Went in a week ago, purchased a plan online (discounted the first month), the guy working says it would have been better if I had purchased at the store, unclear why. He puts a barcode sticker on my windshield, and I go through the wash. Today I go to the store for a "quick wash" but the barcode doesn't work, the employee says they have no info on my account, I have to park my car and come inside to fix the issue! Yall, this was SUPPOSED to be a quick and easy stop on my way home, I need to use the restroom so the employee invites me to use the facilities at the McDonald's next door(?! I'm sure McDonald's loves that), eventually gets all my info again, and says it shouldn't happen anymore. Buddy, it shouldn't have happened AT ALL. After all that, the wash was subpar, both times my wheels were still nasty, there is a dirty stripe down the center of the car where the wash consistently misses, and there is a now a film on my windshield that creates a glare when I'm driving in the rain at night. Based on other reviews, I better start the cancellation process early, as it also doesn't go through on the first attempts. If JOINING is this difficult, I'm dreading the canceling process.

I am writing to share my recent experience at this establishment, and unfortunately, it was far from satisfactory. On November 8, one of our owner-operators, had a distressing encounter with another customer who not only honked aggressively but also made racial comments. The follow-up from the manager two days later did not bring about a resolution. We requested the cancellation of the other customer's membership due to their inappropriate behavior. To our surprise, our own membership was subsequently canceled without any clear explanation, adding to our disappointment. To compound matters, the owner, Tyler Slaughter, contacted our driver with a threatening tone. This unwarranted reaction has left us deeply unsettled. Ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all patrons is crucial for the success of any business which is clearly lacking at this place.

Great place really nice folks cleanest car wash in town just sad I haven’t been a customer since may since they won’t fix the mirror on my navigator that I watched break mid wash really soured me to auto washes since I offered to pay for the gate arm I broke and gave them the idea of how to make it more visible which they clearly used a spin off of. I Even offered to accept used part and install myself. It’s gonna be rough when the Judge in small claims decides in my favor. They Could have walked with a customer for life who even pays when truck was in shop or I was out of town for extended period. Instead will end up paying for court costs plus new mirror installed to the tune of 1500$. Not very smart way to Stay in business and for the record I do fold them after it passes going back but it took a folded mirror and folded it the wrong way.

Okay so this is a fairly new car wash to the Antioch area I don't really care for the location because the location where it's located it is quite busy off of Harding Place but I visited this location twice within the last month or so the first time that I visited it I felt like the car wash did not give me my $20 worth of a car wash as the $20 you're supposed to get everything included I feel like it didn't do enough to my tires the front grill.and the back of the car and it left water spots where the drying process didn't dry completely.But I will say this I luv luv there vacuums they suction very well they made for a very fast clean up. I hope as this car wash ages I hope they stay that way as I have noticed with other car washes in the area that as it aged so did there equipment. Which caused me to stop going.

Camel Express at this location is one of the most friendly and fun places to roll my car through. The only thing I wish they could do is to have a larger space to provide maybe two drive-thru stalls and a lot more vacuum cleaner spaces. It's becoming quite popular And it is more accessible in the Antioch area, especially with so many people with larger vehicles and so many Uber drivers who stop there to get their car washed before heading to the airport to drive. I love this car wash and I wish them much success. Maybe some land will open up for them to get bigger for that one location.

This is a great car wash. I have used others here in Murfreesboro but none of the ones here in town come close to the Camel Express off 24 onto to Harding Place. The vaccumes are wonderful along with the auto wash. Even the price is fantastic. I just wish we one here in Murfreesboro Tn. with the great services and value for our hard earned money. Wash and Roll charge $45 to $50 a month for the total complete service. Camel Express about $30 for the same thing plus there wheel washer does a great job too. Definitely and ill be back.

It was fast! The vacuums were great, and the floor mat cleaner worked better than expected! Cheapest wash is $10-12, and the most expensive is around $30 (I think). Only downside to this place is it was a bit confusing getting in line at first. Also, I came before the whole rush started so I didn’t have to wait long. People don’t generally take too long on the vacuums but you may have to wait five minutes or so to use one. Other than that, 100% recommend this car wash. Will be returning next time.

The car wash is really great. I love the fact that they have towels and air dryers and vacuums. The music Is from a family friendly radio station overhead heard through the protected covers that protect you from the sun or rain. It helps to drown out other horrible music. I sometimes have to fix my trimming on the top of my Tacoma will come off due to the air vents being set real high. Love the car wash and recommend. Save money if you enroll all your cars for the wash.

It's a good car wash, but there should be a timer/limit or something to prevent people from sitting at the vacuums for over 30 minutes after their car wash. I couldn't find an open spot after I came out, so I pulled into McDonald's next door and just watch 4 separate cars as they detailed their cars. Most people just cleaned their windows and used the vacuum and left. Considering just canceling my membership because it's becoming a hassle going there.

