We have given months of patience as they absorb new patients/clients from the CVS Hunters Crossing closed CVS. It is someone new all the time, 9/10 times employees at the pharmacy seem overworked and extraordinarily stressed, which is then turned on customers. Complex situations are not handled with the time required so it ends up having to be redone multiple times on their end since they do not take the time to listen to begin with. Every - single- month. I do not write reviews such as these, because it can be hurtful and everyone deserves a new chance with each customer. However, I have reached out to manager twice about three different occasions - - three different employees and have received a standard “thank you for letting us know, we care about your service and will be working to resolve these issues”, but observed yet another troublesome experience today. The pharmacist was literally speaking in a raised voice from behind the shelves, using a person’s name, and saying something specific about the medicine the person was on…. Loudly… the person was so embarrassed. The pharmacist was trying to help by saying what was in stock and advising of an overlap of meds, but I felt serious second hand embarrassment for them. I tried to look busy on my phone, but that was not right. This person and I know each other from work and is a private person to boot. I wouldn’t want any of our community to experience this until they are able to sort some issues out and you see a change in reviews. Taking the time to come close and speak privately to the customer would take time, something this pharmacy just doesn’t seem to have. The stress is visible. As a caretaker for my 86 year old Dad, pharmacists and employees too busy to listen can equate to unnecessary, yet serious, mistakes way beyond just embarrassment.

I used to love the people that worked here. but i dont know what happened to them. they aren't there and have been replaced by rude people with no customer service skills. There are plenty other places to go than this place. Greg, who said he was the "assistant customer service manager", which he is NOT, only the shift supervisor, is a very condescending, patronizing person that should not have the job that he has. How did he get that job? Was there no other person available? He has HORRIBLE people skills and should not be working in retail. Only person worth mentioning is Barbara as she is always the sweetest..I'm sorry she has to work with these guys. Pharmacy people are weird too and make unnecessary comments. Told the REAL assistant manager about Greg, as I had asked for the general or regional managers contact info-he gave me a fake phone number and said "there isn't really a reason to call them, he won't do anything about it anyway". How do these kinds of people get these jobs? They don't deserve them. Higher-ups will hear about the altercation we had and I will not be returning to this location.

This has been my go to CVS Location and my Pharmacy for nearly 10 Years! For a majority of this time I have been pleased with this location. However within the past year or 2 I have seen a sharp decline in the look, the selection, the shopping experience and the lack of help available in regards to the staff. Also the hours went from 24 hours to closing at Midnight which I can understand to an extent. I personally feel like they should have at least one employee on the floor just to assist customers that need help or assistance finding things like myself. The only person I am ever able to find is at the register. Also more consistently than ever I find many of the staff to be argumentative and dismissive of any help or suggestions I may have or give. This location is also in dire need of a facelift. For such an upscale affluent area it is well overdue for a remodel. The outside could use some beautiful plants, flowers or trees and the sidewalks and parking lot around this CVS need to be pressure washed! Please do something!

I have been coming here for too many years to count. No more. I was constantly being sent texts that they filled a RX that I didn't need or when I did need a RX filled when I would go to pick it up it wasn't filled. Always a excuse. Always filling a monthly supply at 3 months supply which was expensive no matter how many times I told them to take me off auto refill and fill only a month's supply. Then the kicker came when a medication I was in dire need of wasn't available. Told me to find another Pharmacy that they didn't know if it would be in 3 days, 3 weeks or 3 months. So I did as they requested I found another Pharmacy who fills what I need when I need it at such a lower price. Who also had my medication in stock. In all CVS did me a favor. I just hate they have lost their service to help patients in need of medicine without caring the consequences of not having the medicine and left it to the patient to find the medicine. Wouldn't even try.

Upon walking into the pharmacy Valentina was having a pretty heated exchange with another guest. She proceeded to come to help me and immediately took her frustrations out on me because I was wearing a mask and she could not hear me. I brushed it off initially but she continue to speak to me rudely when she entered the wrong name. She then asked me why I was looking at her due to the shock expression I wore on my face. I can not believe the treatment we received. Not just me but also other customers were also spoken to in a condescending manner. I understand that business all over are short staffed however that doesn’t give her a pass to treat anyone that way. When picking up my sons meds she did apologize which doesn’t rectify the situation. She definitely needs some retraining on how to treat patients. Especially in the healthcare field. You never know what a person is dealing with. Learn to treat people kind Ms. Valentina.

The girl at the pick up window was so rude. Her first response after I asked for the refill drug (trulacity) that it is not available in market even though I let her know that my doctor already send the refill prescription to this CVS store. I had to request her to talk to her phamacist Supervisor about this medication as. I talked to her yesterday and she told me to pick the injection for 30 days of supply today. She did and her pharmacist helped her out. The gist of this feed back is not to keep someone who does not know how to behave with customer. Lastly when I was asking her to make sure that she has plugged my CVS phone number and she said it was too late! and she shut the window on my face.

Used the CVS website to schedule a COVID vaccination for our daughter. We show up with a confirmation code only to be rudely told by an employee "I don't see you in the system". She didn't ask for a confirmation code then goes on to tell us COVID vaccinations aren't available until tomorrow. No apology, no questions about the website issue... Just a blank stare. When I informed this worker that we had an appointment specifically for a COVID shot for an 11 year old and that this is a bug in the web site, an apology finally was offered. Poor technology. Poor customer service. I can only imagine if you actually needed medical care... Never going back here again.

