I went there on Wednesday, August 26 2015. They did a horrible job. None of the windows were cleaned on the inside, The rear compartment was never vacuumed. Interior of the car was not cleaned properly. Now, I admit I should have checked these things before I left there, but was on a time schedule and did not do that. Went back on Friday, August 28, 2015 and was basically told by the manager that I was lying when I said things weren't done completely. He indicated I was looking for a free car wash,which I was not. I just wanted the service I paid for to be done properly. He did say I could wait in line for them to do the job, but by then I was so disgusted with his attitude I decided not to. And who's to say they would do the job right the second time. I seriously doubt it. I did not have a receipt because they took it, but I did have the withdrawal showing on my bank account. He still said how did he know I was there. Basically, they really do not care if they have your business or not. I can't afford to just throw money away, and this is what I feel I did. I will not go back there again.

So this location likes to close off vacuums 30 minutes before closing to inconvenience guest while saving their time as employees before their shifts end. I spoke to the employee cleaning the vacuum area asking why the vacuum area was blocked off… he replies because they’re about to close… then later lied saying oh those stations are broke. Guest had to wait 15+ Minutes to use the “convenient 5 working stations at the end.” During that wait I called corporate asking for the General Manager to give me a call back to discuss how this property was operating yet no call… but another employee stopped me before I pulled off to inform me he received my complaint via email & reassured me that those stations were in fact not functional not aware that the employee I spoke to initially told on himself by stating that they were closing soon being the reason why the stations were closed. Not the lie that they were broke 30 mins before close… We’re too grown to be lying & gaslighting customers. Never received a call from the GM so google review it is

An OK service; however, there are a couple of moderate caveats. First, I've been an Unlimited Platinum Express subscriber since more-or-less this location has opened, and about 40%-50% of the time the Wheel Polish either hasn't worked at all or seems to have been diluted since the first couple of weeks (see photo). Perhaps not an issue to most, but an important issue if considering the upgrade from Base Express to Platinum Express. Also, I do not like the amount of work required to cancel my membership. There is no link on their website, and they apparently require an in-person visit to cancel in stark contrast to Camel Express on Harding which gives a 1$ first month trial and allows you to cancel your membership on their site. A lot can be said for how easy it is to cancel one's membership--it speaks to the confidence in the service being provided.

was a monthly wash customer of this location for just over two years and used their car wash several times each week on their monthly $29.99 wash plan. Over the two years they made lot of improvements to the wash tunnel and to the facilities. The wash was decent and cleaned my car and the vacuums are unlimited and free with a wash. This is a very busy location and usually full. The wash was decent and my car was left clean but at times there was still dirt on the bottom panels after the wash. The vacuums were hit and miss, some were missing hoses and sometimes the end piece was not attached securely and would fall off as you tried to use it. Some of the stalls had no suction power at all. I never had any damage to my car and the staff was typically helpful and friendly. As tunnel car washes go in the Nashville area I would say this is "average"

Mr. Wash is a nice place to wash your vehicle. Prices aren't bad and the service is usually good. However, with the competition on the rise, Mr. Wash should do something a little extra to stand out. Maybe a special deal where all members get free wax and car freshener twice a month and a special wash/wax promo for non-members to encourage sign up. Also, consistently check the vacuums for good suction..gets clogged a lot. The soap at the beginning of the tunnel sometimes get low and not refilled..easily noticeable. Lastly, if your locations don't open at 7am...don't advertise that you're open at 7am...it's very misleading and inconvenient. As a member, I like to take FULL advantage of the wash facilities I patronize and I'm sure other members do as well. Thanks!

This wash did a great job to clean a bunch of winter car salt off of my vehicle without any noticeable scratches! The mirror and the bottom portion of my fenders needed to be hand washed at a later time but that is understandable since the main purpose is a general car wash. I think if there was some better cleaning for the bottom portion of the vehicle I would put this at 5 stars. Spare the wash, the people there running it were extremely friendly and helpful from when you get to the kiosk and into the actual car wash. The entrance to the wash is a bit of an incline so vehicles lower to the ground may have some issues.

