When my car was not clean the first time (the terrible tree sap that plagues this area during the fall season) they told me to come through again. The attendant took special care to pre-wash both times, but was not upset and had no attitude or problem freely offering to wash a second time to be sure it was right. This is the second time I have come here and this happened both times. I don't see this as a result of the automated wash being poor quality- what I take away is that they strive to have satisfied customers, and take pride in their business. It gives me confidence to return. They have vacuums (high power) included with any wash and a clean, well-maintained property. You can get a basic wash, mid-level with undercarriage, or platinum wash with their 'hot wax' and wheel polish. The sign says "Super Speed Wash" but receipt says "Mister Car Wash". Website says "Mister Hot Wax." Might be helpful to have that cleared up, but great place, nonetheless.

I have been using this location for over a year and can't believe I never left them a review. All the employees always seem to be in a happy mood no matter what the weather is like and always willing to assist and answer questions. I have a membership in my main vehicle, but went through today in a used vehicle that I just bought that has been sitting under a tree. Right before I went in, Nachley (Had to ask a manager the name, hope I got it right) stoppede, looked at the amount of build upbdirt on the vehicle and said, hold on, let me get a brush and take care of this in case the regular wash doesn't get it. She could have explained to me that thevwah may not get it all and I would have understood, but she took the extra effort to go above and beyond to take care of the customer. Attitude and work ethic like that will take you aces in life.

I did the $19.99 package deal, had it for 12 months. Washing the car on regular basis. I look one day and my antenna is missing, that dang car wash missed my car up.. The antenna is going to cost $306 to get fixed not including the labor fee.. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR CAR OR MAYBE NOT EVEN SIGN UP.. I will be saving $19.99 a month but my car... There is no handbook given for the facts or a questions about the service. They say it's not there fault. Highly disappointed and frustrated with this company.

I’ve come to this mister location for over 2 years and always had a great experience. I bought a keep wrangler and decided to bring it here for a wash. When I got out the keep looked great until I walked around to the back and the whole backside looks like water didn’t even touch it. Then I ask the gentleman working if I could run it back through and he said he couldn’t do anything about it. Well why bring my car here if it’s not going to wash everything? Also left a tip for the guys working.

This place used to have a $16 or $17 wash that came with free basic wash within 10 days. They stopped the free wash but I kept going. But now they no longer pre scrub the bumper, windshield and rear. The new vertical brushes seem to do well on the front of car but the back stayed dirty. And as always the back never dried well specially when its not hot out. Used to just hand dry myself but now still dirty. So basicly they keep reducing service and quality. I am moving on to Smth Brother's.

Good monthly carwash plan, the staff here are all excellent. They have helped me change my subscription, update my billing card, etc. Always a smile from them. Sometimes the vacuum nozzles get clogged up because other customers try to vacuum up trash, instead of using the garbage cans conveniently located everywhere, but the staff are pretty good about managing it. Like most automatic carwashes, the dryer blowers leave a little to be desired but overall adequate.

This car wash has always been great, except for this past month. I come here every day twice a day sometimes. Here recently they don't open on time and the staff is I'm sorry got this to do and that to do. I normally only leave positive feed back and this is just disappointing. If you guys aren't going to open at the time your sign says, then please let me know. I hope someone sees this and reaches out to me. I'm really not happy. You guys used to be my favorite.

Staff was not very good with directions. The car in front of me almost ran over the rail employee that was giving directions was daydreaming and apparently not paying. Employee did not pour any of the liquid in the front and back of the front car or mine. I think if they get off their phones and start paying attention to the customers coming into the car wash things will go smoother. I've never had any problems with the one in Antioch / LaVergne area.

I do not go often to this Mister Car Wash because it is not close to me, but the 3 times I have been to this location on Nolensville Rd., I always leave with a smile and wondering why and how the employees are so nice. They greet you, they take care of what you might need, they say bye to you. I mean, they make you feel welcome. I wish all of them were this way. Management has done a great job with this Mister Car Wash location. A BIG Thank You!

Free vacuums & nice variety of wash options. Quick trip in and out. My positive experiences here definitely outweigh the bad, but I did have one issue. This was a one-time incident, but during my most recent visit I selected the more expensive wash option, yet the windshield didn't get wiped beforehand (the staff member decided to stand there and talk on the phone instead). Upsetting to have paid $17 and not come out with a clean windshield.

Mister Car Wash is a great place to clean your car. We have a twelve-passenger can with lots of children so it's a necessity for us. The monthly pass is $19.99 for unlimited car washes and so worth it--especially for the vacuums! They have high-powered, effective vacuums that give me too much joy to use. The employees are always very helpful and keep the place clean. We've always had fantastic customer service.

With the 19.00 dollar package you will have to go through the car wash more than once so i advise getting the highest paying option which i believe is 29.99. I Feel like this company needs to Keep up with there competition, they dont have any wet cloths or dry cloths to wipe down the insides of your car an no air freshener. The only thing i did like is that they have nice employees.

The place is nice and clean (it IS a car wash) car wash usually does a great job. Easy and convenient, drive up > make selection > use money > follow simple gestures from the staff to be directed in >SCRUB/WASH > hang out while using free vacuums > purchase a orange fresh air freshener > leave. Overall good experience and the GM and staff was very helpful. 10/10 would wash again.