The female working in the pharmacy was very rude to me! I asked a question and she told me that she wasn't there to answer questions she was there to fill prescriptions and ring up sales! I left and will never return to that place. CVS really needs to screen their employees for customer service skills before they hire some of these people! Normally I am not so offended when something like this happens, not that it happens often, but this time I have taken it personally, however I refuse to let one ignorant person ruin my day. I am thinking it is time to give Rite Aid or Walgreens a try.

I came in to pick up a total of 3 prescriptions and had to update health insurance for each one of them. Katherine (not sure if that’s how she spells her name) assisted me and she went way above and beyond. One of my prescriptions was $60 with my insurance and she looked multiple places to assure I was able to cover my costs!!! I will not lie I was dreading coming in here this evening due to my prior experience last time, I completely understand being busy but attitude is everything and Katherine made it to where I continue to fill my prescriptions here!!!

DO NOT COME HERE. Most incompetent pharmacists ever. Terrible service, unprofessional pharmacists who can’t do their job right, incredibly slow and rude. I have a serious health condition and due to their incompetence and negligence and lack of care for their patients, I was unable to get the medicine I need to cope with my condition. They do not care about their customers. They are incompetent and useless. Honestly should have their licenses revoked. They’re clearly in the wrong field.

Young African American girl (pharmacy cashier) completely rude. She shouldn’t be working with customers. I was buying a COVID test from the shelf and the label price was different of what she was ringing at the register. I asked her to take a look of the price over the shelf and her response was: I’m telling you what the price is and I don’t have to argue with you. Take it ti the front !. I’ve been a customer of this pharmacy for several years and this is the first time I had an issue.

One of the most reliable pharmacy / retails stores. I know that this will not be cheapest place but the most of the staff (pharmacy and cashiers) are the best. Yes, there are few rotten ones but I avoid them and come out feeling appreciated. This store remained open during Covid's darkest days and they showed up! There are lines sometimes at the pharmacy but I don't mind waiting since I know that I will be greeted with friendly greeting and smile. Highly recommended

It’s not a complete one star because I do enjoy the store and the other staff. However there’s one specific lady. She’s older, white, burnet that always follows me around the store when I come in. Even when there’s other customers in the store. She makes me uncomfortable and I feel like she’s trying to single me out because I’m a brown person. If I see she’s working I don’t even go in the store. Other than her, everyone else is very pleasant and helpful.

Have been to the minute clinic here at least 3 times and have always had awesome nurse practitioners - very friendly, professional and helpful. Sometimes there’s a long wait (an hour) but I don’t think that’s anyone’s fault, is what it is. Also the system gives you a text alert 30 mins in advance of your turn but not after that. The cashiers have always been friendly when I’m there as well. Very convenient if you work in Ballantyne

Went to this cvs location recently with my significant other to get a case of water and had a terrible experience. One of the employees by the name of Kathy racially profiled me and my significant other as she followed and harassed us in the store I was so disgusted by her actions I refuse to shop at this cvs and will be making sure I tell everyone I know about my terrible experience here if I could give 0 stars I would!

Jenna was the pharmacy technician helping me and my bank had frozen my card. I immediately fixed the problem within seconds to avoid being inconvenient, and she was so rude to me. I was charged twice for my medication, and I came back to the store to ask what happened and she continued to be rude and spoke to me like I was wrong. Very dissatisfied with service from her specifically.

I visit last night for pneumonia shot I ordinarily used near by my business cvs store but they are un friendliness.so about year ago I switch to the walgreen but there is same item but more expensive then cvs so I. visit first time this store.. every people very kindness and convenience that ' why I. leave this area ..by the way I visit agiin.... !!!!

Poor customer service. You have to visit them 2-3 times and call them multiple times just to get the prescription filled. They never give the right information on why the prescriotion is delayed and once they had even given my prescription on another person's profile with same name as mine. Really pathetic.

Poor communication about prescription status , in the call they said it will be ready in 15 min but pharmacist said no stock then later provided different combination. had to wait 30 min to know prescription status and wait another 30 min to get the prescription, customer service is not good.

This is the slowest pharmacy ever. They are closed from 1:30-2 for the entire pharmacy to take a lunch break all at the same time…. Took me over an hour past the time they said my medicine would be ready to get my medication while I was there and it was expedited…

I have used this pharmacy for over a year. They are slow. They are rude. There is always a long wait. Many times I have arrived to pick up a prescription that is "ready" to find out it is not, or that the medicine is not in stock. Horrible experience overall.

Wait time on the phone: 15 minutes. Wait time standing in line to pick up: 20-30 min. Brandon is the only person that ever seems to know what the heck is going on there! Switching to Publix Pharmacy after using CVS 10+ years.

Slow, slow, slow. Especially minute clinic, when you set an appointment for 11:10am for a quick vaccine, and then are taken behind someone that checked in after you, at 11:35am? A 5 or 10 min wait we get, please improve.

I have been a CVS customer at many locations and this one gives me the best service, both in the store and at the Pharmacy. The cashier (Kristin) in the pharmacy is exceptional as are the outgoing cashiers.

Eshet, cashier at this store is so sweet and nice! She is always pleasant and helpful. I had issue with pricing since someone stocked items in wrong spot and she was very helpful resolving it.

Only use this pharmacy if you have 45 mins to spare every single time. Doesn’t matter if your Rx is ready, they will find a way to take forever and have nothing but issues.