Well I will not be coming to this carwash anymore. Brand new car just bought it 3 days ago went through the carwash to get some country bug juice off if it and the wheel mechanism that rolls your car through the wash scratched up the paint on front bumper and my black rim. The carwash didn't feel right going through it the car felt like it was getting throwed up and down out of the wheel roller it kept bouncing up and down. Im not happy at all.

At first I thought they were a little expensive but then once I experienced the $22 car wash and then going over to the vacuum area it was clear to see that this was a true case of you get what you pay for. These are the strongest vacuums I have ever seen at any public car wash and they also offer a blowout wine to clean up and tight spots and crevices. All in all I would say it is a good purchase for the value that you receive.

The basic wash (cheapest option) did a decent job on my super filthy ride. The free vacuums up front and air guns were impressive. I'd give a 6th if I could for the glass cleaner infused towels. Wish I lived closer to a Camel Express Rather than the itty Mr. Carwashes all over my area Thanks for the free wash via text!!! (I chose to review lol That wasn't part of the deal for the free wash.) Give em a shot!

The part of my truck that’s clean is really clean… the rest is embarrassing. Recently purchased truck with only a few days of road grime and a little fresh dirt shouldn’t be too much for a shiny new car wash. Missed the front, back, wheels, underneath, anything curved or badged. Maybe the car wash is only set up for anything smaller than a mid sized sedan? Glad we went through once before just buying the monthly package.

Never Again Beware of This Car Wash. I had purchase Buy One Get One Free car wash at this place and Associate Told me to come anytime to use your free Wash. When i went to car wash for My free wash, Establishment not accepting my coupon and told it's Expired. Since associates told me to come anytime and get your free wash They should honor it. All Jerk are working there DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH

I pay $29 each month faithfully, but I'm very unhappy with the service. People who work there so rude I waited 30 minutes in line to wash my car and when I wanted to get a towel to dry my car there was none there when I asked the person working there where can I get a towel he going to reply by saying we out of them. I'm very disappointed this will be my last month with this Camel Car Wash.

the prices are higher than the one i used to frequent in Murfreesboro. they have same concept with the drive thru car wash and mat cleaners. this one offers clean towels and very powerful vacuums though. ... i went the last 10 minutes before they closed.. they were in a rush to leave do i wasn't able to fully clean my car thoroughly since towels got picked up 10 minutes after closing time.

Always had a great experience until now. They were busy as usual the end of the wash was back up and all the employees were out front at the entrance talking. The car behind me was bouncing on the rollers so I had to exit the car wash instead of the detailing area. I stopped and told them and he only wanted to explain what the operation. He apologized and I left with a 22 rinse.

The employee's are amazing but I do have to say this car wash is always broke down and the parking lot is always dirty. After I vacuum out my car, I am tracking dirt back in just from the parking lot. I wish there's a Camel car wash near my home, like the one in Hendersonville. The Hendersonville location is clean and nice.

This place does it the way it should be done .. You can get a monthly membership for 15 dollars, and run your vehicle through and vacuum and wipe it down anytime during business hours.. they also provide clean rags with window cleaner on them in case you forgot your windex ir whatever.. Well worth my 15 bucks a month..

Best value for your money and they offer membership and great car vacuum for pet hair which is hard to get up also great towels to help you dry your vehicle. I like the fact that if you find a spot that is not clean you can go back through as long as you don't leave the premises. I highly recommend this

They dont put a time limit on people in the vaccum side and people will be there for over an hour detailing cars for pay. This is bad for customers who pay to do their oersonal cars, smh. Some daysbyou pay and cant even use the vaccums unless you wait 30 minutes. I will find somewhere else to go from now on

Fun experience, colored bubbles, dots and a surprise while going through. Clean car when finished, dried with dryer. The Dickerson pk location has a pristine customer service. They are always polite we and eager to help. As a manager and stockholder of Wafflehouse I am extremely impressed that one company has this many employees taking care of his business as he would! You just dont find that now a days!

Bought a monthly pass $32 not happy with this car wash at all have to go thru the wash a couple rimes to get my truck clean Hardly ever is there clean towels available to dry off my windows I will say the vacuums work really good Probably will not renew my monthly wash here

This was my second visit but definitely better than the first. I like having rags to help dry and their vacuums are really good. They even have a little air blower to get into the tight spots. The card reader at the begining was acting up so that was frustrating though.

Easy process to get started even if you do not have a membership. Line wasn’t too long and moving at a good rate. Was in the actual car was about 1.5 minutes. There were no vacuums available but will come back and vacuum at a less crowded time. Overall good service

Love the Camel Express Car Wash. We just joined the family plan. They have a great guarantee and always have clean towels to wipe the car down with after your wash. It’s always busy, but they say you can come back if all the vacuum bays are full.

Got my car real shiny the camel hologram on the windshield during the wash was a nice idea. They really get your car soapy and the brushes take off all the dirt. The towels infused with glass cleaner is a really nice touch!

Best car wash in town by far. They give you towels and have an air hose to help blow the dust and dirt out of hard-to-reach places or dry off your car. Monthly passes are pretty affordable as well.