Car wash is decent, but their employees are completely worthless. They don't put any effort into using that brush they pretend to use. They might as well not even be there. They never get any of the bugs of the front, or mirrors... They hadn't even put 2 seconds into "pretending to scrub" the car in front of me when the guy very rudely YELLS at me because apparently I was too slow to pull forward. There was NO ONE even behind me... I remember when people actually had to be courteous to customets, and EARN their paycheck. Take pride in whatever you do, and do a good job, even if it is just working at a car wash...

Now I understand it was to prevent these streaks from the hood of the car happening. It doesn’t matter what time of day I go or how hot/cool it is the streaks still show up. I can’t really get them out now. •Would love if they had the mat cleaner. I would give 5 stars if they started making preventive measures against streaks on the hood.

Ok service but went today only to get a regular wash while I pay the platinum service monthly which is the best wash they offer. Did not get what I usually pay for and the regional manager called Kevin was inconsiderate and completely rude to me going through a second time. I have been going here for over Year. But after the way I was treated today by the so called regional manager I will not be going back and will take my business somewhere else. Very bad customer service!!!

I run a Turo fleet and this is my go-to car wash for doing my car cleanings between trips. It's conveniently located within 10 minutes to the airport. The staff is pretty friendly and helpful. The only negatives are it seems to have several bays where the vacuums don't have great suction or none at all. And getting in and out of this location hasn't always been the easiest with Murfreesboro Rd traffic. They did change the way you exit, which does seem to help tremendously.

What a rip off….. UBER DRIVER HERE…. yes it was raining at 2:49 pm but I thought the vacuums would work….. IM DEFINITELY READING COMMENTS BEFORE GOING PLACES AND WASTING MONEY CAUSE THE VACUMS WERENT EVEN TURNED ON AND NO ONE WAS At the front (area covered from rain)TO HELP WITH THE WAsh…after I paid. Zero ✨ stars. I paid $10 just to drive through your facility … why didn’t u just put a closed Sign out??? Nobody wants to ride in a dirty Uber car rain, shine, or snow.

Great place to get a quick wash. If you are peculiar about how clean you expect your car to be after a wash, you may want to wash it yourself. There is usually a little left to be done when you depart from the exit. They have complimentary vacuums and it is really quick to get in and the get back on the road. Watch your back window wipers as you go through. The brushes can rip them off. They have little sacks that they can put on the wiper blade if you request them to.

I'm so glad they finally installed new vacuum nozzles. I need the narrow pointy nozzle to get in between my seats and in the crevasses. My only complaint is scrubbing my tire on the wheel tract for the was line. If I'm being beckoned to drive forward I don't want the attendants attention to be elsewhere. I'll more than likely return because it's conveniently located for me. Overall staff is very welcoming and friendly. They always wave . Makes me feel special.

There are only two items I can think of for improvement. 1) Washing the back of vehicles. Rarely do the attendants use the brush with soap on the back of my vehicle. Driving through the wash the back end is never as clean. 2) At my wash the air blowers on the passenger side are too close and my side mirror is always pushed in. Luckily I have power mirrors so I can pull them in at the right time. But seems like this could be adjusted so it’s not an issue for others.

I think there should a way that you could get your rental car washed under your account as long as you can show that the rental is in your name because I go out of town a lot an get rental cars when I was in Houston Texas I couldn't get the car washed I only get my car washed maybe once a month if that and I pay every month I'm beginning to think it's not worth it there should be a flexible plan in the future

I just left this car wash. Only about half of the vacuums worked and even those do not fit into tight spaces like around the console. The employee I complained to said he couldn't do anything and I was rude. I asked for a refund and was told to leave the premises. No problem. I will not be back. I hate that I had to put one star here to write a review. The wash was only fair and the vacuum as non existent

On the second of January 2021 The master car wash on Gallatin Pike the vacuums were clogged up the lot was not all that clean the employees just stand around talking instead of making sure that the vacuums are working at 100%. Later on that day I used to master car wash on Murfreesboro Pike always excellent place to visit I love the employees there in the way they keep up the lot

Stole $1.50 from me. Called service number left a message no response a week later. I get it it's only 1.50, wash is 1.75 I held back the last quarter when I realized the machine was not making any sounds. But it's a 1.50 I could have used elsewhere. No telling how many others put money in that machine only to realize it wasnt working nor was it returning any money deposited.

