If I could give zero stars for my most recent visit here I would. I've never left a review for anything, but this experience must be noted to the public. I thought my unspayed female frenchie was suffering from pyometra due to a false pregnancy. I took her here since this vet seemed good with my other frenchie for his checkup. In hindsight, I will never go back here, and I will tell every dog owner I know to steer clear. Where do I begin? The vet knew there's a chance she could be pregnant; he proceeded to sedate her for xrays and bloodwork. Had I known this is NOT protocol for a potentially pregnant dog, I would have refused. Xrays showed she's pregnant. I got a "congratulations" and a bunch of phony advice. He said he believed she will have the pups naturally. I asked why he believes this (frenchies are notorious for C sections), and I didn't get a sufficient answer. I asked him what to do if she goes into labour, he said if there are any complications, call him. I pointed out that he is not 24/7, the answer was simply to go to an animal hospital (emergency clinics are FULL!) I was given no follow up appointment, nor was another visit suggested. And the cherry on top! As I left the place, I was informed that my pregnant dog is good to have her heartworm vaccine any time I'm ready. I've since gone to a reproductive vet who has determined my dog is due in a few days. She is indeed unable to give birth naturally: her hips are too narrow and after measuring the puppies heads, they will not fit through the birth canal. They also let me know that it is not normal to sedate a potentially pregnant dog. And guess what? They take her blood every morning and ultrasound her without any issue while she is awake. HAD I NOT BEEN INFORMED ABOUT MY DOG'S BREED AND QUESTIONING THIS VET, MY DOG COULD HAVE DIED GIVING BIRTH AND LOST ALL THE PUPS. My appointment here was 7 days ago. I still have not received a follow up call regarding her condition. No call to suggest even an ultrasound. IF YOU SUSPECT THAT YOUR DOG IS PREGNANT, DO NOT GO HERE. This doctor at the very least should have referred me to someone with more knowledge than him cause his lack of any direction whatsoever (AND HIS FALSE INFORMATION) could have ended in my dog's demise

I never write negative reviews and I'm sure you are a good person, and the receptionist was very kind, but my cat did have a negative experience and outcome after attending this clinic. I got confused with my first review and thought this was the Burlington veterinary emergency hospital, which is why I left a positive review about Dr. Diaz, because we had to bring our cat there after attending this clinic, and then to another emergency hospital in Hamilton where he stayed twice over the course of a week. We attended the clinic on the August civic holiday. Our normal vet was closed, so when our cat was having urinary problems and was licking the area which seemed to be irritated, we brought him here. The doctor here told us that our cat's bladder was pretty full, and he could not express his bladder manually. He gave our cat an x ray to confirm the bladder size and told us he will try to catheterize our cat. He was back there for a while (20-30 min?) said he tried "many times with different sizes of catheter" and could not get it to work. We took him to the veterinary hospital in Burlington where they performed a decompressive cystocentesis and blood work/urinalysis. The urinalysis did not come back with bacteria indicating infection and there were no stones in the subsequent x rays performed in Hamilton, so it seems that the inability to urinate may have come from irritation. Our cat later that night had two 3-night stays in the emergency hospital to overcome his trouble with urination. The emergency vet in Hamilton WAS able to catheterize him and noted that the area looked very "angry" and irritated. I think that the "many tries" with multiple sizes of catheter could have made things worse and more painful for my cat, possibly lengthening the time he was in emergency care due to trauma to the area from the multiple attempted insertions. If the doctor here was not comfortable or confident that he could insert the catheter, he should have referred us immediately to the hospital rather than attempting the procedure multiple times with different sizes.

Beware! My dog was traumatized! I took my dog to the vet to get his nails trimmed yesterday, as they have been too long and I needed some assistance so as to not cut the quick in order to start the process of getting my dogs quick to recede. I have worked very hard for this dog to be comfortable in the grooming environment. I have a good relationship with my groomer, my dog has always had positive experiences and is not adverse to any part of grooming. At the vets office today, the vet assistant and Dr. Aziz had my dog lay on the exam table and they pinned him down to try to cut his nails. The act of holding my dog down against his will made him extremely nervous and visibly distraught, but never aggressive. My dog would have sat calmly and offered his paws nicely, but they did not even try, they just pinned him down. The vet cut one nail and cut the quick. My dog was clearly distressed and uncomfortable from being pinned down and held against his will and I have never seen him have this reaction to a nail trim. Dr. Aziz kept saying it was normal and happens all the time. I went there for assistance to avoid cutting his quick, so I could help my dog. My sensitive dog has been distraught since and refuses to walk down the street that the clinic is on. This experience has completely tarnished every good interaction I have had there. I will never let a vet handle my dog like that again, especially in a non-emergent situation. On a different occasion, I entered the clinic but the door bell did not sound, so no one knew I was there. As I was waiting to be checked in, I heard the groomer yelling at the dog she was working on. I never brought my dog back for grooming after that and I should have never went back at all. Take your animals elsewhere

