Jason and his guys are just amazing. I had very little to move interstate in no required timeline and everyone else wanted to charge me twice as much. Jason responded within 24 hours of my initial request and immediately put my mind at ease. After another initial response fell through, Jason straight away advised it would be no problem. I was only 3 days away from having to be out of my rental. Jason and his crew were there right on time, packed everything safely, even let me in the truck to see it secured. The following week arrived at my interstate location right on time, and even arranged to unhook the trailer so that he could get into the storage unit area ok. Unloaded swiftly, while talking fishing with my father.. and was then on his way. Brilliant service, great for those that need a minor move without being hit too hard in the wallet. Would highly recommend. Such an amazing crew!

We relocated interstate from Canberra to Sunshine coast and were seeking an honest and well priced removalist. Jason and the crew from CVL were fantastic from the first email enquiry right to the final unpacking and payment. These guys take their time, but will save you tons in cost, as they charge by the sqm. In the end we fitted a massively furnished 4 BDRM home into 50sqm, very happy with the price, ended up 4.5k less than an hourly + fixed cost quote. For all those complaining about costs, etc. Read the bloody quotes!!!! They charge a simple sqm based on what your stuff fits into.....really not that hard to understand that cost will vary depending on the furniture shape/size and amount. Will be recommending CVL to anyone looking for an interstate removalist!!! (Jason, I will still be taking you up on the offer to go for a fish mate!)

This is the first time I have EVER gone 5 STARS on a review. Why? Jason & his team are professional, hard working, great communicators and take an enormous amount of pride in what they do. And they deliver, not only your stuff as promised, but a great service with a smile! From when Jason first spoke to us a year ago to get initial info, to providing a detailed written quote, to the job itself, he has always been available on the phone or by email. Jason, Andy and the rest of the crew treat your belongings as if they were their own. We cannot fault them & are so fortunate to have selected them for our move from Melbourne to Sunshine Coast Qld. I cannot in good conscience, recommend this company!! Accepted Jason's quote, locked in the day, everything sorted. Last minute email, to say he couldn't do it, he'd arranged a mate to do the job, and left half my belongings in Victoria!! Jason said he would collect the rest, then wouldn't return emails or telephone calls. I had to arrange another removalist, to complete the job. The cost nearly double my original quote. Later found out, Jason was out on a boat fishing!! I was recently widowed, with my husband passing only 5 weeks ago, and even though Jason knew that, he took advantage of the poor widow with the 3 small children!! Please avoid, would hate this to happen to anyone else!!

Furniture delivery booked to be delivered by opening date of new Hotel, Very keen to do the job. Confirmed both be email and phone, telephoned the day prior to confirm all was great ,,But when collection date came about they were a No Show, leaving only 3 days to deliver Melbourne To Brisbane, I rang 7 times, emailed 3 and not a reply. I hired as truck and drove the customers furniture to Brisbane 1786km one way. lost 4 days work I could Not recommend this business. Leaving the customer high and dry and Hiding behind computer when they fail . I am saddened by such a Negative Review- It was my experience of Coulandra Van Lines--Not Recommended

Although I hate to leave any negative reviews I really need to on this occasion. The main spokesperson seemed helpful and friendly until something went wrong. Turns out they are fast talkers and do anything to avoid responsibility. Our 70 inch TV was broken in the move and we were led along while they pointed fingers and pretended they were making a claim on their insurance. After months of lies we never saw a cent despite me being very forgiving and ultimately just asking for an apology and to at least partly reimburse us or refund some of the fees we paid to assist in the cost of buying a new TV. Worst experience. I hope this review

Jason & Andy (Caloundra Van Lines) were very professional and organised. Nothing was too much trouble and in fact they went out of their way for me. I had to put my furniture into storage whilst in quarantine & they made sure everything was stored safe and secure for me. They were meticulously careful with every single item packed into truck & made sure no excess space was taken up (my job was charged by space). Everything arrived in Cairns in the same condition it left Melbourne. I can highly recommend them for any move you might be considering. Humour and really bad dad jokes during loading all come free of charge.

They tried to get more money out of me, I said no because I new they were lying about how much the meterage came to. When they delivered, they had stolen 3 boxes. There excuse was, we labled 3 boxes with the same numbers, we'll yo illogical liars, if that was the case, the total number of boxes would have come to an extra 3, not 3 less. Would never recommend them to anyone, what a scum bag thing to do. The piece of trash I dealt with was John, if I remember correctly. I even spoke with the owner himself, but he said he has nothing to do with it, that his workers are the ones to deal with, he also is a piece of work.

Everything arrived on time and in perfect order. Jason kept us updated throughout and the whole process was entirely stress-free; which is something to be said for an interstate move. Highly recommended. Prompt and courteous responses for a quote; confirmation the day before the move; a big truck and a team of 3 turned up at the agreed time and all was very carefully moved. My move was from 2 locations to a top-floor apartment, requiring some things to be disassembled & then put together again. The least stressful move ever! Oh, did I mention the very competitive pricing too?

Jason and the lads moved us from Melbourne to Sunshine Coast and it was a smooth and easy process. The communication was responsive and warm from the first contact to the last. The guys loaded and unloaded us with great care and everything survived the journey. I thought the pricing was fair and reasonable and would definitely recommend them for an interstate move.

Cannot provide an invoice, lies to Fair Trading, just terrible to deal with. Jason's business must rely on "cashies" because he cannot understand a proper transaction where a proper invoice is requested at the start, he agreed to it, but months after cannot actually produce it.

Having moved numerous times, I was extremely happy with CVL because any request from me was replied with "too easy" & a grin. They packed & unpacked with care, asked where I wanted boxes & furniture placed. They're a terrific group of men & I'd use them again. 10/10

Fled Melbourne for Queensland in early 2021. Jason, Andy and the team at Caloundra Van Lines were so good. Decent prices, family-owned business, no shortcuts (everything wrapped and secured nicely!). If you're moving interstate then I'd highly recommend these guys.

Brilliant movers. They moved a house full of furniture from Melbourne to the Sunshine Coast for us, including my very large and delicate musical instrument. They were so careful with my musical instrument it barely needed tuning after the move!! Highly recommended
