"No one answers the phone"
"Highly recommend going to another pharmacy"
"Staff is friendly but the pharmacy is a dumpster fire"
"I have been going to this pharmacy for years and they've always been great"
"I've worked in a retail pharmacy before and know how challenging it can be but this one is the WORST"
No one answers the phone. Always messing up meds. They completely removed my meds without notifying me, then wouldn’t answer the phone. They were supposed to be ready over a week ago. I had one person that worked here that I loved but he’s gone and everyone else seems to have an attitude.
Highly recommend going to another pharmacy. Experienced awful customer service here- nobody picks up the phone or follows back up as promised. Extremely rude and unhelpful. Got medication changed without being notified and then was told “this isn’t our fault”.
Staff is friendly but the pharmacy is a dumpster fire. You constantly have to call baby sit your prescription, sometimes waiting on hold for 45+ minutes. It’s been 3 weeks since my meds were prescribed and I am still waiting for them to straighten things out.
I have been going to this pharmacy for years and they've always been great. There's not always a line but they are a busy place and when there is a line it's never been more than 10 mins. I know pharmacies in general get a lot of criticism
I've worked in a retail pharmacy before and know how challenging it can be but this one is the WORST. Staff is generally rude, have NEVER talked to a pharmacist there and when I or my medical provider try to call to validate a prescription
Disappointed with my most recent pharmacy visit. They told me repeatedly that they didn’t hear from my dentist about my prescription that I needed that day. I called the dentist and they assured me that they had called leaving a voicemail
This pharmacy is a joke. Like all the other reviews say, they never answer their phones. They’re just as useless in person. Trying to transfer my prescriptions to a competent pharmacy is also needlessly difficult as they won’t communicate
Same response as all the other 1 star reviews. They don't answer the phones. Ever. So if you're rx gets messed up, be prepared to go in person. They put my meds on hold because they didn't have the stock to fill it but never told me that
Staff is always super nice, but their system is trash and location is understaffed. Multiple incidences of > Call to check my prescription and they give me a time to pick up > come to pick up at the time they gave me to find it not ready
Absolutely Horrendous service!!!! I just called to find out if my provider sent in my prescription. I told the absolutely rudest person, she kept naming a different medication. She refused to listen to my questions and therefore she was
Never would fill at this location again. Pharmacist couldn’t find my prescription on file (I have only ever filled at CVS locations). Put my prescription on hold, and then did not notify me that my prescription was on hold (how am I
The phone recording says they're closed even when they aren't, and even when it says they aren't closed, no one ever answers. Then when I call CVS customer service 800 number they can't get ahold of them either. Useless.
I've tried a few different pharmacy chains and CVS locations, all of them were nightmares compared to this one. I've never had to wait in line for more than 20min, the staff are super
Terrible service. Was on the phone for 45 minutes and they didn’t pick up. Was on the phone because another cvs in target cancelled my prescription instead of transferring. Terrible.
famously bad service. my primary care doctor wrote me a letter urging me to change pharmacies because they don’t answer the phones and they’re very hard to reach. AVOID THIS PLACE
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE and MED ERRORS - pharmacist filled overdosed child’s antibiotic although we had filled other antibiotics prior to provide baseline of accurate dose/weight
1. I went to the counter to have them request an RX from my regular pharmacy. Agree to text and phone call notifications. 2. I wait a week, never receive notification.
If you have insurance they’ll raise the price of your medication from 200$ tp 400$ and you have to pay!! They also leave you on hold for 20+minutes what great service.
Always frustrating to be at this pharmacy. Sometimes they let you wait an hour only to tell you that they run out of stock and other times they just create problems.
I've been on hold for almost 2 hours. Also on hold? My prescription, which they failed to notify that it was on hold. Avoid this terrible location at all costs.
Note that if you go, they close for an hour over lunch (1-2 maybe?) and they close early, around 6 now, according to the target guest services rep I spoke to.
Perception was on hold and nobody notified me. Had to come in to the store and was told to wait for 30 minutes. Go to another pharmacy.
I have never had a worse experience in my life. These employees are completely incompetent and inconsiderate of others. I was appalled.
Going forward we will avoid this CVS at all costs. We waited over half an hour past our appointment time to get the Covid booster
Don’t stress yourself out. Go somewhere else.
Doesn’t stay open for their posted hours..
I like CVS.