I DO NOT recommend this clinic for dental cleaning. My 5 year old Chihuahua went in for a cleaning yesterday and came home without 10 healthy teeth. I have 3 dogs and I always pay around $2000 for dental cleaning. So I was looking for a cheaper clinic. The staff were friendly, the reviews were good, and from the quote, it looked like it would be around 1000 dollars. My husband traveled over an hour to take my little dog there and repeated several (SEVERAL) times that we only wanted an extraction if it was a really severe case. After almost 10 hours of waiting he discovered that 10 teeth had been extracted... And they didn't even call me. Every time my dogs teeth were extracted, they would call me to explain the reason and ask permission. And what's worse, they DO NOT HAVE X-RAY equipment. How do they do tooth extractions without X-rays? They gave us a bag of teeth. Only 3 of them were yellowed (which doesn't mean they needed to be extracted). The rest was perfectly normal (picture for viewing). My husband was told that the teeth were extracted because my little dog's teeth got they were softened after cleaning. Of course! My puppy's entire mouth is less than 5 cm. Teeth are 2-3mm each. After cleaning, it's more than normal for them to become softer... The lady at the reception even said that everything was fine and that dogs don't care if they have fewer teeth (what???). This was the worst experience I've ever had. Oh, and the final price was $1800. That is, almost the same thing I would pay in a more professional place. My question. What did you get out of it? 500 dollars more? Was it worth the damage you did? Chihuahuas live almost 20 years and my 5 year old has almost no teeth in the bottom of her mouth for no apparent reason.

Absolutely phenomenal ... Finally a place that matches the same values and love we give our four legged kids! Called the clinic while i wasn't even their patient at the time, Dr. Ghobrial was my first point of contact. Since that first call to the clinic i received very professional and detail oriented care, which is why I still have my pooch till now! After listening very carefully to what i was saying, Dr. Ghobrial advised me to bring her in. They were outstandingly well prepared for our arrival knowing the situation and its severity...took amazing care of my pooch since we opened the door... all day long till they closed and next day since they opened we were there till i decided to go with the surgical procedure...both Dr. Ghobrial and Dr. Aziz went more than the extra mile to ensure my baby was taken care of from every angle and that I, as an owner, was very well informed and aware of what was going on (something most vets dont care about when speaking big medical words and we are lost in between the linguistic) They give you the bare truth..no surprises Dr. Ghobrial and Dr. Aziz performed a 3 hours surgery on my baby without giving up ...but our vet-patient care didnt end there...everyday they call to check up on how she's doing...explaining to me what to expect and what not! Very affordable plans (as a life long dog owner I have never seen any plan that was so inclusive and yet affordable)...and the service you get is way too good, way to professional ...I finally found two extraordinary well educated, non greedy and amazing vets! Thank you for all your care and efforts that allowed me to still have my pooch with me today safe and sound.

I am new to the city and have been looking for a local vet for our four cats. After a very negative experience at a different vet in Burlington, I decided to book appointments with Burlington Lakeshore Veterinary Hospital. From the very first interaction it's been an amazing experience! Every person we deal with has been very friendly, everyone goes out of their way to make sure they give the best service to your pets and you as the owner, and their facility is extremely clean and tidy. The vet was very kind and patient, happy to answer any questions and offers recommendations to help your pet reach their optimal health, and he is very kind and respectful with your pets. You would think this is the standard to be expected, but after the last experience we had at the other vet, this was exceptional for us to see. The vet even offered us a free bag of quality pet treats at the end of the visit. A few days after the visit we received a call from one of their employees just following up to see how the cats were doing after their vaccines. They go out of their way to provide exceptional customer service and we will definitely be sticking with them as long as we are living in the area! Thank you for your great service!

