I set up a reservation through their help line. No one from the office contacted me despite having the reservation but no cars available supposedly. I went down to the this location via Uber as they didn't have pick up available. I was treated rudely by the one girl (Sydney or something similar) working who didn't seem to know how to handle issues. Her solution was for me to talk to the office manager on Monday. I then called corporate and was passed between multiple departments before a supervisor said the correct team would contact me, but could not give a timeline of when. That was 11/5 and I still have not received a call from Enterprise regarding this. My recommendation is to stay away from this company. I was treated much better by Hertz and they actually found a solution for a hiccup they caused, rather than just blame the customer when their company doesn't know what they are doing.

My experience with Enterprise was a total disaster. I had a confirmed reservation to pick up a car in Fort Worth and return it in Austin. I had paid $300 ($50 car rental, $250 drop off fee) in advance for the rental. When I arrive to pick up the car, I'm flatly told by the manager, "The system auto-canceled" your reservation because it was a one-way"... No notification of any kind was sent to me by text or email regarding this "auto-cancellation", and the manager claimed he could not over-ride the system. Nor could he make any arrangements to get me a car from another Enterprise location. Spoke to a district manager who gave me same nonsense that they had no authority to authorize one-way rentals. Needless to say, given I ended up flying back to Austin at even greater expense, Enterprise has permanently lost a long-term customer.

I initially had been provided a vehicle because of an accident I was involved in. Unfortunately for me the repairs to my vehicle surpassed my insurance obligations. Needless to say Enterprise worked with my Insurance company allowing me to at least provide the vehicle comparable to my Insurance rates. Date of the return with the vehicle was never an option. They even allowed me to pay according to whether daily or weekends or weekly depending upon my needs. Although I had a credit card posted to my account they always called before they accessed my card. I don't know if this is the norm for them because I've never been in an accident before to have had an experience like this before but I still appreciate their patient service.

This isn't the first time or just this location, I had booked online for the next day when were in a car accident to get a car to drive home. We ended having to get expensive flights bc they didn't have any vehicles for days either. I thought if I called this time instead of online that they would actually check for availability. If you use enterprise you will be stranded literally.

Won't consider this place ever hertz has nicer cars and cars here are always dirty and poor cleaned inside and out. I see why my insurance never wanted me go with this company and benefits are miss leading to because you never hit the hours to get them so nope

My vehicle was stolen. I was 6 hours from my home on a weekend getaway. I called, reserved a car. When I was about 5 minutes from Enterprise, after having to hire a lift driver to bring me there, a person from Enterprise called and said he had to rent the car I reserved to someone and he didn't have any other vehicles available. Had to have left driver bring me back to my hotel, wasted that money, and had to call other rental agencies to try and get a vehicle. Absolutely horrible!!!

Excellent experience dealing with Jordan. He rented a car to my elderly mother and was so patient and kind. He was thourgh and the car was very clean. Jordan was prompt and was able to get me in and out within minutes. I showed up the next day to ask if I could extend it one more day and he smiled and said of course! The return was easy. I will always recommend Jordan Lane.

I was greeted upon walking through the door. My wait time was not long at all. JT was very professional and answered all of my questions. The vehicle was top tier it was hard turning it back in roomy clean nice smooth ride.
