They were very unorganized and we had to wait a long time even though none else was here. They had a hard time finding our reservation and when we showed them the reservation number which they never asked for they said "oh you are here for a truck . We thought you had a car." They were on the phone most of the time and ignoring us.

Awful, the dealership set it up for me and paid for it, they still charged me. It took 3 days for my refund, 5 months later I get charged again. Been on phone all day to finally get my money back in another 3 days! Lady on phone was very rude. I rarely get that bad of customer service all around. NEVER recommended!

This place is unprofessional. They took my reservation and sent all the cars to the airport leaving me with no car and my refund is pending 3-5 days but they did try and help me out by letting me know I can pay for a more expensive car in place of the one they took. I remember why I don’t book through budget.

I have experienced horrible things with the Bryant Irving Budget location. They lack customer skills, and it's always some type of issue with the billing. They will charge you extra and will not honor corporate policies. I would give them zero stars if Google allowed me to do so.

Pretty danged painless and great rental prices. Car was clean and performed perfectly and check-in/out was quick and efficient. Only knock is their hours. Closes at 6pm, so anyone coming in from a road trip needs to prepare for an early morning drop off or plan for an extra day.