I brought my cat Hazel here after visiting another vet that was a bit dismissive of my cat's behaviour and lack of appetite. It definitely was not normal and I decided to get another opinion and brought Hazel to Burlington Lakeshore, and I am so genuinely happy that I did. They took my cat in right away. Dr. Aziz put through Hazel through a series of tests in which he discovered she had stones in her bladder as well as an enlarged heart. He was very careful to make sure the proper steps were taken to ensure Hazel would have a safe procedure to remove the stones due to her heart condition. At all times, Dr. Aziz and the staff kept me informed and up-to-date with the required steps to take, proper food and care for Hazel. Even after surgery, I was unsure about Hazel's recovery and behaviour and Dr. Aziz took her in for a follow up right away. Dr. Aziz, Lauren and Val - I cannot thank you enough for the time and attention you spent with me and Hazel. It is very clear that all of the staff care for the animals. I would definitely recommend.

Brought our 3 year old Shepherd/Lab cross to the clinic for the first time today. Dr. Mena was awesome! Our dog has an ear infection and was being difficult (growling) but Dr. Mena was patient and determined to do what was best for the dog. He worked hard to ensure he cleaned his ears thoroughly and showed me how it’s done so I can keep them clean going forward. My previous vet just shamed me and told me I need to take him for more training because he growled when she went near his ear. Either that or pay to have him sedated for an ear cleaning. Then she sent me on my way with a prescription that I was somehow supposed to administer myself, when she a trained professional, couldn’t do it! I’m so glad I’ve found a vet who is willing to roll up their sleeves and help a dog in pain. At the end of the visit his tail was wagging and he was comfortable and cooperative with Dr. Mena and the staff. And Dr. Mena even made sure he showed me exactly how to administer his meds. Finally, we’ve found a great vet!

There seems to be a disconnect between front office when we called to ask if a visit is required (they said it was) vs the vet (who seemed puzzled by our visit and fecal sample we were told to bring). Pricing was very reasonable for the first appointment, however we have never had a veterinarian make such a minimal effort to de-stress the visit for an 8 week old dog (ie no treats) and almost immediately the sign up for an annual health plan sales pitch started. We booked our puppies first visit based in part on the strong reviews and proximity which in hindsight feels like was a mistake as it appears some of the more favourable reviews share names with staff. The vet provided very limited information on the health of the puppy after doing a quick check over. I am unsure what and why we just paid $65 for it not anything other than sitting through the puppy health plan subscription service. Love the location, but will not be be going back.

The vet was checking my cat in a very rough manner and my cat won’t stop crying, there should be a nurse to assist him but the nurse was busy on phone. Then he told us he could not diagnose anything and asked us to pay an extra $600-$800 for an x ray that later we asked around an x ray would only cost $200-300 on average (includes everything), so I’ve got no idea where $600-800 come from. When we told him that we would like to leave and don’t need the service, the vet questioned us in a very forceful manner “oh so what are you gonna do now ? Just gonna leave it (my baby) that way ?” I was shocked. The most disappointing part of my visit is that, we paid $7X for a 10 mins check up with no comments about our cat and being confronted for not wanting an overpriced check up. Turns out our cat were just constipated, and recommended to give her a few more days to see how she’s doing until further examination, now our cat is in good health.

The other day, I met with Dr. Aziz at Burlington Lakeshore Veterinary Hospital. He was absolutely lovely with two of my rescue; Toffee and Mina, plus he stayed for 2 hours past closing to help ease my anxiety (that is not an easy task either), and provided me with his recommendations for these two beautiful and deserving felines. Both of them required antibiotics to fight the infection in their mouths, and other medications to help provide them with some comfort. It was a wonderful experience that wasn't filled with up-selling or unnecessary procedures. Both of them were assessed and we discussed what needed to be done to fix the underlying cause of the infection(s). I can't even begin to share just how important this meeting was for me, and I was so grateful for the time they gave to me. They went above and beyond and for that, I can say with confidence, they have my trust, and I look forward to working closely with them.

I highly recommend Burlington Lakeshore Animal Hospital to anyone looking for an educated, compassionate doctor for their fur babies. Dr. Aziz allowed me to complete a field placement through college as a veterinary technician student. He is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, patient, kind and it is obvious he is a genuine animal lover. Dr. Aziz treated each and every animal with respect, as they were his , own. His fees are very reasonable and he also offers a "care package" which you are free to accept or decline. The "care package" will generally last a year and will cover everything your fur baby will require, including physical exams, vaccinations, blood work, fecal tests, urinalysis, + + +, even additional exams if required ! It is a smaller clinic that offers a more personable friendly service and for the majority of your appointments, you will always be seeing the same doctor, Dr Aziz!

