The cleanest most friendly and cost effective laundry mat facility this city and possibly state could ask for. The workers both the African American and Latino Ms. has such a strong and personable work ethic. Their gestures give off such positivity and showcase something in American work that should never ever go unnoticed. That something is detail and delight as well as delight in detail. Never have I ever seen a laundry mat anywhere that could be so maintained, cleaned, effective and cost efficient in washing and drying cycles. The whole experience was straight forward, enjoyable, and when I had no laundry bag or bin to place my clean clothes in the Latino lady with a silver tooth smiled happily and was able to provide me with a single garbage bag that I was able to line my dirty hamper with to keep my clean clothes from becoming dirty again upon request. After I dried my clothes I was not wanting to place the cleaned and dried clothes on the folding area even though it looked wiped down. I asked if she could wipe my area down; even thought she probably already did. With no hesitation she sanitized my chosen folding section I presume a second time. I do wish there were more wet floor signs because doing her great job at cleaning the whole place I almost tripped but I believe that was due to lack of wet floor signs. I also did not like how paydays were a dollar-fifty when attempting to purchase the nutty bar from the vending machine which caused me to go with pop tarts. Definitely emphasize safety with wet floor signs in the best laundry facility in the valley because This this remarkable place is a true gem giving the best model of what all laundromats should be. I would hate for something so small to ruin the integrity of this place because with your level of care, professional ness, and cleanliness in a place other similar businesses do not offer the same I would not want to go anywhere else because this place is so worth it. The two problems I stated were the only reasons I gave this a four star rating and not a five star rating. I hope management is able to address these issues to remain the best place in town for your line of business.

Today was my first time using this laundromat. Unfortunately the woman who I guess is a manager was on her lunch break when I arrived, so no employee was on sight, and I had to learn almost everything by myself (along with some assitance from some nice customers.) They charge 50¢ for a reloadable card (perhaps that's why they're called "coin-less laundry,") they have detergent/fabric softner for sale in a vending machine, food and beverage vending machines, and an ATM onsite (caution: they don't break dollar bills so get cash ahead of time and plan on what you're going to spend beforehand. Credit/Debit cards I don't believe are accepted.) Overall, the place was very well kept clean, prices are decent, the manager eventually came back, she seemed like a polite lady, they have a great selection of washers that tell you the approximate amount of loads/weight it can carry (however, the prices on the screen are kind of hard to see so just ask,) and the dryers were okay (they didn't dry my comforter too well, perhaps I should put it in it's own dryer than with the other clothes next time.) I would come back when I need to get my laundry done fast.

We've used several laundromats. Hands down the cleanest and they've always got specials. There are several pros and cons for coin vs coinless facilities. The biggest issue with this place and maybe others (we use them regularly) is sometimes clothes aren't completely dry (haven't quite figured out the optimal amount to put in a dryer) and you can't add a quarter for a few more minutes of dry time, you have to pay for a full drying cycle (often times the full drying time is unnecessary, clothes are only little damp). All in all, it's close by, we visit the pizza place across the street, and fill up our water bottle at the water mill, all at the same time we do laundry. My only recommendation is to allow for picking the drying times on the dry cycle. 5 stars if that becomes possible. On a side note (and bonus), if you fill your card with $40, they'll give you $10 free. This isn't advertised and you MUST get the card from the attendant on site.

Laundry being at the top of my list of " Things to put off as long as humanly possible", it seems hypocritical to me to give a facility that caters to the accomplishment of this task a star rating of 1 let alone 4. As I thought about this I concluded there should not be consequences to the facility; they are only the "Messenger" after all and as the old adage says, "don't shoot the Messenger", and at the risk of Cognitive Dissonance further damaging my already fragile psyche; I've thrown caution to the wind and have given the much deserved star rating if 4. 1. The facility is kept very clean 2. The attendants are friendly and helpful 3. The process for initial loading and subsequent refilling of you're laundry card is elementary 4. AND they have TVs strategically located throughout which can help pass the time. This place can get quite busy but there are definitely adequate #s of machines so no need to wait

Love this place, used to come here before the renovations and it was okay,now after the renovations it actually has gotten a lot better, worth the 5 stars. They now let you use credit/debit cards to reload so you don't have to worry about having cash, they do charge the 50 cent fee for the card but it's reasonable and not expensive at all. They do have different specials around the store which are definitely helpful if you have a lot of laundry to do, the machines also wash really well, when I came in it was a Tuesday around 3pm, there was only about 2 other people in here and the attendant was very friendly. The machine to get the card/reload is also self explanatory so idk how someone would have an issue unless they can't read... Anyways clean facility, will be my go to laundromat!

Brand New card: .25 Then you can load however much you need at the kiosk I would keep my card for future uses as well because they are reloadable. There is always an employee on shift in case you need their assistance the older Mexican lady that works in the mornings is wonderful she is always a delight to see every week! They have top loaders and front loaders all prices vary and the great thing is dryers are industrial just like the front loaders so you can wash multiple loads at once. Personally I go once a week spend $10 to wash and dry 8 loads. Great place!

I liked this place tell I asked about the $10 they advertise on the window. The attendant told me if I put 40 in the card machine that 10 would he added I put 50 in and nothing. When I asked her about it she then told me that she had the card and I should have given her the 40 and she would have given me a card with 50 on it. She then told me there was nothing she could do about it. Once I use the rest if the money on my card I will not return. I almost feel like it was discrimination. So I'll just watch where I spend my money more carefully.