I started coming to this car wash some months back I enjoy the facility it's nice and clean I love my cars so I keep them clean the membership is well worth it it pretty much pays for itself what I like most is the fact your a member no matter where you are if there is a Mister Car Wash in any city your welcome to go I travel alot so I like my car clean wherever I go .....

It's a good car wash, but I don't understand why someone runs up to the machine to tell you how to use it? I wish they didn't do that BEFORE the pandemic, and I sure as hell don't want it to happen now. Edit: I spoke to one of the people who run up to your car. It's a high pressure sales scheme. I'm lowering my rating. Nobody needs that, especially now. Go somewhere else.

Service is very friendly! My car got stuck in the ramp and the staff was really patient with me and helped me position my car correctly so it could go through the car wash. The wash itself was great, if you like colorful soap this is your place! Just a heads up, vacuuming comes with the car wash and you cannot purchase it independently. Highly recommend this place!

I like this place the free vacuums use to be really good now u just have to no which one is a good vacuum. The car washes here are fair. I drive an SUV I will bring it in for a wash it may come clean about 50% of the time I am not sure what it is but my car will come out occasionally with black spots on it. I usually don't have time to run it through again.

Had a lot of salt on my car so I needed it washed off. When I was vacuuming my car I noticed on the passenger side door handle and door guard that the paint looked like it had been melted, was crunched up like I should have went to the management about it. Has anyone else had this same problem after receiving a car wash here? If so please let me know

Several visible scratches appeared on my car after washing it in here! I even realized when it happened as my whole car shock while going through the car wash. I am aware these kinds of car washes can leave a mark here and there, but it's ridiculous how many this one left. Almost like a dog scratched at the back left area of my car

This has an underbody car wash with the $12 package, which is useful to get road salt off your car if you've returned to Nashville from parts North where they use road salt, which will eat your car with rust. I feel like I definitely got my moneys worth because it seemed like this does a good job. Car looks great up top too!

I called several times to cancel or not to charging monthly payment .after several attempts i have no choice but to dispute the charge ..customer service, don't do what they promise you to do ..not recommenced to use your credit card ..just use your cash or go somewhere else to protect you money from these kind of business

This is the worst car wash that $16 can buy you. The car wash did not fully rinse off my car. It came out with a bunch of suds on it and was still rather dirty. I was looking around at other people's cars and they did not look great. I guess people just go for the unlimited vacuums. I would not recommend this place.

Quick in and out express wash with free vacuums. Would give 5 stars but it has left swirl marks on my clear coat and almost damaged my wheel a couple times when the device pushing the front wheel popped loose and my car started making noises when turning the wheel although it eventually stopped making noise

It's ok and the price is right but me having to rush there before they close at 7pm is getting frustrating! I'm unlimited and need to wash my vehicle often but closing at 7pm in June, almost July, when it's going to be light out until 930pm is silly! I need this business to provide longer hours!

I have use this car wash for years and always been satisfied. The only time I had a problem Victoria, the general manager, and her staff were so very accommodating and helpful they fixed everything immediately and made me only like this car wash more. It’s a great business and better people!

Great carwash I just don't like that they stopped prewashing back of the cars because their brushes inside the carwash don't get all that stuff off the back especially when you have SUV. That was my favorite part that they used to do that and now I'm disappointed.. :/

Well, I’ll never go here again. I really enjoyed it until today I came through and did the $22 wash and it scratched the paint off the hood of my Jeep. I’m sure there’s no use in calling and reporting it. Not like they’re going to fix it! Very disappointed.

As far as the drive through car wash goes, it's great in my opinion. I go on my lunch break and am in and out quickly. Also have the option to do it yourself and a vacuum station. Prices are competitive and I never have to wait.

7:32 am and it was closed when they saw me they opened for me to come in and when I tried to use the vacuum cleaners they were off and no one turned them on when they saw me trying to clean my car very bad service in this place

Mister car Wash is near my home. I learned about it simply by seeing it from the street. I tried it and I was very pleased with the quality of services. So I purchased one of the special offers for unlimited car washes.

It's ok just like the one on Murfreesboro road. They are not cleaning my car all that great but it's all good. If I want it spotless, I'll have to go to a self service car wash I guess and scrub it with the hard brush.

This location's vacuums work! Some of the other locations I Have gone to don't maintain their systems well.. Also- the dryers and how they space cars allows me to exit 90% dry. My Jeep and I appreciate that.

I got the $10 car wash one side of my tires is shiny the other isn't he told me I would have to spend more money to get my tires Shiny I said that is yall's job I paid for. He pretty much told me tough luck

No car wash is perfect, nothing beats elbow grease, and TLC. If you don't have the time, this place will do in a pinch. Staff is friendly, but will try to up sell you, on a monthly plan.

Not the best car wash in town but it's definitely a good deal and the Nolensville pike location has the best service out of all the mister car wash locations I've been to.

I use the monthly program. I like Mister car wash. I work Uber, and they have multiple locations throughout the Nashville area and vicinity, so I can pop in at any time.

Friendly staff and efficient, the vacuums at this location are better than most Mister locations. Which I probably shouldn't tell anyone cause now they'll be packed lol

Nice car wash! It has free vacuum's! Although, sometimes it doesnt fully wash my tires. And it also ends up pushing my window so I have to push it back out every time.

My car had been sitting unused for a few weeks and was covered in sap. They scrubbed the roof and let me go through twice. Didn't let me leave until it looked great!
