I went to CVS Pharmacy today to fill a prescription for my dog who has congestive heart failure, hypertension, and an enlarged heart. He’s been suffering with a severe cough and the vet prescribed what I thought was just a cough suppressant. He has gotten another prescription filled at CVS so I didn’t think much of having another human med prescribed. I was the only person in line and waiting for the pharmacist to assist me when he helped another customer who came after me first and then came over. Before I could even finish saying the script was for my dog who is already in their system, he tossed it back to me and rudely said they don’t carry it and then when on about how it was a “heavy narcotic” and they don’t carry those. I asked if he could check another store (something he did for the other customer) and he said no I would have to find another store myself. So, I said “What I supposed to do just drive around the city?” and he said “Yea that’s what people do for these kind of narcotics.” I was very insulted by his attitude and his treatment. I barely use the prescribed medications my own doctors have given me and I rarely take even ibuprofen for pain even when it’s so bad I can barely stand, and he’s was treating me like I was some junky trying to score drugs. I’m just trying to help my dog. So, I ended up calling the vet to see if they could prescribe something else, and if I need to go back to a human pharmacy it won’t be to CVS. This was the first bad experience I’ve had at that CVS usually the people are very helpful but you know what they say people are more likely to write a review when service is bad rather than good. These people need to realize that people who come there for medication, even if it's not for them, are under a lot of stress, you don't know what's going in their lives and to disrespect them and treat them like criminals when they just want help is reprehensible. Shame on you. I hope one day you get the same treatment so you know how it feels.

Worst CVS location ever. They are unorganized, never return pharmacy calls, and never has your prescriptions ready as promised. They take days to fill a prescription even if it is sent to them from an ER doctor. They don't even allow you to speak to a Pharmacy representative and require you to leave a voice mail which they rarely ever return. If and when they do, it's several days later as if your health is of no concern to them. Do yourself a favor a chose another pharmacy because these people will have you on death's door in tears.

It's a 24 hour location which is good, right? Wrong. Had to get batteries late one night and was told we couldn't get sale prices because their "system goes down every night at 1am". According to unhelpful cashier anyhow. When we pulled into the parking lot, we all thought it was closed, and truthfully it might as well have been......its not lit up outside OR inside considering its open 24/7. Perhaps they don't want late night biz, note to self.....

This CVS is an absolute disgrace. They never (seriously) never answer the phone. Called multiple times a day on multiple different days and waited 30+ minutes without even a please hold. If you read the other reviews that’s apparently the norm at this CVS. Use the one on N Florida avenue instead, that’s a good CVS. Use this location at your peril.

Worst Pharmacy help of all! Youre better off going to wal mart . At least youll get someone to answer the phone. Called 4 times. First time on hold for 15 min...each time afyer that 10 min each. This cvs is located in a very central area and busy the lack of staff is just plain unprofessional

Great CVS experience my girlfriend dropped her wallet by the register. We did not realize it was missing till 2 hours later. We called and the cashier had picked up and put it up for her. Trust worthy employee. Save me from a stressful day had it not been found.. Thank you

Staff is very responsive. Although most of the medicines I was looking for were out of stock, I was able to get an alternative medicine with the help of the staff there. I would visit again. Removing a star as medicine was "out of stock" and no open wifi for emergencies.

Realmente es muy similar a las demás farmacias pero cada uno tiene algo diferente que e notado aunque no se que es,pero me atendieron bien y cajeros amables eso por eso les di 5 estrellas valla ahí seguramente encontrara lo que busca

I wasn’t feeling my best today & I don’t have a car but the pharmacy was closed for lunch the Pharmacist heard I just caught a Uber to pick up my prescriptions & he just gave it too me, Praise God

I had gone to pick up my medications and the person that retrieved it couldn't tell me how to take the doses. I was told to read the leaflet. I was very disappointed with the outcome.

Awful,awful,awful ! They will give your pills to first come,first serve,after you get messaged your order is done! DO NOT GO THERE, THEY will mess you over,I SWEAR
