This is a chic and modern looking cafe with delicious coffee and mouth-watering croffles. The menu is beautifully set to accommodate your sweet and savoury cravings. The service was quick, and it was done with care. The staff were friendly and patient as we decided on our order. I got the dolce latte with oat, the chocolate croffle, and cinnamon-walnut croffle. The latte had just enough sweetness. The croffles were absolutely delicious, crunchy, and light. The chocolate croffle had marshmallows in it as well, which made for a nice little burst of happiness in your mouth. The cinnamon-walnut was simply everything it described it to be and more. I would highly recommend this place for a quick grab if you're on the go or to sit down and enjoy a nice light meal.

I was passing by 8 Ave in down town and the smell of coffee that was so delicious led me here. As soon as I entered the store, I was already satisfied with the cozy atmosphere and coffee scent. I ordered cappuccinos and chocolate cruffles, and they were very professional. Less than a few minutes later, the cappuccino and chocolate cruffles I ordered came out, and they kindly brought me to the seat where I sat. The aroma of coffee stimulated my flavor, and the foam was very soft. The chocolate cruffle was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and showed off a great taste. It was a very satisfying day to find a place that sells the most delicious coffee and dessert in downtown. I'm willing to visit again, and I won't hesitate to recommend this cafe to people around me.

Amazing spot in downtown Calgary called Cafe Eight. You could miss this little hole in the wall space as part of another office tower if you weren't seeking it. The service is so kind, helpful and professional. You can tell the staff really care about their work. The space is tiny. Clean. Well lit. The java is spectacular. A nice little coffee shop on 8th Avenue SW. A good assortment of drinks, sandwiches and baked goods. I had a drip coffee and a grilled ham and cheese sandwich. Both were well made and tasty. While I was there, a customer came in who was rather demanding, looking for customized food order, changing the order and adding-on. The staff treated him well, accommodating what they could and explaining what they couldn’t. I was impressed with the quality of customer service.

If you want to go to a Korean style cafe or if you are looking for a clean and cozy cafe, I highly recommend it. The owner and staff are friendly and the coffee tastes perfect. Other downtown cafes often have very dirty stores or washroom, but this cafe is completely different. soooo clean !!! I recommend the flat white and chocolate croffle. We wanted something new so we tried the Einspanner, it was really good! You definitely have to try the croffles, the texture is so light and fluffy and it has the crunch on the outside as well. They’re actually pretty filling so don’t underestimate the size. The cafe itself is also really cute, the seats and nicely spaced out and it’s quiet enough if you want to sit down somewhere to study.

Beautiful cafe, I went here and they were so nice to let me carry my small dog in the shop. I bought their cinnamon waffle , it was delicious. I had their vanilla latte, being an expert in latte it was good but would highly recommend trying different beans to bring out more flavour. Other than that, its a cute spot!

My friend and I stopped by to mix up our coffee break walk, and we saw this place was open. The staff was super friendly and obliging and the Einspanner And London fog were very good! We also had this kind of bacon cheese macaroni pastry which was soft and filling and the crouffle was delicious and perfectly sweet. 10/10 worth a stop!

Favourite cafe in downtown Calgary. They have all the classic drinks and lots of different options if you want to try something new. Only place in the city (that I know of) that offers multigrain lattes. Staff is always friendly and there is adequate seating inside as well.