Truly cannot say enough amazing things about the entire staff, they are so caring and lovely. I recently had to say goodbye to my best friend Felix, even though it was one of the hardest days of my life Dr. Aziz (and I’m so sorry I can’t remember your name but the kindest woman was there helping me as well!!) made his passing so comfortable, consoled me and reassured me I was making the right decision. When I went to pick up my little buddy’s ashes the entire staff had signed a sympathy card for me, and even washed & returned a blanket I had brought him there in. When it’s time for me to adopt another furry friend they will absolutely be coming here for any and all needs. THANK YOU so much to all of you, I will never forget the kindness you showed me and all the animals that come to your clinic ❤️

It has been almost a week since we had to say farewell to our sweet cat Calli. We miss her daily still but she let us know that it was time to leave us. The staff at Burlington Lakeshore Veterinary Hospital we’re all very caring and professional . Dr Michael Aziz helped us through this sad event - making sure Calli was not stressed and that we were aware of every stage of the procedure. Calli was with us for 14 years. She was a unique character and will be with us in wonderful memories and photos for a very long time. We will adopt another rescue kitten when the time is right, and will definitely be back to Burlington Lakeshore Veterinary Hospital for excellent care. I recently moved to Burlington and was looking for a new vet as my cat was due for his annual. The clinic is clean and bright, exam rooms were also spacious and clean. The front desk staff were both very nice ladies and did not mind the hissy attitude of Sir Lucky Orion. My cat very much does not like the vets office, regardless of how nice the Drs are, so he did have to be muzzled to get his two boosters. Dr. Michael was a very nice man and was able to get him his shots even though he absolutely fought the entire time even with the muzzle on. The pricing was in line with what I have experienced at other clinics. Overall a good experience with fast, friendly and efficient staff and Dr. This will be our clinic moving forward.

I’m forever grateful for the Burlington Lakeshore Veterinary Hospital. Yesterday they were extremely busy and made room for my dog Nike who had an unexpected emergency. They took him in and cared for him like he was their own. The staff and doctor were extremely loving to Nike and showed such great care. Sadly Nikes last day was yesterday. A dog who will be forever missed and I can’t thank the staff and vet enough for the care and compassion they gave. I would recommend them to anybody who has a loved one and wants them to be in excellent hands! Thank you for all that you do!

This place is a SCAM! Do not go here, literally a scam. Save your money and find another place. Taking advantage of peoples love for their pets for financial gain. Horrible. They will offer you a plan that costs $1,500 upfront. A plan that covers “everything”, it has a limit but for example they tell you it covers dental cleaning. And when you go get it done they start telling you about all these other very expensive side charges that were never ever mentioned when signing up for the plan. I’ve been to many vets before and this one takes the cake for scamming pet owners.

Miss Moona our little 3 months old Cavapoo had the pleasure to meet Dr Aziz for her follow up shots. With his Magic Touch, he found a way to make her feel very comfortable instead of anxious. Dr Aziz was very thorough doing her examination & extremely gentle while giving her shots. We had been very disappointed on her first vet visit to another clinic so we are very grateful to have found this Clinic. The reception is always happy to see fur baby and extremely friendly. We really do appreciate being able to go in with our dogs instead of waiting in the car.

My clover the bunny was neutered at the clinic last week. The booking process was easy, I didn’t have to wait long to get an appointment,i am very grateful and satisfied with the service, The staff is knowledgeable and kind,they called to remind me about the instructions before surgery. I even received follow up call at home from the doctor to make sure my baby clover was doing well and not having any negative reactions,If you are looking for an fairly priced, honest and professional veterinarian for your pet - this is the place! Pushy place that pushes unnecessary services. Paid for a test, then was told if I wanted the results I'd have to pay a separate fee for those. (Im sure they'll deny this, but I have the emails.) Dr. Aziz is afraid of dogs, also. Asinine for a vet, in my opinion. My dog flinched and the terrified Aziz was backed right against the wall with his hands up like he was being attacked by a ferocious lion. I suggest everyone stay away from this clinic. Despicable place. I'd sooner choose to rub sand in my eyes than return here, even if the services were free.

They would always tell me I could show up early to either drop off my pet, or pick him up but they were never ready when I arrived. Not to mention their lack of transparency, they always seemed to give me a solution to the problem but then bill me for other stuff not mentioned in the original solution. And when you complain about something they vet seems to get agitated and raise his voice unnecessarily instead of just having a simple conversation. The secretary also seemed to be annoyed every time I called to check up on my pet.

