Had a nice and lazy breakfast in a busy morning. We tried some ordinary food like toast with kaya, semi boiled eggs and chee cheong fun. There were many locals here who ate their breakfast and went to work. We also tried a Indonesian dish called mee rebus and it was good. I will try the rojak next time. The service is pretty good too. The lady (who looked like the owner) recommended us food and taught us how to order food in the kiosks. She spoke Cantonese and made her very approachable :) I will definitely come back again when I visit Kuala Lumpur again in the future.
The antique building resturent The food was delicious and pure food. In drink my favorite was KPOI AIS that was tasty. I have to 2 order 2nd time. The super breakfast ever had.

90 year old building.. Don't expect it to be 5 star modernly looked inside and outside... The height of the ceiling make sense, fan is just enough to ventilate the place from heat under super hot sun. Very nice ambience internally as the old furniture and structure makes you imagine how the old times are like Left Nasi Lemak Ayam goreng, very authentic taste sambal. Would be nice if the rice is serve Hot! Would like to come back to try others on the menu..
We arrived around 3:30pm and were super lucky as we received the last two portions of Nasi Lemak. It was so nice and probably the best Nasi Lemak I have tasted (but I only have a few references tbh). The staff are super friendly and so quick. I think we had our food within 3 minutes of ordering. We both thought it was delicious and would have returned if we’d been back in the area.
Nice place with the old shop vibe but the food and price doesnt attract enough to come again. Atmosphere feels very relaxed because the area is very big and spacious. The food is average: the nasi lemak ayam and rojak was OK but the chicken chop gravy was bad (starchy). Pricing feels slightly on the high side as well, especially for the nasi lemak ayam and chicken chop.
Drink quality is good above standard. Price is normal for Chinese coffee shop pricing will be expensive compared to Mamak, only major down side unable to use toilet as was informed by staff toilet not in working cobdition. Not sure DBKL has any regulation coffee shop must have operating toilet, if toilet not function coffee shop has to close until toilet is fixed.
Old cafe, breakfast in the morning, where locals eat. Food ok, service good, most people have they breakfast before go to work, prices are cheap but good. The staff are helpful, typical Malaysia food, most locals eat there. Most customers are office working near by have breakfast and lunch is very busy those hours from Monday to Friday.
Nice nice lemak - similar to the one in Village Park at RM10 & portion is more than sufficient - value for money. Rojak is OK. Most of the time it is crowded during lunch time - but we can always go upstairs where there are more tables & chairs. Air cond & convenient for those working around the area.
Food service closed 4:30pm. This heritage site should have been used for a better purpose than a hawker center operating short hours. Staff was reasonably professional and the place is interesting to visit if one likes heritage. It has got much more potential though.
I had the usual rojak and so far the gravy has remained consistent throughout the years. Higher prices compared to when I first visited the place in the 1980s is a given. But the prices is still reasonable considering that the portion served has remained the same.
Located very close to Dataran Merdeka. Parking nearby is limited. The building is almost 90years old with a nostalgic atmosphere with pictures of KL more than 100 years old. Good food but limited selection. The ambience is just great without modern renovation.
Convinience location, and known to be a classic coffee-house in the city, but don't be surprised patrons puffing out cigaratte while sipping coffee. And, I just paid RM12 for a Fried Beehoon, Fried Chicken (1/4), and a cup of coffee. Is it normal in KL?
Food was food under the old establishment, Seng Nam. The only stall remained is the Rojak / Meet Rebus which is good. Some likes the Nasi Lemak, as they claim tastes like D'Village Nasi Lemak. Service varies depending on the mood of the server.
Nasi Lemak reminds you of Village Park nasi lemak in Uptown. Although the sambal is a bit sweet, it makes up for with the fragrant fried chicken and coconut milk rice. Certainly not a cheap kopitiam place but they have a good variety of food
Breakfast santai, relaxing, x crowded masa saya datang la. Ada roti bakar, telur setengah masak, chee cheong fun, refer gambar.

Fun historical place to check out. Don't be fooled by the "clean" photo posted; it's very much a typical gritty coffeeshop with Malaysian charm. Was told the chicken chop is good; nasi lemak ayam is good.
This is really very old history cafe, the smell of coffee bring me old child memory. Price are affordable.

Village Park-level nasi Lemak ayam rempah is the main draw here. A bit crammed during lunch and pricey for what is essentially nasi Lemak, may not be everyone's cup of tea.
They just reopen the shop recently after 2 years. They only sell chu cheong fun, rojak and normal breakfast set only. Need some time to add more variety of food later.
Packed during lunch hour. If you want to have your food served quick - go for rojak and nasi lemak. Chee Cheong Fun is a bit pricey. Fried noodles is not bad.
Authentic food especially nasi lemak and roti bakar set. Good option to who wana try good coffee to

Great place to have breakfast. Ordered their nasi lemak. Price affordable and taste good . Its just 10 minutes walk from mrt masjid jamek / pasar seni. …
Decent coffee, good Malaysian food surrounded by locals, for a cheap price. Two cons however : there are no restrooms and smoking is allowed inside.
Awesome nasi lemak with fried chicken served. Drinks may be a little pricey. There are other dishes as well if you're wanting a variety of food.
Loved their wall ties and mosaic floors . It's pretty cool. Loved their mee noon and Nasi Lemak. One of my favourite! Friendly owner. Satisfied
An above average restaurant at one end of the Dataran Medan Pasar square. Their Nasi Lemak and Chicken rice are tasty, but needs improvement.
Wow.. the nasi lemak is their signature food and I really love it.. really super

I’ve tried their Nasi Lamak, it’s a must try this restaurant has been running for a 90 years. Not 5 stars for no air-con reason …
Nice kopi c, not the best but good enough if u looking an old kopitiam nearby this area. Price is ok (I'm not sure normal price at kl).
Best teh tarik in kl, and good mee rebus sotong. But old fat cxxxxxx lady is very lansi, lazy to take order. Always close during mco.
I love their ROJAK especially Rojak Mee Sotong Telur! However their drinks served quite slow, sometimes had missed out our order.
Great interior design, with great music & lighting. The staff was very friendly and attentive, Their iced latte is really good.
Old classic place ....something different. Love their food!

Authentic Hainanese fare in a historic location. Best Cham in town. Recommended: Chicken chop, Hainanese beehoon.
Rojak and nasi lemak are pretty good. Kopi also very kaw. The place has a good retro feel with photos of old KL.

The nasi lemak here is wow. The chicken and the rice is great however the sambal tastes very mediocre.
A bit pricey for a cup of cham and a set of steam bread. Taste okay. Classic feel on the environment
Me and my husband really love their hainan coffe and chee cheong fun. The waiters are all friendly.
Food nice, cold drinks not prefer. If.you go with group rmb to ask for reciept when all food served

cafe old market really superb!!! i really love it !! hope you guys enjoy the food!
个人觉得一般,就酱感觉比较符合华人吃,没有本身印度酱那么重,辣。价格偏贵,一份鸡腿饭10rm,比起马六甲和槟城就性价比很差了。这边吃饭的基本是旁边大厦的白领。
SANGAT RECOMMENDEDDDDD SAYA MINAT TEMPAT INI
