CAMMMMMMMMIIIIIIIIIII!!!!!!!!! I’m disappointed in the rest of the reviews because BABY!!!!! I’ve been trying to find something remotely close to my Auntie Sally Red velvet and the search has gone cold until today. My family is red velvet cake connoisseurs because my Aunt set the bar so high with the moisture, using real ingredients. The color is always rich and her icing is amazing. Cami cupcakes is actually very close to her recipe. I was so excited that finally something tastes & looks remotely close to hers. My only suggestion is that it needs to be a little bit more sweeter with the cake, but it was very moist even though it was probably sitting there all day. The cake still did not disappoint. For the more traditional taste I must have pecans all over my cake. I will absolutely be back seven dollars well spent. Also, the picture does not do it justice the cake slices were massive. Service was good the little helpers were unfortunately in the back so we had no idea that they were open but they were very pleasant and nice. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I wanted to try this place because it was cute and I had a sweet tooth. I walked in and they had a wide variety of cupcakes out for viewing. When I asked the girl at the register what kind of icing was in the cupcake she gave a lackluster response and seemed unknowledgeable about the product. Her response was “I don’t know. I I guess buttercream.” She then answered the phone and had an attitude (eye rolling and rude tone of voice) with whomever she was speaking to. Customer service was poor and the cupcakes were okay. Nothing to rave about. It’s really sad because it appears that this is a black owned business. Please hire people that will nourish your company, not tear it down with poor customer service.
My husband heard around his office the cupcakes were epic and surprised me for our anniversary with six. I have never had cake along with the frosting and thought, omg I’m going to crave these all the time. They are that good. Different flavors and varieties were all consistent in moisture and sweetness. Price is worth the craft and care that had to go into creating these. The love and labor shows. Cake doesn’t crumble and isn’t dry or wet. The frosting isn’t grind your teeth sweet, gritty, or heavy. The flavors were all balanced and they all hit without punching you in the face or muddling together. I never cared about cake until these. Definitely a go to to wow friends and on special occasion's.
I know good help is hard to find but you have to do better. I just visited the Lenox location and received the nastiest attitude, and for asking a simple question. There is no reason to yell and snap your neck and go off on a customer for asking if you can accept cash if the register is down. I mean you are selling a product, and it’s not farfetched for me to think I can hand you $5 for a $3.75 cupcake. I calmly told her that her attitude was not necessary, I only asked if you could take cash. That made her stomp off and go off more. I’m starting to think robots are a good idea. I don’t know how much more of bad customer service I can take.
Right inside of Lenox mall. This is the cutest cake shop I’ve seen. It’s pink everything!!!! I love how they have everything on display to make it easier for you to choose your flavors. They also box them up for you in a pretty pink box. I have yet to try a flavor that I don’t like. My favorites so far are the peach cobbler and white macadamia nut. They are always so moist. I’m not sure who’s grandma y’all learned this from but you only find cake this good in the south!!!!!! I saw this time that now they are selling detox drinks. I will definitely have to try one next time. Follow my Instagram @rosadivina29 for more places I’ve visited.
I got the red velvet and key lime cakes, and if I didn't look at what I was eating I couldn't tell the difference. It seemed like the attendant didn't want to be there as she was short and curt. The cakes are also on par with Kroger's and Publix, so save some money and go to the grocery stores instead. On the plus side they weren't too sweet, but they were on the dryer side. The frosting also tasted like it had too much margarine or butter. I don't want to ruin someone's business, but the reviews are low for a reason. Waste of calories and money.
Five stars for carrot cake, which was moist, flavorful, nice texture and not too sweet. Two stars each for cupcakes (banana and cookie/cream). The banana tasted artificial and cookie/cream similar to chocolate cake from a box with too much icing that tasted stale. Both were on the dryer side. ZERO stars for rude service. I'm not getting into that ya'll. Will simplify by saying it seems she is an unhappy person and doesn't want to be there. Lenox mall.
The presentation of the store is cute, but it allows for people to touch and breathe all over the items that you may want to purchase. The cupcakes weren’t good, and I spent about $25 for a dozen of the mini cupcakes. They were cold, and appeared smushed at the top. The customer service is so-so.

Heard about these, so I stopped by in Lenox. Cute store, large variety of cupcakes, and cake slices displayed nicely. Ordered a lemon and a pineapple coconut cupcake, served in a cute little box. Service was good, but there was nothing special to me about the taste of these $5 cupcakes - I didn't think either was freshly made, unfortunately.
The BEST cupcake restaurant in Atlanta. Many have tried, but NONE of the others come close. Red Velvet cupcake tastes so good u will slap your mama! The icing melts in your mouth and the cake part is beyond moist. You won’t feel guilty after eating one or two because it’s worth every calorie!
First time customer. We had a great experience at cami cakes. The staff was patient and friendly. They answered all of our questions about the various types of cupcakes. Extremely moist , signature icing and the structure of the mini bakery was adorable. We will return and try other flavors.
My girlfriends and I were walking through Lenox Mall and seen Camicakes, when I tell you they are delicious and you must try them. They are amazingly delicious and worth every calorie. Couldn’t even wait to get out the store! Thanks Essence, for your great service!
I can’t believe this place doesn’t have better reviews! I stopped in today for a valentines treat and got the strawberry passion. It was delicious, moist and not too sweet. The person working was helpful and friendly. Can’t wait to try more flavors!

My experience today was great as it always should be and I am happy because I have had some less than stellar experiences in this store thankfully it has never been with any of the associates here today. Big Ups ladies.
Tried Cami Cakes yesterday for the 1st time, they were delicious!! Tried 6 different flavors, all were fresh and the frosting was delicious! The chocolate on chocolate was my favorite.....don't miss out on this!