Every animal is adored by their owner, my Amber is my only child whom I love dearly. This beautiful love had her teeth cleaned and some extracted, and of course, I was worried that she would have to be put out for this procedure. I cannot thank her vet and his assistants for taking such brilliant care of her, I am very impressed by their care and bedside manner. They follow up after each visit and I appreciate all the care they gave to her. I definitely will recommend Burlington Lakeshore Veterinary Clinic for any pet care.

Our first time here. My dog Monty has never liked any veterinarian. He could tell that Dr. Aziz loves animals because Monty took to him immediately and let him exam him without squirming or barking once. The doctor was very thorough and explained everything to me. Staff are extremely friendly. I even received a call a few days later to see how Monty was doing while taking the prescribed meds. We are making this clinic our permanent one. So happy I called them. If you love your pet, this is the clinic to go to!

I called today as my cat who is almost 20 years old is not doing well and I wanted to know the cost to have him Euthanized. He is blind and not doing well so I wanted to end his suffering. Unfortunately I was not only given several extremely high fees for Euthanasia and cremation but also told there is a "mandatory exam fee. " This is for an animal that only needs to be put down at the end of his life. Price gouging at its finest. And I can't even imagine low income individuals who need their pet put down

I am very happy with both Dr. Mohsen and Dr. Michael. My family moved to Burlington about 2 months ago and needed to find a vet right away. Even though there are a few vet clinics right where we live I’ve decided to go here after reading the reviews. They are very friendly, honest and always take time to answer all my questions. The clinic opens till later than others as well so I don’t have to feel rushed if need to visit in the evening. Hope their friendly attitude and work ethics never change:)

Professional, compassionate, understanding and absolutely affordable. I recently met them through my travels. My beagle and my Shih Tzu needed a little help after a flight into The GTA. When visiting their office, I was extremely impressed with both Doctors and their facility. Today my precious little Shih Tzu had surgery and her care will always be remembered. Being my first visit, I was pleasantly surprised that Burlington Lakeshore Veterinary Hospital was able to see my cat on very short notice, and offer Saturday appointments. The doctor was very kind and professional. Their rates are reasonable, especially if you're on a tight budget. The office is very nice and located in a very convenient location, in downtown Burlington. I would highly recommend Burlington Lakeshore Veterinary Hospital to anyone who has beloved fury loved ones.

We are new cat parents, and have only had Gus for 7 months. So finding a vet to take care of our sick little guy today was a bit stressful. Dr. Awad was amazing. Put me at ease right away (Gus was dealing with all of this much better than I was lol). He explained everything in detail, and gave me options and a follow up plan. While I hope we don't have to go back *too* soon, I know Gus will be in good hands and well taken care of! So glad we could join the "family" today!

We just moved into the area and I was looking for a new vet for my dog Brooklyn, who is almost 17 so I am very careful to make sure she will be in caring hands. I did a preliminary stop at the location and met Lauren who gave me a great comfort level and we booked our check in with Dr. Michael Aziz. Our kitten suddenly became very sick. We brought him to the Burlington lakeshore vet clinic . The staffs were so gentle , kind and friendly. The staff who assisted us first was polite and informative. And Michael, the doctor we met was so experienced and found what’s wrong with our kitten and gave the appropriate medications. The very next day our kitten got recovered. So happy with their service. Definitely recommending this ver clinic to all.

I brought in a vet to my house as my cat hates to travel. However due to her needs she did need to do tests that the vet was unable to do. He brought her into this vet hospital and i am happy he did. The staff r very friendly The doctor outlined what needed to be done and costs assisicated with diagnosing her. The cost was very fair. We got peace of mind today in leaving my 2 mini schnauzers with Dr. Aziz to spayed them at Burlington Lakeshore Veterinary Hospital . They are the cheapest closest to Mississauga and has a team who are caring, friendly and knowledgeable professionals. During their pre-op surgery examination day last week, my puppies didn’t have any bad reaction in returning to their clinic but were happy and excited to get spayed.

It's the first time I used their services. It won't be the last. They really talked about what was going on with my cat and came up with a plan. They were honest and caring. Instead of just going with full forced blood work, and testing on allergies they came up with a investigative plan to review steroids and medication to see what the outcome would be in 2 weeks. The entire process made sense and was simple. Thank you!

Lauren and Dr. Aziz were especially intuitive, kind and gentle with our family as we came in, in an emergency for our beloved pet. They walked us through the steps and were both sensitive, informative, clear and calm, the room was especially clean and hygienic. It was one of the best experiences we have had at a Veterinarian Clinic in a while, I would recommend this location in Burlington and cannot thank them enough!

