We reserved a moving truck only to find out when got there, there were NO TRUCKS at all. Another person in line also had the same issue. Their excuse was they forgot to close out the day before. What the HELL! We came all the way over from the Westbank to get poor service. Orleans parish is a JOKE!!

The staff is very friendly and works with you when you're in a pinch. Yes, you have to get your paperwork down the street but all in all it's way more convenient than uhaul etc
