"DO NOT FREQUENT THIS CVS"
BEWARE OF CVS ON N GRAHAM ST!! I went in to pick up my INFANTS medicine I get home there’s no syringe. Go back the next day they gave me the wrong ones! Finally get the right size on the fourth day(his dose is in the am) THEY DIDNT MIX IT!! THIS IS FAY FIVE of picking up his meds and NOT being able to give him what he needs!!
This is not a rating on the business itself, since I couldn’t be helped due to their system. But, this is a shout out to Nicole in the pharmacy who went above and beyond standard customer service. She tried her best with the resources given to her (and then some) to get an answer for me. She is an asset to this location.
My girlfriend is prescribed Vyvanse for ADHD and can only fill the prescription either by phone or in person. She spent 2 hours on hold between 3 separate calls with nobody answering her call. Nobody here is ever helpful, courteous, pleasant, or generally remotely easy to interact with in this pharmacy. Do better.
Terrible customer service in the pharmacy. I waited in the drive through pharmacy over 30 minutes for a scheduled COVID test only to be rejected when finally getting to the window. The tech apparently just went to lunch and didn’t look to see if there were any other cars in line. Pure laziness on their part.
DO NOT FREQUENT THIS CVS. Despite the fact that they have a CVS sign at the entrance to the lot, they "boot" your car. For $200 they'll remove the boot!!! Every prescription my family and I had here is GONE!! The company has lost our business for life as a result and I will share this with the world.
The staff here are very nice and they are hard working. However, the parking lot is always full, people are parked horribly/double parked, and the lot by their drive through is privately owned and practice predatory parking enforcement. Taking my business elsewhere, unfortunately.
I was in hold for over 10 mins. They mess up my prescription every time I go in there and they NEVER apologize. The cashiers are nice, but the Pharmacy department ruins it for the rest of the staff. GM if you're reading this I would consider a re-hire in the Pharmacy department.
Easily the worst pharmacy in Charlotte. I couldn’t believe it was possible but they left me no choice to move to walgreens by simply not having any of my prescriptions available. Rude staff, won’t work with your doctor, terrible communication.
If I could give this pharmacy a 0 rating I would. On more than multiple occasions, we have dropped off our scripts and they are not ready a few days later. Either excuses such as “we didn’t know if you were going to pick it up” (even though
Horrible customer service skills (just walk in the store and listen, people are constantly complaining about the general incompetence, so you are on your own), stock is lackluster at best and while most of the staff is ok to deal with, this
Terrible customer service. I scheduled a free COVID-19 test through the minute clinic app. I arrived in the drive-thru window on 9/14/2020 at 2:06pm for my 2:10pm test. The woman was snippy and told me I had to come back when it was my test
CVS gives a coupon for $4 off Allergy relief products. I buy one. Coupon doesn’t work. Employee at the register looks at it and then tries to get me to sign up for some $10/mo subscription service instead so I can get $10 off. Refused to do
Avoid this sketchy N. Graham location by all means. The staff is very unprofessional and the supposed night shift supervisor Dwayne is very rude. You can tell he does not enjoy his job and he also enjoys yelling at customers unfortunately,
I am shocked to read these reviews because truly I’ve never experienced anything but kindness and empathy when I was struggling and authentic customer service. I actually remember coming home after going to this pharmacy the first time and
They’re never friendly here. Worst yet. The WHOLE pharmacy section closes from 1:30-2pm. This was terribly inconvenient as I walked here during my lunch to pick up a prescription I was texted about. So I had to wait 15 min of my break just
I do not typically return items, however I bought 2 humidifiers online and one was defective. I go to do an exchange here and I’m told they don’t do exchanges, just refunds. I ask if I will get the same price I originally paid (no response
Terrible customer service by the cashier Janae. This is the fifth time I have gone to the store and received bully behavior from her. All other employees there are very nice but she has gone above and beyond to be rude to myself and other
Zero for customer service. Such a pathetic attitude of women working tonight's shift. It's 01/15/2019 at 8:30 PM.. She better learn some manners or be thankful to CVS that she has this job. I just asked for change and the kind of attitude
I was really surprised how rude the person at the pharmacy was. I use another cvs nearby and they are always absolutely incredible, kind, helpful, just the best. I use the one in the EpiCenter. They don’t have Covid testing there, but let
If I could give this place 0% I would. Customer service is nonexistent in the pharmacy department. You can call all you want but good luck getting an answer. And when you do happen to get through after hours of waiting, expect to be given
The worst CVS. I had a online doctor visit he sent my prescription at 9pm to CVS I made sure to go in next morning to give enough time for them to get my medication ready. I went the next morning at 8am. The girl at the Pharmacy said she
To understand this review, first understand my first job was at Walgreens. This was the best cvs customer service experience I have ever had. The staff were so friendly here, very helpful. Apologetic for any service errors, even ones not
Absolutely disappointing! I will be moving my current prescriptions to another pharmacy. I walk in the door with an emergency fill needed at 8:45pm and the pharmacist is too lazy to fill it. If you post your hours as 9pm closing then you
The literal worst pharmacy I’ve ever encountered and I’ve been a CVS customer in several cities for many years. As other reviews have mentioned, only ONE male pharmacy staff member is nice (he is very nice - Ryan maybe?) but the rest are
Terrible pharmacy. I’ve been coming here for 9 years and getting the same scripts for 9 years. They have started to only carry the generic version of one of my Meds. This has been an issue for the last 2 years as they need to “Order it”
Horrible customer service, manager Dewayne is nowhere to be found when self checkout registers are not functioning properly. Clerk that works there can't dance a simple question about whether you can get cash back at the self checkout,
This pharmacy has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! Even the pharmacist is ignorant, rolling his eyes, frowning up his face when speaking with you, as if you are aggravating him. The he moves around bumping into his
It is really uncomfortable that every time you are looking at something more than 1 minute they will come and "watch" what you are doing there. For me, I used to buy anything I like when I walk through the store. And take time to find
Ok so I went in this past Saturday and parking here is ROUGH you got like 8 spots and good luck getting one. So I got inside and the employees were distracted by something that had been going on with a customer. He apparently tried to
This CVS is disgusting. Already it looks trashy from the inside-out. My experience was completely ruined when I tried to look for deodorant for literally less than a minute walking in and this pretty dumb looking security or maybe an
Awful customer service! I've been going to this pharmacy for the last decade and have never experienced any issues. When I went to get a Covid test (a little earlier than scheduled, I'll admit) I was met with a super rude and snappy
It's a manager named Mr Austin that works on Graham Street don't ask him any thing because he will get mad telling me he just started two weeks ago.....very mad unfriend person...you come out better stop at another store
Beware. There are about 8 parking spaces and if you mistakenly park in the back lot you will get a boot for $200. Boo downtown Charlotte. Boo CVS. Everything in the store is also locked down.
Never used the pharmacy but in store staff has always been friendly to me. I live right next to this store so its extremely convenient when other stores are closed late at night.
Worst customer service I have ever experience happen today. Asked the mean spirited lady to let me use the rest room. Attitude. Attitude. Attitude. Needs more training.
So I ordered my prescription a week ago and I never got contacted from the CVS that it is actually here. Hoping after this long line they know what they’re doing.
By far the worst CVS I’ve ever gone to. Nothing is ever in stock. The pharmacy and store employees are beyond rude and offer no help.
The pharmacy doesn’t answer the phone. They’ll leave you on hold and then hang up before answering.
Awful. They close early every night and they don’t care about their customers
Very good customer service at the CVS on Graham Street.
