Following an enquiry I made during the week, I walked into Fittrip this Sunday afternoon to check if they had what I was looking for. Nice, clean gym with well looked after equipments. Unfortunately they didn’t have what I was looking. The guy who took me around to see if I could find what I was looking for, was nice and courteous. A stark contrast to the girl at the reception. She had poor customer service skills, mixed with an Attitude. With an expression on her face like SHE was doing ME a favour by answering my questions. Something I’ve noticed with many Ghanaian women in customers service in the 7mths I have lived in Ghana. Must stem from insecurities.

I wish I could have ended my subscription on higher note. After I spent a few months as a member, I had to move out to Osu. Too far to still get here every other day, as I've done so far... Mind you, I paid for three months, and Fitrip is not cheap at all. With one and a half month left on my subscription (approx 650GHS), they didn't even try to accommodate me and maybe offer to turn it into daily passes or spread it across the upcoming months. & they made me call back many times for a week only to get a negative answer... Super poor customer service and a great waste of money.

1 star for the service of the guy at the reception. My boyfriend and I went to have a look at the gym today, since we we’re thinking to register over there. We didn’t get welcome at all, there was no interest in showing us around neither giving us general information. However, we still went inside to have a look and the woman inside was willing to give us a tour,which was nice. The gym looks very nice, well maintained and modern. Nevertheless, we won’t register because of the inappropriate behaviour we experienced.

One of the best gyms in Accra Ghana . They have equipments for every workout and readily available trainers to assist you when you need a personal trainer. One thing I like about the gym is they keep it very neat. After a workout there are workers on standby to sanitise the machines. Also they got supplements on sales to give you the boost you need for your workouts. Friendly personal trainers always giving you guidance and I’d recommend JEFF a selfless trainer you can always count on

Love this gym! I’m all about my classes and they have great classes here and they start pretty much on time. My only problem is the cost and the timings of the classes… not everyone works 9-5 so there should be some classes in the afternoon bm it just at 6am or after 6pm especially seeing as the traffic is crazy at that time too. Please do some classes in the afternoon to make my life easier

The AC is always always ALWAYS in the process of being “repaired”. SO…think hot yoga but at an enclosed gym that advertises a premium experience( and of course premium prices duh!). If ya like a good sweat while you workout. This is the place. …

Go on the weekend if you're a visitor to the gym. It will cost 40ghc as opposed to 70ghc during the week. There is a basketball court here, fellow Americans. :-) ...Good enough for some 2 on 2. The showers are nice and there is hot water.

I would have initially given this place 5 stars, if I hadnt been cheated by the lady at the front desk into paying 70 Cedis as opposed to the 30 I should have.
