Disappointing experience; & I'm usually very forgiving in my encounters. Waiting with 2 toddlers to be attended to, & I had to seek assistance; and when I did, I was met with long faces and a negative tone. The menu shown online is out of date. They don't have a live kitchen in action - only coffee and quick grab-n-go breakfast now. The menu shown on Google is outdated. The change in menu would've been fine with me if it had been explained with much less attitude - I'm sorry I disturbed your coffee making. A simple explanation with a smile would've left me with a much better impression. Perhaps their coffee is good - I wouldn't have a clue as I didn't want to stay one second longer in that company. Ended up at The Penny Drop.

When I think of an eggs Benedict with ham, I think of nicely toasted sourdough bread with shavings of ham off the bone topped with poached eggs and lashings of Hollandaise sauce. Now I got most of that, just not the ham off the bone, it looked rather unpleasant to be honest, it was just slices of delicatessen ham. My dish came with edible purple flora but I think that was OTT considering they couldn’t provide a desired ham experience. Now I’m no expert when it comes to cafe dishes but as a Brunswick local, I have high expectations when it comes to cafe meals. The coffee and customer service was sublime and the eggs were perfectly poached but the bread toast tasted a bit tough. I would come back again, I just wouldn’t order the eggs Benedict.

Some great coffees down in Box Hill, a good selection of food and snacks there too. Faducci stock some interesting coffees so always worth asking what they've got on the bar. I've been a couple of times, but the last time I was in no rush. I had a flat white, chilled with a batch brew and watched the world go by. The cafe has a bit of a strange set up and I'd love to see them utilise the space at the back a bit more. However, it doesn't impact the quality of the coffees and service. I'll be back again when I'm in Box Hill.

Probably the worst cafe I ever have been to in Melbourne. Food was mediocre and definitely overpriced for such a small portion. Almost jaw-dropped when my food was served: a half sliced piece of baguette with 3 slices of smoked salmon, 1 poached egg (yes they were that stingy, all other cafes gave 2 poached eggs -.-) and 3 pieces of flowers to decorate the otherwise empty looking plate which costed me $19.20. Would have felt better if it was delicious. But nope. Matcha latte was also awful. I make better ones myself. Disappointed and felt scammed. Not recommended to anyone. Will never patronize again. A real gem in the middle of Box Hill. The baristas put a lot of care into the process of making the coffee, with small extra steps, and you can really taste the difference compared to other cafes. The specialty blends are a little pricier than a regular cup of coffee, but they taste beautiful, are made well and are a great choice if you want something a bit more special. My only regret is not finding it sooner. Would especially recommend if you're a coffee nerd, haha.

I've been curious about their coffee to try since I've been seeing them quite busy every time I walk pass by.. So Just tried their coffee first time today.. Mmm.. To me it was too creamy.. I take soy flat white and I would enjoy if there were more kick of coffee flavour to it.. So I would recommend if you enjoy creamy coffee, not for so much for me.. Oh one of the girl served me nicely.. I didn't get to try their food, I'm a vegetarian and the price seemed high to try from menu.. The show window food looked OK price..

This is one of the worse coffees I ever had. After a mouthful I had to send it back. It was a skinny latte. Thought maybe milk was off. They were very good and replaced it. I tried a full mill cappuccino to see if milk made a difference. Sorry to say I couldn’t drink that either. Not sure what they are doing wrong, but it was not drinkable. May have been the person making the coffee or a terrible brand of coffee. Either way I couldn’t drink more than a mouthful. I gave up and left. Won’t go there again.

Somewhat indifferent to this place but the pluses. Service great and the staff friendly. Prices are ok but i did expect something more for some of the prices. The chicken Burger was good, my son chowed it down but it was more befitting a kids meal in size. Pancakes were reasonable and my scrambled mushrooms was different but tasty. This one in serving size i had no qualms about. Coffee is ok nice and but not awesome

The coffee from this cafe taste differently from others out there. I can tell they use high quality coffee bean and put effort to make every single cup of coffee. The quality of coffee and customer service definitely deserve the price that they charge. I’d say this cafe is certainly distinct in this neighborhood. It’s worth a try for those coffee lovers.

Minimalistic stylish and modern atmosphere. This cafe/brunch spot appears to be run by a small team looking to break into the very busy market. Coffee is reasonable and the serving is generous. Food options show variety but took a full 30 minutes to come. Overall nice but I think the kitchen needs more hands. Their blind swinging door to the kitchen also seems like an accident waiting to happen.

If I haven't ordered a cake - I would have given it 4 stars because the coffee is not bad. I ordered a berry cheesecake which, from my point of view, wasn't fresh. It tasted like a month old cake. On a positive note, there were two blueberies on the top which were probably only one week old :-). Very upsetting for a piece of cake which costs $9.5. Will never come back.

I have to say that... if you are craving for an smash avocado with a hot chocolate and you don't want to leave the boxhill shopping center or cross the street, then, this cafe is for you. The presentation of all plates is very beautiful and have a reasonable size, the atmosphere and staff are very welcoming. I am definitely coming back very soon.

I went there with some colleagues of mine as they were purchasing a coffee. Unfortunately, I did not purchase anything. However, their service is rather slow. I get it that it is busy, but that was my interpretation of the trade.

Staff were polite and the barista seems to be putting a lot of heart into his coffee making. My flat white tasted smooth and was just the right temperature (not scalding hot like so many I've tried). Eggs Benedict was not bad but a tad expensive for this area I suppose. Will definitely return for the coffee!

Perfect place for quick snack - in my case. Excellent coffee, so if you like a good cuppa, don't hesitate.

Great food, friendly service. Definitely a place for a chilling. I have a friend who even felt and obsessed with their service and environment, so he decided to go there in a daily basis. As a coffee addict their cappuccino is above average. Overall very satisfying.

When I walk into a coffee shop and see Bonsoy on the shelf it's generally a good sign. I was greeted by polite staff in a funky environment. The coffee was smooth and very nice in both taste and texture (I had a latte with soy). Highly recommended.

One of the best coffee I've tried so far. Tried the Gateway coffee blend. Must say it's really good. I didn't try the food but there's a nice selection of cakes and pastries too. Will definitely come back for coffee again.

Yummy food and good table service. I find the coffee here excellent. Food portions are quite generous too. As a side note the smoothies are made very well - I can see they use a Vitamix which is good quality equipment for this kind of stuff.

This is one of my go-to cafe in melbs. Never disappoints. They also provide a couple of options where you can select the type of beans you want (i always go for fruity notes) Their mocha is by far one of the best i have had in a long time.

Quiet atmospheric cafeteria, good for a short business catch up or paper signing etc over a cuppa. Where you can hear what the others are saying instead of loud background music that you have to shout to be heard.

The loveliest service staff I've ever met as a past hospitality worker. They gave beautiful crockery and cutlery (which are this luxurious gold). the food speaks for itself, especially the truffle burger!

Best brunch selection. The place is clean and waiters are friendly .Fabulous presentation of food, seafood pasta is my favourite. I come this cafe very often as the coffee is hit too! Recommended

They renovated Cafe Faducci a few years ago and since then it's more comfortable and fancy. Love the atmosphere inside and like how it kept the rustic Box Hill vibes outside.
