My experience with the st vital call it spring location was not so great. I had ordered a pair of boots online to the store for pick up, I received my confirmation of order email and then nothing for awhile, so the other night I was at the mall and tried to visit the store to inquire and they were closed an hour before the mall was closed which was fine I figured I'd get my pick up email the next day anyways, nope never did, so today, tuesday Feb 1st, upon checking my tracking number in my confirmation email it says my boots were delivered to the store on WEDNESDAY last week.. I'm like okay my boots were delivered a whole week ago and NOBODY contacted me.. make my way down to the store and yet again they are still closed an hour after the mall opened. I contacted their toll free number and the guy was very nice and helpful he assured me it was just covid reduced hours and I had just been missing when the store was open which again is completely fine, he was great, BUT had no answer why I hadn't been contacted to pick up my boots but told me if I went again they would be open. So NOW this is my third attempt at getting my boots, finally the store is open and I'm so happy to see that, upon entering the store approximately 2pm the one associate working is literally just standing there on her phone doesn't even notice me walk up to the counter till I said hello, I proceed to nicely tell her I'm there for my order and how they'd been delivered a week ago but never received my pick up email. WELL oh boy the tone this young lady gave me was like I was INTERRUPTING her whole entire day even though I was the ONLY person in the store, literally she could have not been more annoyed that I interrupted her phone browsing. I did not feel welcomed at all, it was so uncomfortable I could not wait to get out of that store. Safe to say I will NEVER be returning to that location ever, the polo park location is SO much better the staff are kind and they greet you so nicely, also they actually fill orders and send pick up emails on time which clearly the st vital store is not capable of doing even though that store is unreal dead at all times. I do not recommend sending orders to that store they obviously don't care.

Note: "This review is not about the staff or the customer service at this location. In fact they are awesome." It is about the quality of shoes you get from this brand. In one word, stay away. I bought a pair of men's shoes for almost $50 which lasted only 3 months. They were extremely nice enough to give ma a new pair instead (exact the same shoes), same problem, the whole sole came off in no time. Then they game me another pair (this time different shoes). These ones look good and felt good at the beginning but after a few months of use, the sole is so stiff that it actually hurts when you walk on a rough surface. The fact is that their shoes are not cheap. You would expect that to happen when you shop at a discount store but not here. Long story short, stay away from this brand at least when it comes to men's shoes. The shoes look good but they don't last at all. Unless you want to buy a new pair every six months.

I bought a shoes for my husband from call it spring online which probably was not fit for the size mentioned. We went to exchange the shoes first to the call it spring outlet in Stvital mall which were closed before time at 8:25pm while online the closing hours says 9:00 pm then we went to the outlet collection mall store where the store person very rudely said that they close exchanges 30 minutes before closing time and that for return their system is not available and without completing the conversation rudely switched to another customer acknowledging their needs and literally we were disrespected. I will never come back to this store or to any call it spring. This was worst customer service ever and will never in my life purchase anything from Call it spring

They didn’t have my size of shoes so an employee suggested i order to the store. I received many emails, confirming my order, my shipment and then confirmation that they had arrived to the store. I went and the girl working said they weren’t there (she checked twice), and that I would have to call customer service since she couldn’t do anything. I left but then came back after checking the tracking, again it still showing that the store had received them. She checked again and magically found them in the back. Super annoying and clearly unorganized. I would’ve had to call customer service for them to say they were at the store, and i would’ve had to go back if i hadn’t asked her to check a 3rd time…

The WORST customer experience EVER!!! Came here to exchange the white shoes to black, but they don’t have this black shoe in store so they helped me to order online. But, when I receive the online order receipt today, the shoe they ordered is still the white one. Then I phone the store, they said they can’t do anything over the phone, I need to bring the receipt and come to store. Then when I came to store they told me to call the customer service, WTH?? Does the store has a better internet or signal???

Unfortunately they have not updated their hours on the website. I have tried to visit the store twice this week and they have been closed. Yes I know we're in a pandemic but I'm sure someone could take the time to update their hours and even post them in the store window. On Wednesday night they closed an hour before the mall and tonight on Friday I was there just after 6 and they were closed already, the mall is open until 8. Restrictions are lifting its time to look after your customers.

Ordered some shoes on boxing day sale for size 11 for my boyfriend, picked them up in 2 weeks. A week later we exchanged them. Something was wrong on the computer so the employees figured out that I had to pay for the exchanged shoes and refund the same amount. Really great service. The shoes look so nice (not the best quality but I wouldnt expect it for the amount I'm paying for) and they have a good selection of purses as well. I would definitely buy pretty shoes from here again

This store has the rudest workers and don’t give you the right size shoes. I asked for size 10 and tried on size 10 and they ended up giving me size 9 in the box and when i come back to get bigger size they don’t give me and act rude on top of that they don’t do returns everything on the receipt is lie this company is a fraud and i’m going to sew this company.

Untrained manager could not refund a simple thing even though having the ORIGINAL receipt. Jessica was the name didnt get the managers. CS said they are lying as it is a simple refund procedure. Within 60 days.

So many good options for shoes, almost couldn't decide what I wanted, however, very limited options for sizes, especially 8.5-9 for men is never available in most items! Not even on order basis unfortunately.

They used to have good collections.. but for last two times i went there, they didn't have any good collections...
