I ordered a chai and hot chocolate. I pointed to the medium size cup that was at the front counter which said $5. When I paid the order was $11. I asked the woman serving me, had the price gone up? She said no, you ordered a chai and that is 50 cents more. Same goes for the hot chocolate. I’m happy to a pay a price that is displayed but when it is not and the person serving becomes defensive as this staff member did, it turns me away. The attitude of this staff member was unprofessional and she had a bad attitude towards the situation. I simply pointed out that the prices were misleading and not transparent. She said ALL places charge more for chai and hot chocolates. I responded by saying not all as I could name a few I go to that don’t. She was doing the can’t be bothered with you look, argumentative and stood by her claim that all places charge more. I asked to see where the prices were displayed for the chai and hot chocolates but she couldn’t show me. So how does a customer know? It may only be $1 more than the advertised coffee cup on display but this is not the issue. It was the way it was handled and not willing to listen to my feedback that it would be great to have a price list or somewhere saying the hot drinks are different prices. Due to the attitude of the staff member, I decided not to go ahead with the order. She then says with attitude.. “So, you want a refund?” I had been a few times to this cafe and ordered something to eat and the service was much better, however the way the pastries are heated - leaves them soggy and dry. Twice I’d ordered pastries and thought the second time I’ll ask for it not to be too hot, thinking it would taste better but it came out again boiling hot and dry, I will not be a returning customer.

Got charged $26.00 for Sweet chilli wrap, Salad and small OAT milk Latte which should of been $23.95??? Food is average. Customer service is lacking. If the prices on your website say that the wrap is $12.95 and you’re saying it’s $13.95? Then false advertising? No one said anything about it being cheaper and with that attitude which is the same attitude I got at the shop yesterday.. PEOPLE AVOID AT ALL COST…

Chicken Sweet Chili Wrap

I don't like processed chicken so i asked the question if the chicken in the wrap was processed or actual chicken breast. I was advised it was chicken breast and made from scratch in house only to bite into it and see that it is processed chicken. Do these people not understand that lying to people about what is in their food is illegal? Had she answered truthfully i just would have ordered something else.

I have to say absolutely amazing, loving the salad range ATM along with all the other food, focaccias, wraps & coffee, I purchase my lunch from here daily & the customer service is so brilliant, there happy, smiley and accommodating, I highly recommend trying this place out!

Unfortunately had to update my review to advise others to avoid this cafe. I witnessed the Sunday staff member speaking down to customers and speak to many of them in an oddly bratty way. They were then very rude to my partner. I'm not sure why they were so annoyed about doing their job but I won't be coming back.

Amazing food!!! So fresh and delicious. Travel 20 minutes out of way each day to get s the most delicious wraps. The coffee is also to die for, best tasting coffee in the north without a doubt. Amazing customer service and nicest servers! I will always continue to come back for more.

Attended this cafe on Friday the 14th July at 4.23pm And tried to purchase a milk shake and some other bottled drinks. I was told no sorry as we close in 10 minutes and that takes to long. I googled the time they close and it’s 5pm Will not go back. Lazy staff

I bought a bottle of coke from here on the weekend and when I opened it and took a sip it tasted flat. I looked at the expiry which was 5th May 2022. A month out of date - no wonder it was flat. I unfortunately had already left otherwise I would have come back in for a refund.

Coffee here, is as it should be, tastes like coffee not hot milk. Tried a mixed fruit danish, and took the suggestion of the lovely lady behind the counter who warmed it up for us. Thoroughly enjoyable.
