No one met me to take the rental pickup back so I dropped the keys at the reception. 7 months later I'm hit with a $1000 insurance deductible to fix a real light they did not inspect in my presence. I paid a lot for insurance and they had a fine print of 1k deductible, plus massively overpriced repairs. Customer service=poor.

I've rented several times with the team at this location. Friendly and helpful service. Sometimes not as prompt but it does tend to get busy at the location. Will continue to book with Budget/Avis and recommend to fellow drivers.

Having exactly the same experience as Joel and I'm double charged by them. I called and they said the contract shows that it wasn't prepaid. Although the contract in my hand shows that I prepaid everything.

I've rented twice from this location. Both times I noticed that they're severely understaffed and both times I had to wait 45 min to get the car I reserved. But that's not the big issue I have with them.

I've been waiting for a refund for six weeks from this location. They're a mess. The guys are nice enough but there are lots of places to rent cars downtown - go with another.