I went to wash the salt off. The attendent saw me struggling to get the machine to take my money. He rushed over and put it in. My car was super clean. The vacuums worked. I vist this carwash alot in the summer and i always leave satisfied. I had a couple of times that it didnt get my car all the way clean. They sent me back through each time!!! Great place!!

One of the best car wash with low monthly packages and free vacuuming. I just leave beside this places. I took monthly recurring package in 2016 . I am still continuing. That is the the trust it’s gained. Very friendly staff is one of the great plus. I hope I will continue for a long year with them. My friends always praise me about my car neatness.

It was much better before Mister took over. I asked the guy about pre cleaning wheels & he said they don't do that. Even with deluxe package. They did before Mister took over. You can see my wheels needed it. It wasn't worth $20 just to wash & me vacuum. You won't see me again. And I share on social media.

Okay the #1 express wash isn't all that great. The tire cleaning was useless and my windshield wasn't clean. The washing just doesn't seem that great in comparison to other places and they don't use the hand brushes on your car by the attendant like other washes do. BUT THE VACUUMS ARE PRETTY GOOD.

Haven’t been to this car wash in a few years and I was very impressed with the customer service aspect and how quick they got everyone through the car wash. James at the kiosk was very knowledgeable and helpful. Both of the vacuums that I used had a very good suction and my car looks good as new!

I cancelled my membership 2 years ago and I just randomly started to get billed again in a location that’s an hour away from my home that I’ve never even been to. This location does not answer their phone. So if you’re going to sign up, make sure if you cancel you watch your bank account.

Great service. Worker told me I could go back through if my car wasn't clean (it was really dirty sue to be under a tree with sap falling on it 24/7). It didn't come out crystal clean in the nooks and crannies, but I didn't have time to go back through. Touching it up at home.

Great experience so far. Been an unlimited customer for 3 months and no complaints. Wash does a good job, and as long as it isnt packed the free vacuums have decent suction. Friendly staff, but I havent really had to deal with them much because there havent been any issues.

Very quick and convienoent. This location used to be a different name, and in my opinion its a lot better since its become a "mister car wash". Car seems cleaner and the wheel wash and shine looks great for a auto car wash. The vacs are powerful which is a huge plus.

Staff is great and location is great but the car wash itself does not do a good job. My car always has missed spots on it after washing I have to manually wipe down. I recently switched to camel wash and their wash does a much better job cleaning my car.

Always great coming here, Cars come out clean. Their Tire Shine was not shining the tire and Morgan was understanding and great!! she helped me out and let me go again through the car wash to make the tires shiny. Great experience as always!

Chose the maximum service, paid $22, hoping I will get the best outcome. But, The front and back ends of my car was not even clean. I cleaned it with my own rug. No carpet cleaning, a bit disappointing. The people were nice though.

No towels to dry your car, and vacuum hose was stopped up on one side. I notice some marks on my paint after I have been through the wash. Still for $19 a month a good deal for an old car. I wouldn't put a new car through it.

I use to use this car wash because it was convenient. The wash was always mediocre and the rinse almost non existent. I just used Champion car wash on Cane Ridge and it is much much better. The only drawback is the location.

The staff here is simply the best! There was a guy that was causing a lot of issues at one time, but i believe that they had gotten rid of him because I stopped seeing him. But the boys here always kept my vehicle 10!

I took my car to be cleaned. After it was washed I noticed dirty spots around the car. I alerted the staff. Showed the spots that was missed by the machine. The young man took care of it he was very professional.

The vacuums are free and have very good suction. The car wash is good but not expensive starting at $12 for a undercarriage plus wash then climbing to $20 for wash and wax.

Despite a huge queue of vehicles (post snow event, washing off the salt & dirt) they somehow managed to turn us all round in under 15 minutes. Very friendly staff.

Yeah, it does leave scratches on your vehicle, I like the monthly plan tho. Maybe it's time to change your brushes?. All my brand new lease cars get scratched.

This location is smaller than my regular in Rivergate. I sometimes feel cheated on my car wash because the one in Rivergate is much larger.

Seems fine, I get a lot of tree gunk on my car, so not fair to judge their system. I think with regular dirt it would be a great wash.
