Un- professional, careless, unreliable, you name it. Broke my breaks after they "adjusted" it, but gave them the benefit of the doubt went to fix a punctured Tyre, he didn't even have the decency to locate the sharp object that caused the puncture in the first place. was just in hurry to get his 10 pounds for a new tube, and as a results surprise surprise, the new tube got punctured in the same day... I'm not going to recommend other bike shops here, but all I'm gonna say is, I'd 100% carry my bike for further distances knowing the closest option available is that bad

Called to this shop on Friday 19th February 2021, I have never been here before. I was welcomed by the owner as I entered, I wanted to purchase a cycle helmet, I was asked if I had anything in mind or did I need advice, I needed advice, I found one that suited my needs was given useful advise, The good thing was the owner didn't try to sell me the most expensive helmet in the shop. I walked out with a great value for money helmet and I'm very pleased, Will definitely be back as my bike needs a slight alteration.

Excellent little bike shop. Needed two new tyres for my folding bike, unfortunately they didn't have them in, the owner ordered them in for me for the next day. Very competitive prices. Excellent service and very friendly people, highly recommended. Nice to know my money stayed in the community...

Very honourable machinist. They gave me the choices about first and second hand parts when they went to fix the brake. They told me about the details of the problem and how to solve it. highly transparency.Thay spent about 40 mins to fix it. Then it looks like the new one and good in functions

Any problems with my bike they always fix it for me very reasonable and always the staff are very polite and I always love going back to the shop. Always chatting to my children and the staff in the shop are very special.and go out of there way to find things for your bike and also advice.

Went to buy this afternoon stabiliser set for children. Yahya (I think) was very helpful. I came back this same afternoon with the bike as I couldn't fix it myself. They did fix it and everything was alright

Exceptional service, no jobs to big or small, the staff are really friendly and go above and beyond to assist you, honestly a good little find, with affordable prices not like these big corporate company's.

My only place to come to check and fix my bike, they are very friendly and helpful, always explain what to expect and the prices before agreeing on. I usually leave the bike for one day no problem.

they replaced a tire cap after mine got stolen (weird I know), were really lovely and friendly and pumped up my tires for me. just a great place!! as are all bike shops :)
