Fitness 1 gym is a friendly and well-equipped gym you'd want to be in when you live in Ghana or visit Ghana especially when they are open 24 hours Monday - Friday, I think they are open between 7 am - 10 pm on the weekends, I'm not quite sure about weekend opening hours. They have a clean bathroom and it's spacious. They offer good and flexible rates.

Great gym and very helpful staff. Newly opened gym with all you need for a complete workout. This is a great option if you work nearby or are in Accra for a short layover and want something better than what your hotel can offer.

Ultra modern, clean and great workout environment. Has a great variety of workout equipment too. Used it while on vacation to Accra and didn't miss a beat from my usual workout routine at LA Fitness.

Welll equipped gym. Great if you know what you are doing as the instructors are not that visible. I guess they're too few or not well organized.
