A week after our initial experience with CF, both Allison and Jim have followed up and have gone above and beyond in rectifying my previous encounter. You can tell they both care for their customers and the customer experience and I'm happy to update this review to reflect this. I appreciate that Allison took the time to listen to what we had experienced initially and apologized on behalf of CF. We look forward to finding the perfect piece with their team to add that last star to our experience. --------------------------------------- Would have loved to support this company but felt completely blindsided when they sold a furniture piece after we had already committed to purchasing. Don't offer your customers the option to purchase through informal methods like Instagram if you're not committed to honoring those channels - it's unprofessional and feels like you're giving preferential treatment to designers for a piece that is open to public sales. Edit to add that the apology I received was "Sorry, it's a dog eat dog world". This came across very disrespectfully and offered no recourse for what happened.

We purchased a sectional from them and it was a positive experience. The selection of fabrics was vast and we were able to take a bunch home (like books & books of swatches). It really helped us pick the right fabric, colour and style in our home under all light conditions. Ordering was simple and when we ran into an issue with the manufacturer (fabric on backorder), the store offered us options and ensured we were still on track for our original delivery window. Our sectional has now been in use for a couple of months and we are still loving it. Even the kids have yet to leave their marks! Just need to order our bed next!

Buyer Beware!!!! I purchased a sectional from Country Furniture in 2015 and have had nothing but problems. They tried to repair the sectional numerous times, each time leaving me without furniture. Their time quote of 3 weeks usually ended up being closer to 9 weeks. After 15 months of failed repair, I asked for a refund as I felt I had been more than patient in allowing them to try to fix the problem first. Even though they acknowledged it still wasn't fixed and offered to send it for repair again, they refused to refund my money and began avoiding my calls. I've reported them to MasterCard and BBB.

Friendly, helpful staff. Great selection of furnishings. We have bought almost all of our stuff from Country Furniture in the past. When we decided to redo our living room, I was lucky enough to have Jim help me. He answered all of my questions, gave helpful advice, sent links to websites when I was enquiring about specific styles, and was so friendly and fun to deal with. I have nothing but great things to say about CF Interiors. And I am really really happy with the new look. Thanks for all of your help!!

Not a good place to go.not very welcoming sales people. I say hi when I enter the store there was one men and and two ladies one is sitting beside the guy the other was standing in front of me. They just look at me.. I turned around and left the store right away. when to SOFA LAND they a nice professional people they do not judges costumer by their look.

Came here on a field trip with my interior decorating class and was not let down. Jim, our host for the trip, was delightful and knowledgeable. We learned about the incredible history of the company and about brands they supply. Highly recommend working with them if you are in the trade and can’t wait to work with them myself.
