Joined this gym last week. At first it’s a bit intimidating because most people looked fit already. This is definitely a gym for people who are serious about getting in shape - whether on your own, with a trainer or with classes. I’m really enjoying it so far and have met some great friends already! For the first time in my life, I look forward to going to the gym. The main workers at the front desk are also quiet pleasant. Finally, they have modern and durable equipment.

Wow! My upper body hurts like hell! There is something about this place that makes you want to exercise forever. I was there for almost 3 hours. I had to leave because of an emergency, or else I’d still be there. The equipment is top notch. There are many types of equipment. The front desk staff are very friendly. You even get a free towel and locker to store your things. There’s are ATM machines, and a mall nearby. It’s probably the best gym facility in Accra. 10/10

absolutely awful place. I wasted money and nerves. at the reception there is a disgusting attitude towards customers. a rude person at the reception started screaming at me, because I asked her why the card does not work. The owner of the gym is also very strange, cannot teach his employees a normal attitude towards customers. didn't even apologize. I just wasted my money.

Equipment is quite good. The place lacks a bit of light as it's on the ground floor and not really has windows. The walk-in price for a day is now (Nov. 2022) 70ghs. Changing rooms and showers are a bit smelly. They should keep their website updated with current prices. Overall I give it a thumbs up …

In my opinion one of the best body building gyms in Accra. They open early 5am and close late 12:00 midnight, anytime in between is a great time to really get a great workout. The staff and managers are great and always available to provide assistance or coaching.

I love this gym everyone in the gym is so friendly. The trainers are great, the classes are fun. Would def recommend to anyone looking for a gym. Quick heads up, membership is about 100 usd a month. They do offer discounts sometimes though.

Great facilities. Helpful and informative staff. There is a wide range of equipment as well. And most importantly, the equipment and gym itself are maintained and kept clean. I'll definitely be back.

My trainer MJ is soo good. I have seen good changes since i started working out with him. Also front desk guy, Jeff is very professional. Isaac prepares the best protein shakes aswell.
