Best liquor store in this area, I have lived near and frequented the local stores for the past 4 years. By far this is the best store in the area. The owners are ESL and I think that was the cause of their only 1 star review. If you come in knowing what you want you will find it at a perfectly reasonable price. If you need recommendations it might not be as easy, but hey Google exists right? The owners are kind, they offer a card for those who return but also genuinely remember customers and care for the area surrounding them. Not long ago on my way to visit I found a man unresponsive in the parking lot(not uncommon for this area, it is 17th Ave) despite the language barrier we worked together to make sure he was cared for and found the help he needed. Other stores nearby would not offer the same kindess(Olympia has terrible hours and profiles clients plus sells expired product, bk has insane high prices) Calgary liquor will always greet you with a smile, the owners will remember you and treat you with kindness. I could never have imagined I would write such a kind review for a liquor store. But this is a small business that truely deserves these words and your patronage.

I had a horrible experience there. Came in today, said hi, nobody said anything, wanted to grab a baileys on sale and I saw an expiry date and thought it’s expired and I asked a woman about it, she took a long time and then smiled and said it was expired and hid it, I almost bought an expired liquor! That’s awful, I hope they won’t poison anybody!

I always come here to buy some Asian drinks here. I love their membership program as well as boss here. he is very friendly and funny. I wish all the best for his business he is cool guy