Our cat injured himself and we called about 10 different vets that couldn’t take our cat in. When we called BLVH, we got the answering machine so we hung up and were about to call someone else instead of leaving a message. They called us back and we didn’t even leave a message so that really impressed us. They took good care of our cat and he is recovering nicely. The staff is very friendly as well. Great experience!

Dr. Michael Aziz treated our cat Calli very caringly to cure an abcess which was missed by our previous vet. Calli is back normal now with no complications. We decided immediately to switch to this veterinary clinic going forward. Dr Mena Abdelsayed performed tests on our next visit - and we got results very quickly. The clinic is clean, and welcoming with very friendly efficient staff members. Thanks to all.

By far the worst experience with a vet i've ever had. The guy I dealt with GHOBRIAL was extremely rude and unprofessional. Would definitely NOT recommend. I was literally yelled at by this man for asking questions regarding the "wellness plan" i got for my dog. I want to be able to ask as many questions as I want regarding MY PET and the money im spending FOR MY PET. there is just no transparency.

Dr. Aziz was super gentle and patient with my puppy during his 1st vet visit! My pup was throwing a hissy fit after his bum temperature was taken and only got more upset during his shots, but the doctor and the nurse just gave him a break and petted him until he was more calm before continuing. The doctor also patiently answered my questions, never once made me feel rushed. Highly recommend.

really good pricing. my boyfriend and I had great service and they were so kind to follow up and see how our dog Joey was doing after the visit because he was bleeding from his mouth. we got antibiotics for him. highly recommend. I had called so many vets and so many were full and booked 2 days ahead and the receptionists didn't care to help much and I found this place and we are so happy!!

Bailey had her first Vet visit since arriving in Canada, a week ago, from Iran. Dr Aziz and his staff were very good with her. A wellness plan for booster shots and heartworm medication has been established. She needs some minor surgery, we're very confident all will go well. We are so grateful for our experience with this vet hospital, we arrived at 7:30 one night in a panic since our dog Jasper ate a sock, and they stayed open past closing for us and ran all the necessary tests and gave us advice and next steps, and put our mind at ease. So far so good! The kitten wellness plans at this establishment are a good deal for my two little guys. Receptionist was very friendly both on the phone and in person. The vet was nice and patient with my not so calm kitten who did not love getting his vaccines. I like to keep my reviews honest so I will definitely update as I continue with the wellness plans!

I switched vets and started bringing my rescue Lily to this veterinarian hospital. They are professional, compassionate, up front with quotes, a bit cheaper than some other hospitals. I thank them from the bottom of my heart for being compassionate and empathic when I had to have my fur senior Lily put to rest. I will always bring my next rescues to them.

Burlington Lakeshore Vet Hospital has excellent staff. They are polite and very professional. Willing to answer any questions and provide whatever assistant they can to help us through this time with our beloved pet. They got us in asap and provided the care that was needed for Birch. What an outstanding vet service. This was the first vet to actually help my dog with his issues and problems. I have had horrible experiences, over charging/billing, incompetent vet services everywhere else. It was like a blessing from heaven to find a vet that could properly diagnosis my dog and corrective action to extend his life. Wonderful!!!

Worst vet experience I’ve had. For every single question I had the vet would offer a plan instead of properly inspecting my cat and explaining to me my doubts. No assistant either, vet just man handled the cat. Forced me to accept a vaccine that it was not necessary only to squeeze me more money. Terrible experience. Do not recommend.

Dr Michael Aziz is very professional. He is very thorough in his examination of our dog Charlie. He is willing to work a plan of care with you. He has called me after hours on two occassions to provide result information. I have checked their plan value and it is definitely a savings. This is the 2nd year we have purchased the plan.

My pooch was having a genuine dental issue. We have never paid much regard to the dental consideration. It was extraordinary compared to other vets at the BLVH who revealed to us that how we have to deal with the canines and their dental wellbeing. On account of them that my canine feels greatly improved with each passing day.

I went to this clinic for the first time last week for my dog's dental cleaning. I read many good reviews on Google. The doctor there is very caring and he explained everything to me with no rush. We signed our golden retriever pup up for the puppy health plan prior to our first visit. The savings are definitely worth it. We didn’t get the impression that the vet enjoyed working with our puppy/young dogs, so we did not stay beyond the first year. Quality of services were good.
