (veterans discound) and charged us full price. Do not agree with charges.

The enterprise located at the meacham airport is always so professional! I have rented from there since 2017 and have had no issues. And if I do they take good care of me! The new store manager there is awesome as well!

The staff were great. I didn’t know we only get 100 miles/day.:/ I guess it’s new because I don’t remember being charged for it. I had to pay extra of $67 fee. Other than that, it was a good experience overall.