Gizelle is an awesome attendant, I never understand her but my mother is really friendly with her, and Gizelle can still get her work done without any setbacks, it's always so clean in here because she is always cleaning and making sure customers are in a clean environment. She helped me with the vending machine once because the dollar got stuck in there without me getting the item I wanted and she reversed the dollar thing so that I can pay again with the same dollar, if you know what I mean, but she was really helpful.☺️☺️

I would have given 5 stars however after weeks of upgrades a few months ago,There is no wifi or television 3 brand new flat screen TV s just hanging there.They used to work as well as the wifi.The coinless automation is cool , but would be cooler if I could catch some news or an inning or two.At the very least bring back the WiFi.When I have told someone about the coinless was ,1st question "Do they have wifi?" 5 stars to the ladies who work diligently polishing and keeping customer's happy.

This place is always clean. It has a card system you use and the card is less than 1.00$, there loads are 3loaders many of those and they also have bigger load machines I saw a couple that could do 9loads! There are snack machines with a great variety as well as a Cola Machine. Plenty of sitting and folding space, as well as room to roll your clothing and allow others to get by. The location is great as well there are some GREAT places to eat before, after or during your wash.

Just recent moved around the area, and googled a laundromat near me and found this one. Must say the cleanest and convenient. Was busy and was witness of young locals modeling and making it more welcomed. The attendant was very friendly and always smiling and making people feel better in washing with this heat. She was cleaning the dashboards and the trash cans. Will be coming back and will recommend this laundromat. Thank you Marisol for making this day amazing in this heat.

We came here to do our laundry when our washer broke. Its 108° outside and there is no place to sit inside so you need to side outside in front on a concrete bench that runs across the front. Small front load washers are $4.25 a load so for wash and dry of 4 loads is going to be about $20.00. It is very clean but in my opinion is very expensive. Very inconvenient having to use their card system too. Will not be coming back.

Very clean. They lock the bathroom door and the manager goes to lunch with the key. I really had to go. Edit:. They no longer allow pets bedding, including blankets, in their machines. I can't recommend this place any longer - moving 5 to 3 stars. Team suggested another laundry at 38th St & Thomas. What a shame....this is such a clean place and team is friendly/outgoing. PS. No wifi.

The only way to get a higher rating is if they did my laundry for me lol. I dreaded going to the laundry mat because I hadn't been there since I was a teenager. The staff was so kind and the facility is super clean. The bathroom is small and hot but spotless. I think I'll br using this place just to wash blankets from now on.

Used their top loader just now and they had no hot water under the hot water section, there was a problem with the water heater and no other patron was told as no other machine had hot water so clothes weren’t cleaned. Paid over $30 to clean two loads of laundry due to the problems and them not offering to fix a mistake

Clean as a pimps suit in Kansas City in the 90s !!! Available washers and dryers and no loiterers taking up seats and space. Easy to use machines and did I say clean !! The attendent went above and beyond cleaning the place the entire time I was there. Great vending machines and other food nearby. 50 stars from me !!!!

Very clean, always machines available, and I prefer top loaders. My clothes actually get clean here. I quit using the laundry room at my apartment complex because it’s disgusting and other tenants just leave their load in the machines all day making them unavailable. So I started coming here.

I have been washing my clothes here since about 09. I have been a loyal client because it's always clean and they have made many improvements throughout the years. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I felt secure coming to wash here when I was single. My husband and I continue to come here.

The reviews are accurate. Clean, well maintained, well lit, busy but plenty of equipment to go around. I was surprised at the dryers that had "express" on the name. They completed dried blue jeans and cottons in 20 minutes on high. I was in and out with 3 loads in less than an hour.

Spacious, never to many people inside. I love it there. I literally get 10+ loads of laundry cleaned in 1hr. That is an insane time saving ordeal. Staff are kind and helpful around the laundromat. If you looking to get things done quickly in a clean facility.....this is the place.

I've been going here on and off for many years. They have many specials now on certain days and times so that makes it worth it. I have recently had trouble with a dryer being too hot, but it only once. It s in a safe neighborhood and they have good fees compared to other places.

Place is always clean. I usually go on Sunday evening and there is a black lady working who is very friendly and helpful. Never seen her not smile. Always see her walking around cleaning and talking with customers. Very nice place and the washers and dryers are reasonably priced

In one week to wash a small load went from $1.25 to nearly $2.30, I have no understanding of how it could have jumped that much when gas prices are currently going down other than that it's a clean facility plenty of machines available so the price is my only gripe

Nope. Don't go there. No change machine nor the lady has change she said she doesn't have change forced to go to circle k. Also the dryer stopped at 3 minutes left I went to tell the lady and said oh well. Rather go to a different laundry mat.

Might be the greatest... unfortunately I'll never know because they lie about their hours. I rolled by at 9:40pm on Sunday and they turned me away, despite their advertisement on Google and on their door that said they are open until 10:30pm.

This place is great and I’ve been coming here for a long time for my bigger, heavier items. I don’t even live nearby which is a testament to it. It’s hard to find the employees to let you into the bathroom though. I often run into that issue.

Always clean, staff is pleasant. Affordable and even when it's busy it's easy to get a few loads done. The hot water is actually hot the dryers dry on the first cycle. The best part is my clothes come out bright and clean every time.

My home dryer decided to stop working while full of freshly washed soaking wet clothes. Coin less laundry saved the day. Lots of machines. Clean. I was able to be in and out in less than 20 minutes.

Fairly clean and chill if you know when to go. Can get hectic at times, but still reasonable enough. A good chunk of the staff does not speak English, but they try their hardest to be helpful.

I've never had a problem. It's fast efficient and clean. The gal attendant has always been pleasant and helpful. I would add a website or something so you can see the specials and the days.

Total crap. $1 to use the restroom? The dryers say $1 when it's actually $1.09. Meaning if your 2 cents short you gotta put a whole other dollar in. Last time I come here.

Update: They finally fixed the money loading machine. I love this place due to having a king size bed and they have HUGE washers. Always clean, fast, and done!
